Ingredients

Rabbit fresh 1 PC. / 1-1.2 kg.
Fresh carrots 2 pcs. large
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Dried cherry plum 10 pieces.
Sweet orange peel 6-7 crusts
Herbs and spices 1 tsp
Fresh chili to taste / 1 tsp
Fresh garlic 2-3 teeth
Dry white wine 200 ml.
Water or broth about 300 ml.
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Butter 1 tbsp. l.
Salt taste

Cut the rabbit into portions, rinse in water, dry with a towel to remove excess liquid.
