Ingredients

Azu beef 500gr
Bulb onions 1-2 pcs.

Flour 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil
Salt, fresh dill

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat (sirloin, rump or even tenderloin) into thin long strips. Peel the onion and cut it into "feathers".
  • Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the pressure cooker. Enable mode Fry for 15 minutes.
  • After a minute, put the onion in a bowl and fry for a couple of minutes.
  • Add beef noodles to the onion and fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Move the meat and onions to the sides of the bowl, add flour in the middle, quickly sauté and stir with the meat.
  • Add sour cream. Do not forget to salt and maybe even pepper.
  • If the sauce is very thick, add boiled water to the desired consistency. Stir and fry until the end of the mode.
  • The classic side dish is fried potatoes. But you can serve it with mashed potatoes, and with rice, and with buckwheat. We had rice.
  • Sprinkle with dill on a plate.

Note

In principle, the beef stroganoff was ready by the end of the Fry regime. But I poured in more water (3 tbsp. L.) And set EXTINGUISHING mode extinguished it by default. The meat could be eaten with the lips. Son (2 years old) chewed with pleasure.
