Since I traded myself, everything was easier for me - they called me - it broke, they sent me the device back, I handed it over to my supplier by filling out a special form on their website, where it is indicated what the breakdown was. And already they send it to Dax, then they wait from Dax to write off the multicooker, and return the money to my balance. And already I order a new cartoon from them again. Or if not in stock, I give the money to the buyer so that he can buy it elsewhere.
So it was with me. And in large stores with a bunch of employees, you probably still need some kind of paper.
