Blueberry handful
Kiwi 2
Apple 1

  • Mix flour with sugar, salt, lemon zest, add egg and milk. Crumble the butter with a knife and knead the dough. Grease a mold with butter and sprinkle with flour. Roll out the dough in accordance with the size of the mold, make the sides. Leave part of the dough on the partitions. Beat the egg with a fork. Mix 2/3 into cottage cheese, add a spoonful of sugar there. Put the resulting mass on the dough. Make partitions from the remains of the dough. We use 1/3 of the eggs for coating the edges and partitions. Put a separate type of berries / fruits on each quarter. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 190 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool on a wire rack without removing from the mold.
