Ingredients

mashed potatoes 250 gr.
flour 50 gr.
a raw egg 1 PC.
sour cream 1 tbsp. l.
salt taste
butter

Cooking method

  • Rub boiled hot potatoes in mashed potatoes. Add sour cream, eggs, salt, flour. Mix, grease hands with rast. butter and form cakes about 1 cm thick.Place on a greased baking sheet and dust with a little flour on top. We bake until golden brown. Lubricate with butter and eat hot!

Cooking program:

oven 220 degrees.
