Pear dessert with cottage cheese and fruit sauce

Ingredients

Pears 6 pcs
Cottage cheese 150 g
Lemon juice and zest 1 PC
Milk 0.5 st
Lingonberry juice (any fruit) 1 tbsp. l
Brandy (cognac) 1 tbsp. l
Starch 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • This recipe is from a series of "quick" ones, as well as for those who should use cottage cheese, but do not like it at all ...
  • So, first we make the lingonberry sauce, as indicated in the original recipe of the magazine "Culinary Praticum" No. 5 2012.
  • Boil the milk, pour in the starch diluted in a small amount of milk and cook until thickened, stirring (I use lemon syrup instead of lingonberry sauce).
  • Then pour in the brune juice and brandy, bring to a boil and refrigerate.
  • Cut the pears in half, remove the cores. Sprinkle lemon juice on the flesh to prevent browning.
  • Fill the pear halves with cottage cheese.
  • When serving, sprinkle the zest on the pears and top with the sauce.

Thank you, Irishka! I am very pleased!
Pears are taken fresh, juicy. In combination with cottage cheese and sauce, a very spicy taste is obtained.
: nyam: The main thing is that you can quickly serve a beautiful and delicious dessert ...

And also, Irish, don't forget about honey, nuts, cinnamon, as well as apricots, peaches, apples ...
