Cabbage rolls in the Brand 6051 pressure cooker

Ingredients

Cabbage, roach 1
Minced meat (pork + beef), gr 700
Onions, pcs 1
Greens 1
Rice, handful 1
Sour cream, tomato paste, salt, pepper

Cooking method

  • To disassemble the cabbage into sheets, for this I put the head of cabbage in the microwave for 10 minutes to the maximum (boil the cabbage), during this time we boil the rice and make the minced meat: turn it through a meat grinder, beef, pork, onion; then mix the finished minced meat with rice, salt and pepper to taste. We take out the cabbage from the microwave, place it under cold water and separate the leaves. We wrap our minced meat in cabbage leaves and fry the Cabbage rolls in a multicooker on the frying mode for 15 minutes on both sides in a little oil.
  • While the cabbage rolls are fried, prepare the sauce: mix about 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream in a bowl, 1-2 tablespoons of tomato paste (ketchup), water, salt, pepper until smooth. I can't say exactly in what proportion, when I interfere all the time I try, then add some water, then add salt.
  • And so our cabbage rolls are all fried, put them in a multicooker bowl, fill them with sauce, so that all the cabbage rolls are covered with this sauce and put on stewing, I had 15 minutes
  • Bon Appetit

It would seem: what could be new in the preparation of cabbage rolls? But no - it turns out that instead of boiling, you can put the cabbage in the microwave! And how much less fuss! Thanks for the idea, next time I will definitely try to do just that!

I apologize, I didn't understand something - are we putting the cabbage in the water, or are we just putting it in the micro without everything?

The head of cabbage is laid without water. And yet I read that they put it in a bag, apparently it softens better there, but I haven't tried it myself.

I put it practically without water, I just poured two tablespoons into the bottom of the plate just in case, since this was my first experience with stuffed cabbage rolls. The cabbage there itself was covered with sweat

It's my pleasure! I myself just found out about this, and it turns out that in general it is beauty and clean and you don’t suffer with cooking
