I had to put it back in the refrigerator! The next day I acted smarter - I immediately poured a full bowl of hot water and then the mold sank into it. I held it for a bit, turned the form with the contents onto the dish, trying to separate the form from the cake - figs for you! Does not separate!
She brought in a hairdryer, warmed up the walls of the mold and Oh, a miracle! the cake literally popped out of the mold !!!
