  • Put it in the pressure cooker bowl, put it on "Manual" - stage 1 - 90 degrees - half an hour; Stage 2 - 80 degrees - half an hour On heating - half an hour. If the pressure does not build up, open the lid and add about 50-100 ml of water.
  • I didn’t add water, but I washed the lingonberries, and the pressure built up.
  • Previously, lingonberries were steamed in a Russian oven - 2-3 hours.
  • I usually freeze berries, but I needed steamed lingonberries.

Do not be shy! This is such an old Russian and Karelian-Finnish way of harvesting lingonberries for the winter - they put them in an oven in pots for 2-3 hours. And then you can store it without cold. Sugar in the villages was like a delicacy! My grandmother in the Arkhangelsk region used to do this. And I needed steamed lingonberries for a recipe from the Karelian cuisine. Well, nothing is so easy to mess with!
