Snack salad-pie "Mimosa" in lavash

Category: Cold meals and snacks
Mimosa salad pie in pita bread

Ingredients

Lavash thin 2 sheets
Mayonnaise taste
Potatoes 3 - 4 pcs.
Carrot 2 pcs.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Cheese 60 - 80 g
Onion 1 PC.
Canned red fish, preferably in oil. 1 can

Cooking method

  • In the "Mimosa" recipe, they take canned saury and sardines, but here red fish (pink salmon, salmon, trout) in oil are tastier. And it is better to make this appetizer in a rectangular shape - it is more convenient to cut it into portions. I have a container with a lid measuring 27 x 17 x 8.
  • 1. Boil potatoes, carrots, eggs. Marinate the onion, cut into half rings. Mash canned food together with oil and liquid.
  • 2. Cut 6 identical rectangles from pita bread to the size of your shape, and 1 larger sheet, with a margin for the sides.
  • 3. Put a large sheet of pita bread on the bottom of the form, grease with mayonnaise, grate potatoes, cover with the next sheet of pita bread, grease with mayonnaise, put onions ...
  • As a result, the alignment is as follows: lavash - potatoes - lavash - onion - lavash - fish - lavash - carrots - lavash - egg whites - lavash - yolks - lavash - cheese. Let it brew for a few hours in the refrigerator, preferably at night.
  • The number of products is given approximately - I think you can vary it according to your taste.

The dish is designed for

10 - 12 servings

Time for preparing:

20 minutes

Note

Do not scold me severely - for the first time I got out of the bushes. And as a photographer-artist from me from the word "bad". On the website, I didn't seem to find such a recipe, if anything, delete it.

Happy firstborn to you, alfa20 !! Very interesting salad serving. And after all, everyone knows, and is often done, but how did it sound in a new way !!
And what about slicing, the salad doesn't fall apart? It is not necessary to tamp it when laying?
IwOlga
I like this salad, but I didn't make it in pita bread. Nice, I will definitely try, I drag to bookmarks!
alfa20
IwOlga, Husky, thanks! The salad does not crumble, no need to tamp at all! I rub both vegetables and cheese on an IE grater with a handle right into the mold. It is very convenient to serve in portions, and the remainder keeps a decent look.

how interesting, but I'm just eyeing something new to NG, we love "Mimosa" very much, and then a new feed, I'll drag it to my mink bookmarks

! I also do it on NG, I know that I will be too lazy to cook on the 1st, let them eat salads. And so, it happens, people ask - it's convenient for breakfast.

And I took it to the bookmarks! I really like this salad, and with such a presentation, it will be classy! alfa20,
