Here are some new questions at last! You've brought some animation to the forum!
I answer in order!

1. What advantages do you need?
2. Compared to what?
3. Supplied.
4. Decently.
5. It depends on what to knead.
6. In them, where is it?

Read the forum for two days, no less. Then formulate the questions in a new way.

Uv. Ksyusha! I have been using the mod for about 2 months. 755. This stove has all the necessary functions. Since besides baking, which has become my hobby, there is still a lot of interesting things in life, from my point of view, you can do without the programming mode (mod. 125). I practically do not use an automatic dispenser, although I only bake bread with various additives, such as is not available for sale in abundant Odessa. For comparison, I bought a loaf of bread with prunes for 20 UAH 400 gr in the gourmet store "Cosmos" (with-ma markets "Tavria"), where additives "search" for each other. This bread cannot be compared with the Lithuanian bread (see recipes), which I adapted for the 755 model. Perfectly turns out 100% whole grain and rye bread, dough for pizza and dumplings (different modes). I control and manage the quality of the kolobok by the large window. For a family of their two pensioners, the maximum loaf of 1 kg is quite sufficient, even taking into account the guests (although the Lithuanian one is obtained weighing 1.2 kg).
2. The buckets did not compare
3. The book of recipes in Russian has
4. I bake 2-3 times a week with various additives - as long as there are no scratches, it washes well. I use a plastic tefl pans spatula.
5. Not accentuated on noise, does not interfere (if it was noisy, I would know).
6. There is a dough mode for spaghetti, dumplings and dumplings.
7. I like the dimensions, design and price (500 UAH = 100 $) more than in the 125 model.

I have been reading the forum for 10 days already, I learned a lot of interesting, necessary and useful things. Many thanks to ALL members of the forum for your work, experience and advice!
At the very beginning, I really liked the Moulinex ow 5004 oven, I decided to buy it.
But after NG, shops and warehouses in Odessa and Kiev are empty. There was still time to reflect, read and think. For the cost of Mouli 5004, you can buy 2 Delonghi (I will give one to my mother-in-law), and you also need to buy an electronic scale.
After reading what I have read, I see that the price-quality suits all Delonghi 125S owners.
But then I saw new models of this company and now I am tormented by questions.
The design of the new models is more interesting than that of the 125, but the 125 captivates - she has bread from 700g to 1250g and the ability to program.
I'm interested - can the BDM 1200S and BDM 755S models be programmed too?
What is the shape of the bread - an elongated bucket or a high one?
Judging by the information that I have, I tend to the BDM125 model, and I like the design of the new ones.
Now I am tormented by a choice! Help me choose please !!!

How does the DeLonghi 125 handle a tough test?

How does the DeLonghi 125 handle a tough test?
No problem. The noodle dough makes.Even if you make a mistake and pour in a little liquid (the result will be a very steep dough) - nothing happens to it - it kneads. Checked.
The main advantage is programming. It cannot be blocked by any other advantages.
I bought it in Kiev for $ 113. Now I see - the prices are higher. I think they will go down. In a few days, Ukraine joins the WTO (World Trade Organization). For consumers, this means that customs duties on most goods will be abolished, sellers will basically come out of the shadows and will be forced to establish a service. There will be more competition, which means prices will be lower. Not so low, but significantly lower. I am writing this if it matters to you personally. By the way, that's why there was a shortage of goods. Sellers simply do not want to clear customs until customs rates are reduced. Well, and those who drove, "negotiating with the customs" under the "old regime", now, when "new brooms" are being swept and "new winds" are blowing, can no longer agree. ... ... Well, soon they will flood everything above the roof again ... Appropriate!

Something is hard to believe in a fall in price, especially for those goods that are currently in high demand. And I don't want to wait long.
Let's see when HP will start appearing in stores and what the price will be (as if they didn't become even more expensive).

Analyzing the information, I come to the following conclusions. You can come to others. But when the bread makers START to appear, the very first batches can be expensive. Selyavi.

Yes, many sellers will be able to cash in on the hype. And the rise in price of HP can be foreseen, since by calling all the shops and online stores in Odessa, looking at many shops in Kiev and other cities - the result is the same everywhere - there is no HP !!!

Read post # 6. Everyone is waiting for a reduction in customs duties.

There are bread makers in Ukraine! Yesterday I found an online store in which 755 costs $ 95. e., 125 - 123 usd e. and they are in stock. I have been baking bread for a month at 755 and I am very happy, but I would not refuse 125, since it is the only programmable one.

Means, already delivered. Let us know where it is. The price (if it is with delivery), I think, is acceptable. I bought mine before the New Year, when there were discounts. Just, obviously, this 10%.

I don't know if it is possible to give the address of the store, but for those who want to buy a bread maker, this will be the necessary information.

