Antipasti with aioli (Philips Air Fryer)

Ingredients

Bulgarian pepper 1 PC.
Cherry tomatoes 5-6 pieces
Young zucchini (small) 1 PC.
Champignon 2 pcs.
Small onions
Young garlic
Salt, pepper, olive oil
For aioli:
Olive oil 100 ml
Egg yolk 1 PC.
Fresh garlic 2 teeth
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Salt pepper

Cooking method

  • Peel and wash vegetables and champignons. Cut the pepper into 4 pieces (small whole peppers can be used). Cut the courgettes into slices 1 cm thick. Cut the mushrooms in half (if large) or leave whole.

  • Season the vegetables with salt, pepper and brush with olive oil.
  • Put the vegetables in the bowl of the heated AF. Set the timer for 10 minutes, the temperature regulator at 180 * C. After 3 minutes, remove the cherry tomatoes with tongs. Bake the rest of the vegetables to the "bell".
  • Prepare aioli *: Beat the yolk with salt, pepper and garlic (passed through a hand press) (with a mixer, blender, food processor), gradually adding olive oil. When the mixture thickens, add lemon juice and beat well again. (Made with the help of an emulsifying disk in a Philips 7605 combine. It turned out to be a thick sauce, which is called a "spoon worth".)
  • Serve the cooked vegetables with aioli sauce.

* If you are lazy to beat the aioli or there are no devices that can do it, you can add garlic, a little lemon juice to the mayonnaise and pepper to taste. This makes a good replacement.

In my Brand 35128 I would put it at 200 * C on the upper grill, for 10 minutes, maximum 15 if it is cold.

There were no mushrooms, so eggplants, and my husband hates onions, so the mini-version turned out.The aioli didn't really work out for me, did not want to thicken and quickly layered, but as a sauce it still turned out to be delicious! I beat it with my foot, next time with a mixer I will try and beat in a different sequence.

The mixer didn't work for me either. After 10 minutes my hand got tired and I spat. Then I took out a combine and with a disc for emulsification, everything quickly came out. But my mixer is only 150 watts, we can be more powerful and do better.
