On the forum there was information, members of the forum have deserved old bread machines. I hope not thrown away?
Can we boast about the topic, and we will all be proud - these are the rarities of our comrades? And the photo would not be bad to lay out, brief data and how it worked.
As we know, Japan made the first stoves in 1986. And in Russia they were officially sold since 1994. But they started importing before that.
So, who is the owner of the first stoves in the USSR and the CIS?
Cake
Oh. I would look with great pleasure at the "great-grandmothers" and "great-grandfathers" And how the buckets were arranged inside, and outside ... What programs ... People. show !!! After all, as you know,
TODAY SCRAP - ANTIQUES TOMORROW!

Probably, I have the most rarity. it ShSivaki. Native assembly, purchased about 15 years ago. It still works like a clock. True, there are no modern bells and whistles in her, she does not make jam, and she bakes delicious bread. And she has a delay timer, and appetizingly invites fresh bread in the morning to the kitchen.

Teflon bucket, comfortable, high and narrow, not square. The knife is in the middle, which allows the kneading to be done well. When baking bread, the knife remains in the bucket, not in the bread.
Measuring cup, translucent, plastic.

Not noisy, good helper, hard-working. Loading from above, there is a small window. It has never been repaired.
But I can't show the photo now - she has been living at the dacha for the third year and continues to serve us regularly there.

Maybe the model name is full? And the blade is made of what metal and is not fixed on the shaft? Thick wall bucket, cast or stamped? Made where it is known? How did you get there? History is interesting.

There is. And there is a recipe book, everything has been preserved in an excellent form. Only for today I will not give the full name - because.

A scapula - you mean a knife? It doesn’t fix, just slips in and holds well. But what metal? So from the same as the bucket, but I don't know for sure.

The bucket has thick walls, it seems like they are cast (there are no joints, that's for sure), I already wrote, where:

ShSivaki. Native build
This means that in Japan.
This bread maker came to me just like twice two. They (HP) had just appeared on sale, there were no forums and the Internet then, I did not know about any comparative characteristics, but I was very fired up to buy. Well, I was looking, looking and bought. At that time, I remember, it cost $ 195.
Not everything worked out the first time and did not like the bread. Was postponed as a kind of unnecessary thing. Over time, I tried to bake bread in it again - or rather, I made dough for fr. baguettes - I liked it. Further more.
Three crust modes, pizza dough, different breads - sweet, ordinary, oatmeal - now I just don't remember all the recipes, but there are a lot of them.
The touch buttons (!), White, as I already wrote, have never broken and are working properly. What else ... yes, the usual, convenient HP.

I will not say that I became a blind fan of HP, but it is somehow more comfortable with her.
Recently, she moved to a dacha, and she needs to buy a new HP for the apartment. What I'm trying to do now
Rem
Maybe on the contrary, she deserved it to the apartment! And then you will see what the quality of the stoves is now! The "old lady" will outlive your future new one too!
Elena4363
I also have Shivaki and still works. I also bought Moulinex 5004, but I bake white bread in Shivaki, and black bread, cakes, rum baba and baguettes in
Moulinex. In Shivaki, only the bucket began to leak because of old age, but my husband faked it and works like a clock again.

And exactly! She went through fire and water with me and has been working reliably for over 15 years ... And, by the way, her appearance is very pretty - she will not yield to today's models in harmony and weight
But about modern ... rush ... d I think ... I weigh the pros and cons ...

Elena4363 - the health of your HP - she deserves it

Seems to me we are talking about SHIVAKI SMB-95 or SHIVAKI SMB-96. The instructions for the latter can be downloaded ...

The link does not work for some reason.
And maybe besides this brand, what other brands were produced?

Ha, damn it, how did I manage - 2 hours ago, when I wrote my message, everything worked, I checked. And now he writes "Obviously, the paid period for providing hosting services has ended." Apparently today at 0:00 this period ended. Well, I, according to my old Plyushkin tradition (extra infa is never superfluous), just in case I downloaded it myself.

Well, it's not for me - I just found out what baking is about last year

I also had the first shivaki bread maker, we bought it in 1996, but I didn't really have an impression of it. although it would have worked now if the oil seal on the bucket had not failed. my bread in it never turned out 100%, let alone in Panasonic. and the name can be clarified, the instruction I still have and gave the stove itself when I bought Panasonic.

My old lady SD-253 has been conscientiously working with me since August 2005.
And yours?
SchuMakher
Well, my girl is still (well, like me), October 2009
Alim
I bought it in February 2008 and used it almost every day. While working, but the crunching in the oil seal has already begun I bought the second in 2010.
Elenka
It was presented by my husband in December 2008. It works perfectly, but it's time to change the bucket - the core in it has loosened. I used it to the fullest - almost all the time at least 2 times a day.

I bought my first Mulineshka-5002 in December 2007 and is still in excellent condition! I bought the second Mulieshka in June 2010, so far I am very happy!

I bought my Panasik in May 2007. There are no complaints about the work. I changed the bucket last summer. Now like new.

My OLD LADY Hitachi HB-E303 born in 1995-96 and I don't remember exactly
But it works regularly to this day, diligently kneads the dough, and even baked Simple white bread for the competition myself And all my bread samples on the forum are mixed and baked in this particular bread machine!