After reading about the breakdown and problems with the new Mule 5004, I firmly decided to buy
DeLonghi. Why pay more (for Mula)? Only something my dream remains a dream for a long time.
Bee
If you pay more, then only for Panasonic, even 254. And if you want Moulinex because of 1.5 kg of bread, then Delonghi 125 with 1.25 kg bread is not a big difference. 755 bakes max 1 kg - I got some types of bread up to 1.2 kg and nothing, the oven coped, kneaded wonderfully, worked quietly and without straining, baked evenly. Now I think that with proven recipes and some experience that came after a month of using the bread maker (it turns out that the wheat flour of the highest grade is not all of the highest grade), you can bake wonderful bread in inexpensive bread makers.
Ksyusha
I don't like design in Panasonic.
But I wanted Moulinex 5004 due to the fact that a lot of dough can be mixed with dumplings. Bribes in it 2 kneading blades and a form for 4 buns. But this stove is very dear! I think that without all this, you can also live happily.
Many people use simpler stoves and are happy !!!
As always, when you buy, you want to take everything into account and choose cheap, but the best.
Bee
The oven kneads the dough for up to half an hour, until you stick the first portion of the dumplings, the second portion of the dough will arrive in time. So this is not a problem. And baguettes, if you don't want to bake them every day, you can knead and stand them in the oven, and shape and bake them in the oven. Pay for $ 100 i.e. more for 4 buns is
By the way, the quality of the bread in Panasonic and the design, in my opinion, are not related to each other, because the stove is bought primarily for bread, and not for furniture. I saw Panasonic and Moulinex alive on the same shelf, then Panasonic looks like a respectable uncle, and Moulinex looks like a pig-pig. This is just my subjective opinion.
Ksyusha
I want HP with a window, but there is no window in Panasonic.
DeLonghi has a window and a dispenser, and a possible programs to change, just something a bucket of not very good quality. But I think that you can buy a second bucket if necessary.
And in all other respects I agree with you.
I would very much like to see all the models live, but now they are not in stores, so you have to choose from pictures and reviews.
Bee
Regarding the window: in Panasonic, the top crust of the bread is always ruddy precisely because there is no window in the lid. You need to look into the stove only during kneading, to follow the formation of the bun. You have to open the lid, try the gingerbread man by touch, sometimes add flour, so during kneading at Panasonic, for the first time, until you pick up the right ingredients, you will also have to drop in. But again - the matter is in the cost of Panasonic! As for the bucket, so many manufacturers recommend changing it periodically due to the fact that after several years of operation, the Teflon coating can "harm health." This period varies from 2 to 7 years for different manufacturers. I think during this time not only the bucket will have to be replaced, but the stove will also want to ... or not. As for the dispenser, which in the 755 is fully automatic, it turned out that I did not need it, since it was more convenient for me to pour additives on a signal.

Yes, subjective opinions are different ... I also saw Panasonic and Moulinex live on the same shelf. As for me (this is also just my subjective opinion), Panasonic does not look like a respectable uncle, but like Moidodyr with a table.

I respect any view, because how many people, so many opinions. If not for this forum, I would never have known what homemade bread is. And let the bread makers differ in design and other characteristics, but each brings joy to the house.

I know about HP for a very long time and a few years ago I wanted to buy it, but friends and acquaintances said that it was a temporary toy. Like, I'll play for a month and will stand, gathering dust. Now I started looking for a good model for a gift and ended up on this forum. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FORUM! The forum is just SUPER !!! Now I was on fire to buy such a miracle HP and myself. I think we will soon be happy. The forum helped a lot with the choice. There are many good tried and tested recipes and smart tips here.
HP turn into a piece of furniture for those who do not know about the existence of this wonderful forum! And for those who had their first pancake lumpy (without practical advice and unaware of many subtleties about the varieties of yeast and the formation of a "kolobok").
I look forward to next week, when I will start calling all online stores again.

In early January, I bought a humidifier. Arriving at the store, it turned out that they cost 30 percent more than they were back in September. Exactly the same, one to one.I began to be indignant - what business was it, why the price had risen so much, etc. So the sellers quietly began to tell me that earlier everything was cleared "according to a simplified scheme", but now everyone is afraid - they have to pay real duties. So prices may not change - even if the duties are reduced, they will be forced to pay, and not "negotiate with customs."
It is difficult to predict something - local features ...

I already know that there are delays at customs related to putting things in order with documents. If earlier they gave "on the paw" and "solved the problem", now the "paws" are chopped off. It's like complaining that, they say, traffic lights have been introduced, so we drive slower. In the longer term, it will definitely be better. And this long-term prospect will come pretty quickly - not years, but months. That is why 152 states have already joined the WTO. I visited almost all Ukrainian neighbors many times (in the sense, abroad, in the countries of the Setting Sun). There is something to compare with and there is an opportunity to draw conclusions about the organization of the economy - the invention of "one's own" bicycle is inexpedient, it has already been invented.

Good day!
I accidentally found out about the existence of a curious device - a bread machine, and here I am on this forum
In Latvia, only new models - 1200 and 775 are available for sale. According to the information given, they differ in size, maximum bread weight and number of programs. Unfortunately, there is very little official information. For example, here 🔗 nothing is said about the programming capability of the 125.
The instructions for the 755 and 1200 available on this site are, in my opinion, identical (only one of them has the model number on the cover).
The question is, is the 1200 really not programmable? Are there owners of this model on the forum?

Judging by the buttons it has, 1200 is not programmable. The DeLonghi 125S has three more add-ons. buttons - call up the recipe book, button "Modify" and "Save". And the instructions for the DeLonghi 1200 do not say anything about the possibility of programming

Two weeks ago I finally bought the 125 model, I'm delighted !!!
My good friends also caught fire, and last week in Odessa in Foxtrot they bought a 125 model for 680 UAH. So look for everyone who wants Odessa, by the way, there were also delongues sold nearby, but for UAH 1000 (I don't know the model), but the seller advised 125.

Mams
Machaon, there is a list of manufacturers on the left side of the screen. There are all the models you are interested in inside the delonge. Read about each of them - a lot will become clear. The 125 has an interesting self-programming feature. Everything else - read the forum
Machaon
there is no exact information ..
Machaon
but the instruction is one for several models .. I have already read everything .. it does not indicate how one differs from the other .. there are no functions for the models ..
