Pork in mustard-soy sauce with caraway seeds

Ingredients

Pork neck 0.5-0.7kg
whole cumin
ground black pepper
Marinade
soy sauce 100g
mustard ready spicy 1 tbsp. the spoon
honey 1 tbsp. the spoon

Cooking method

  • Make a marinade with soy sauce, mustard and honey. Cut the meat into 2-3 cm thick chops. Place tightly in a mold and marinate from 4 hours to 2 days. Before putting in the oven - pepper.
  • Bake for 1 hour in an oven preheated to 200-240 degrees. 10-15 minutes before the end of baking, sprinkle the meat with caraway seeds and return to the oven. The meat poured with sauce turns out to be very juicy and tender. Serve with or without a side dish, as you like. I had rustic potatoes fried on lard. Oh, what a potato ... Crispy crust, but inside is tender, just melting ... mmm ... Still, potatoes fried on lard are much tastier than those cooked in vegetable or other oil.

Note

if you want the form in which the meat is baked to remain clean, line the bottom and sides of the form with foil.
