Marin! I have Stebik, there is no such button. Maybe an impulse to try?
I'll do it tomorrow. I'll try something simpler. Not on meat.
Mar_k
Well, yes, that's what it is, you can adjust it when the juice runs into the solder, turn it off and solder it!

Something is not yet happy. Maybe I'm doing what's wrong. Grunts, cracks, but the air does not suck, and it solders very strangely.
With sous-vid so far bummer. I'll figure it out, although it's not clear with what.
Elena, I had this on the first day of my acquaintance with the packer (albeit with the Pro Cook), after watching the video on the Internet, it turned out that I had not snapped the top cover. You need to make some effort from the corners until you click.

Irina S.,
To be honest, I myself have not yet found out, if someone tells me, I will be grateful.

I use this one:

Brine:
1 tbsp. l. salt
1 tsp Sahara
1 liter of water

Girls, here's my packer. I haven't fully figured out the buttons and their purpose. In my opinion, the instruction is crooked and incomprehensible. But I could pack everything easily.

Owner girls, it's very interesting about buttons
I'm not sure which PC or Stebik 6 I want ...
Roza_Irina
Lisa, and I'm very interested! Share your impressions. Was it easy to pack the liquid or do you need to dance around? For now, I also choose, look after.
Vei
Roza_Irina,
Ir, everything is easy and it worked out the first time, although the instructions did everything to prevent this from happening)))
It helped that I had already tried the packer in work on MK and had an idea of what, where and how to do it.
The photo shows that it was evacuated normally, but I did not completely draw out the air, since there the liquid had already risen to the soldering level.
Roza_Irina
Well, if I buy it, then I will surely ask you questions later.
But first I decided to wait for the induction Orson, there the temperature will be on the multi-cook from 50 * to 130 *, just for the sous-vid. I decided not to buy a sous-vid, there is nowhere to put it. Yes, and the husband will scold. Although I think I'll get it for the speaking Orson too.
igorechek
Irina, why do you need SV-MV for, it seems, 23,000 (Russian rubles)? There are forums on which the expensive Bork pressure cookers are discussed. Induction heating, especially in multicooker (as opposed to electric panels), gives practically no benefit either in economy or in cooking time. And the voice guide only gets bored with time and must be turned off ...
Roza_Irina
But I like her. I fell in love. Firstly, Korea, most modes allow you to open the lid without resetting the program (in comparison with cuckoos). I just bastard about the quality of cuckoos, from the work of their programs too. Having them, I understand that the rest, which I have, are just resting. I could buy a bork, but in Ukraine it does not get cheaper for some reason.
And talking pressure cookers don't get boring. Surprisingly, all households like the train and the singing of birds.
You probably won't understand me, but I love such an expensive technique for its quality.
igorechek
Glad for you what you like. I have not bought cheap equipment for a long time, because it is most often wasted money. I read reviews about vac. packers Klatronic and Bomann for 1200-1500 and once again I understand that a good thing cannot be cheap.
But still I (this is my opinion) do not want to pay extra money for redundant and unprincipled things. I myself have an induction hob, this is one thing, but it is in pressure cookers that the heating principle does not play any role, and induction is a complication and rise in price. I read about these models - for me personally, they are stuffed with unnecessary elements that only reduce reliability and complicate management.
Well this is my thoughts out loud. That it is better to buy the SV Shteba, which does not disappoint and the Shteba Vacuumator or Profi Cook, and not the Clathronic or Bomann.
Good luck with your new product.
Roza_Irina
The Shteba vacuum apparatus or the Profi Cook - I choose between them. Maybe someone can compare them. All the pros and cons.
Well, about induction, you may be right. But I don't see any shadow competitors. I don't want Orson 5015 with a removable lid, in terms of functionality it is close to my brand 6051. Unless it breaks ... But this one lured me with its set of programs.
So if nothing seductive appears, then I will buy it and I will seduce others.
In general, I want a lot of different things. It's good that not everything is for sale with us and not everything appears at once, there is time to think, and sometimes to overwhelm.

That's for sure.
Staff 6 has just appeared. I would like it not to disappoint. You cannot find full reviews on it, if only because buyers use little time.
I have some problems with 2 vacuum pumps of a different type and started after a year of operation. And in the beginning they worked like a clock.
OlkaNovi
Friends! Can you please tell me who knows if vacuum bags from Steba VK 5 are suitable for Profi Cook PC-VK 1015, or are there only their own (I know they are a little thicker)?
notglass
Any good dense bags, both corrugated and simply tight, are suitable.
OlkaNovi
Thank you! And then I already bought packages for Shteba, but in the end I chose the Pro ...
igorechek
Quote: notglass

Any good dense bags, both corrugated and simply tight, are suitable.
So it will not be possible to suck in air from simply dense, non-rippled packages from the inside. We need grooves.
notglass
Yes? And we didn't know with the professional. He, a hard worker, pumped out the air without grooves and soldered everything wonderfully. Dense, smooth package.
igorechek
Something new. According to the laws of physics, air cannot be pumped out of smooth packages that are not corrugated inside. I tested it myself on "special strength" bags for freezing.
If there are smooth surfaces inside, then the pressure roller compresses both halves and there is simply no passage for air. This was discussed in detail in the topic about vacuum sealers. That is why it is the corrugated surfaces that are made so that air passes through the channels-grooves, and then they are sealed. Beh them the package just sticks together.
Mar_k
notglass, If possible, post a photo, but many do not believe that this is possible! And what packages I used, I'll buy the same then!
Manna
And Shteba doesn't have the ability to evacuate containers, right? Packages only?
Vei
Manna, only bags, there is no device to evacuate containers ((
larissa
Vei, good evening! Tell me, do you have there where the iron strips for sealing are covered with a brown ribbon? And then I recently bought myself this vacuum cleaner, but something somehow confuses me with this ribbon overlapping the soldering shadows ... somehow it solders me with a wide strip, then a thin and, as it were, torn
Manna
Quote: Vei
there are no adaptations to evacuate containers ((
What a pity It turned out to be convenient for evacuating cans in profiled. Now I am vacuuming a lot in cans, not bags. It would be necessary to add such a function to Shtebe
igorechek
The owners of the Shteba vacuum unit are not visible in the photo. Tell me, does your device have a small pipe for pumping out air inside the chamber for pumping air? Or is there just a hole?
If there is, then, in principle, you can pump out wherever you want.

