Ingredients

Cucumbers 5 kg.
Vinegar 6% 1 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Rast. oil 1 tbsp.
Salt 100 g
Ground black pepper 2 tsp
Garlic (grated) 2 tsp
Dill 1 bundle
Parsley 1 bundle
Mustard 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Our family is very fond of mustard-filled cucumbers. I suggest one more recipe. It turns out to be much tastier than with regular mustard powder.
  • Peel the cucumbers, cut them arbitrarily. Mix everything, leave for 1 hour, put in jars, fill with brine, sterilize for 10-15 minutes.
