Pies in a glass. Apricot and chocolate cake in glass

Ingredients

wheat flour 120g.
sugar 60gr.
Butter 60gr.
egg 2 pcs.
milk 3st. l.
baking powder 1h l.
chocolate (white) 100g
apricot jam 5st. l.
fresh apricots 4 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Brought a new recipe today, with this sunny and joyful fruit!
  • The recipe is incredibly easy, but sooooo delicious!
  • All you need is:
  • -Beat eggs with sugar.
  • - Gently add flour mixed with baking powder.
  • -then milk and slowly melted butter.
  • - at the very end chocolate (chopped into pieces), apricots (cut into cubes) and at the very end jam.
  • -Stir everything well and put in jars, filling 0.5 jars.
  • -bake for about 30 minutes, in an oven preheated to 175C.
  • -that's all. Delicious!

Note

P.S. Instead of white chocolate, I had the usual drops. I think it would be even tastier with white.

Exactly 4 jars of 325 ml. Jars filled to the floor. Bake without lids. Sterilize the lids separately in any convenient way. Roll up immediately.