The current runs under the stripes. If without them, then the current will beat and stick to the packages. But the fact that the sealing strip is uneven in thickness, it should not be so. The "seams" should be wide and of the same width over the entire length. Did you have a clean, non-greasy place for soldering?
Omela
I tried a vacuum cleaner yesterday. Compared to the Korean, it buzzes like an exterminator !!! And sucks harder of course. Here is a photo https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=378469.0
igorechek
So is there a "pimp" in it for sucking air or not?
Manna
As I understand it, no, since the bags are corrugated, not smooth.
Omela
And xs ?? The manufacturer's website says: The ability to create a vacuum in the spec. containers (containers are not included in the package)... This phrase is also present on the box. Nothing is written about this in the manual.
Manna
Since there is such a function, it means that you just need to find the right tube and container suitable for this packer. Perhaps there is a hole for the tube ...
Omela
There is a hole on the side .. I'll go and ask the representatives of the staff.
igorechek
Why am I asking about a pimp. ANY vacuum apparatus (pump) can be adapted for vacuuming in cans. You just need to put the tube on the place of air suction and pick up the tip for insertion into the jar itself.
I have several vacuum pumps myself, which is very good. They can be interchangeable. A few days ago my pump for evacuation in Vitesse containers bent. There are 6-7 cans left. So I (disappointed in the quality of the Vitesse pump itself, since I disassembled and saw what was the matter) adapted the Vitesse vacuumator Profi Cook, the VES marinator for pumping air out of the cans, and later I will make it for Brown and Hotter. Just rearranging the jar tip.
So in your case, you can probably adapt the vacuum apparatus for evacuation in containers. It's just that if there is a pimp-tip inside the pumping chamber (like I have in Profi Cook), then you need to put a tube on it.
igorechek
Quote: Manna

I understand that no, since the bags are corrugated, not smooth.
No, the bags are always corrugated inside for vacuuming. Smooth ones are used only in industrial vacuum chambers (in such dense bags we buy products in a vacuum in stores). The pumping principle is different there.

I understood what you mean. in the Korean there is such a pimp, I did not find it in the staff.

Containers and tubes for Shteba are not produced at the moment. The Germans are still thinking.

Do it differently. Buy other vacuum containers, for example Vitesse - there are no complaints about them, unlike the pump. They are relatively inexpensive, available in 1.5 and 2 liters. And use them. It is not necessary to buy branded jars to the Shteba vacuum apparatus. The main thing is to choose a tube and a tip. Not that hard.
If there is no pimp in the Shteba, but there is only a hole for pumping air, well, it's good - insert a cone-shaped tip into it (at least from the pen cap) and pump it out to your health.

And not at all. For those vacuum sealers that have a pumping spout, the bags are (can be used) smooth (for example, in the clathronic).

Exactly. If you press something on the "ball" in the side hole, then the ball falls through and opens the hole. When the packer is running, draws air through it.

insert a tapered tip into it (even from the pen cap)
Nuuuuu ... it is necessary to adapt. I personally have containers with a hand pump, I have enough. It would just be a nice bonus here. I will wait, can someone handy adapt that.

Well, this is not only for Klatronic. More established firms don't do that. Indeed, in this case, a "defective" vacuum is obtained. Yes, and you need to adapt quickly to pull out the spout and seal the bag. The principle is somewhat different here. I saw the process on video. Not really. This is somewhat similar in pumping quality to the method of submersion.

Nothing complicated. When you read it, it seems complicated. In fact, the material is easy to find and very simple to do. But you can adapt yourself as you want and for what you want.

Oops, igorechek, Your answer was missing.
Precisely, disappeared, my answer was bent.
It seems that the warning and advice on how to automate the hand pump is gone.
I came the other day, for a trial, packing with Clathronic vacuum bags. Cheap shit - don't take it. Simple smooth bags, maybe a little thicker than ordinary ones, they are not soldered at all from the edge. It is impossible to use as a vacuum bag. Only for ordinary sealing, and even then not very much. True, and their price is ridiculous, it seems, 350 rubles for 3 rolls of 10 m.
I will suggest someone who has vacuum lids for ordinary glass jars or containers with a hand pump. To improve and facilitate pumping, you can use any email. vacuum cleaner. Take it at home or buy a regular suction cup for shelves or soap dishes. Cut off the top and make (drill) through the center of the hole for the tip of the electric vacuum unit. All. Put the suction cup on the cap nipple, insert the pump tip (or just put it) into the suction cup and turn on the vacuum unit .. It pumps out stronger, faster and without effort.
Omela
I bought additional packages. I opened the box, and there they are poor so stuffed that the edges are all jammed.

Vacuum sealers Steba

This is very inconvenient and problematic. When sealing, folds form in these places. The Germans could have made a little box and more.
