Ingredients

flour 280 g
sugar 260 g
eggs 3 pcs
cream cheese (Philadelphia) 150 g
butter 150 g
juice and zest of half a lemon
black currant 150 g
baking powder 1 tsp
vanilla sugar 1 tsp
icing sugar for dusting

Cooking method

  • 1. Beat butter with sugar, without stopping beating, add eggs one by one, then cream cheese. Add flour mixed with baking powder and vanilla sugar in several steps.
  • 2. Add zest, juice, berries to the finished dough and mix gently.
  • 3. Grease a bowl of a multicooker with butter, put out the dough and turn on the "BAKING" mode, time 75 minutes. Sprinkle the finished cake generously with powdered sugar.