Thanks to the bread maker-worker

The age of your bread machine
Tatiasha
Mine appeared in my house on 01/13/2011 at 20:00, we are happy with each other. She was lucky with a very thrifty hostess. I did not particularly plan to buy HP, but on the current NG-vacation they inspired this idea on me on one of the forums, then, after a few.days flared up "until I can not" and began a painful period of choice, I hope I made the right decision.
Mom was categorically against the purchase, but now she is happy, because she is the main eater of bread in the house.

And I have all three of different ages:

Panasonic 255 - Fall 2007

Alaska 2600 - spring 2008

and the youngest IQ - December 2010

Alaska works the most, Panasik only in summer I get it, well, the latter is also only in summer and winter holidays. There are no complaints, everyone plows flawlessly according to the same recipes, I do not alter anything.
mozes61
I bought Panasonic 255 last December, I'm very satisfied, I hope it will last a long time, and will delight us with fresh tasty bread

KENWOOD BM 256
bought in March 2007
(t-t-t) still on duty !!!
no complaints, no repairs - as soon as from the store!
klila
I have a KENWOOD BM 450 since October 2009. I am very satisfied, works 2-3 times a week. The only thing was that the bucket seal began to deteriorate. Apparently, you will soon have to change the bucket (in Kiev there are 220 UAH each).
rinishek
I have HP MoulinexOW200033
bought in October 2008
Works every other day and sometimes twice a day
however, the oil seal flew last year - I had to buy a new bucket. And so - a wonderful worker.
Can knead cake dough, and maybe dumplings - a super oven!
RoLiS
I bought my Moulinex OW5004 Home Bread Baguette in January 2009. Until I let it down with baking, well, in return I am careful, there are no scratches I am friends with equipment Works a lot, I am satisfied
YURIS1972
Our LG152 SE has been working since 2001. Today the belt fell off for the second time in all the time (the first time - 2 months ago). This was the reason to visit the forum.
veta
I have Benten (many probably have not heard of such a model, bought the most suitable for me at a price, because, in general, then I did not know anything about bread makers) since January 2010, I am satisfied, I have not noticed any technical problems yet, the bread bakes perfectly, it is still in demand function "dough", in the summer - "jam", and more, as I already understood, I don't need anything.
metel_007
I have LG HB-201-JE since January 2010. I am very happy with my worker. At work 4-5 days a week.

Same model, same year, but purchased in April. The shaft in the bucket stopped spinning. And the dough sticks to the mixer strongly.

I have a Panasonic 255. He came to me at the beginning of 2008. So far, everything seems to be going well, only the plastic from the rear really turned yellow.
I practically don't use malt.
Basja
I have 2 HP LG152 and Panasonic 256 both since 2008, one bought earlier, arc a little later. I mostly use Panasonic. I bake only rye bread in it. The bottom of the bucket from sugar and salt is slightly scratched (I think so), no complaints.
I will take LV to the summer cottage.

This is not a degradation of plastic but a "noble patina" like a patina.
If you really want to, it is washed at once, already discussed on the forum like
Zest
and so I would like a "noble plaque"

It is not washed at once, over time it eats more and more firmly.
At the beginning of use - yes, you could easily wipe it off.

In general, it does not bother me, as well as a broken mixer (cut along with the bread) and a couple of scratches in the bucket. I am not fanatic and I will not wash after each use "to the last drop". I attribute all this to normal wear and tear of the device during operation.

Well, not only for that of course

Another would be to vote on the models. I wonder which ones are in demand. Although I guess roughly, but still.

I still have Hitachi alive. Japanese 1992. I like her even more than Panas. there is a window, programs, though less. But the dough is sausage like new. When it cools down, it snorts, it smells deliciously like bread in the house ... I have it at 120 V.The adapter was bought in America, from there a friend dragged the yeast in 1992, they thought that only dry ones were needed, however, in 1992 our yeast was unimportant. So mine is probably the oldest.
YURIS1972
That's what I understand - "Hitachi. Japanese 1992"

I have a Clathronic 2866 for 2 years now, only the 2nd in a row. The first one scattered after 1 baking, stopped turning on. The service was changed to a new one in tech. weeks, they said that a factory defect.
At the moment, there was one breakdown - the blade stopped rotating. Before that, however, for half a year the stove creaked strongly, well, a clean cart))) After the repair, everything is fine: it rotates and does not creak))
From complaints. I noticed that just after boiling the jam, the bucket began to leak. Moreover, it proceeds quite strongly when cooking jam. When I put the bread to bake overnight, then practically nothing, maybe a drop or two, and even then not always.

I would like to ask the owners of other brands of bread machines
1. How quickly did your bucket start leaking or did you not encounter it at all?
2. If it began to leak, what do you think was the reason?
Yutan
I have a 1994 LG. Stands in the country. Works. The second Moulinex 5004 gave to her son, as she was carried away by baking sourdough in the oven.
Scarecrow
LG 2003 works fine and flawlessly. Not a single breakdown. True, not with me anymore. Panasonic, bought instead of the same ski in 2008. alive and working so far. Pah-pah ..

LG HB-151 JE - since 2001 without a bucket. the truth worked for 8 years, as they say from call to call ...
Clathronic 2605 2008, after 15 months the oil seal died. standing without a bucket
again LG HB-151 JE from 2010. and Panasonic 255 since 2009 ..... while working ... TTT.

Opera, I have a third HP: the first and last Hitachi, and the second was LG (although it is still working, it also has an oil seal, although we changed it). In the first Hitachi, the oil seal was changed 2 or 3 times, it made me happy for about 10 years, until it completely crumbled. Opera, this is because of the oil seal the bucket is leaking. My husband changed it himself, ordered the oil seal from the Internet.
