Ingredients

ready-made fresh turkey roll 1 kg
sweet and sour apple 1 PC.
pitted prunes 5 pieces.
fresh ginger piece 5cm long
vegetable oil 1.5 tsp.
salt 1.5 tsp.

Cooking method

  • Prepare a double plastic bag for pickling. Prepare the marinade: chop the apple, prunes, ginger pieces in the processor, but not into a homogeneous mass, so that very small pieces remain. Add salt and vegetable oil. We send part of this marinade to the bottom of the bag, the roll in elastic braid there, the rest of the marinade and carefully squeeze the bag with our hands so that the whole roll is coated with marinade. We get rid of air in the bag, tightly tie its end 3 cm from the roll. We send the roll to the refrigerator for 12 hours for pickling. After that, fill the multicooker-pressure cooker with hot water and lower the roll into it, tied with the end up. Set the mode Your choice, temperature 90 degrees, pressure 2. Time 2.5 hours. Cool the finished steering wheel and put it in the refrigerator for maturation. Boil the juice and fruits remaining after cooking in half and then beat with a submersible blender. The sauce is ready. Serve a roll with boiled rice (cooked in a Redmond RMC-02 cartoon cooker), Groats mode. Pour with sauce.
