I decided to buy one for myself. At home for a couple of days. The impression is still good. I took it for milk cereals, soups and yoghurts for my daughter. I liked that after the yogurt mode the keep warm function does not turn on.
Vei
This MB also has a touch mode Rice, although he is alone, but it's better than nothing.
And I have two questions:
1) is there a sound signal when water boils on the Pelmeni and Pasta modes?
2) what is the bowl in this MV, what is the covering, is there a honeycomb, and does anything stick to it?
Sillmariel
I don't know about the signal yet, I haven't used these programs yet, the multicooker was sent only today. I baked manna and cooked pilaf, it turned out great. I really like the multicooker, but I have something to compare with, I have a Redmond M90. Teflon bowl, no honeycomb, smooth coating, until nothing sticks. After 2 months of careful use, my Redik's ceramic pan began to "attract" everything.

This program (if it is in the multicooker) never turns into heating in any model!

Congratulations on your purchase! I myself had an M-90, but I sold it, because it did not meet my expectations, but what you write about is minus all the ceramic-coated bowls, they all start to stick in about a couple of months. That is why I was interested in the coating of the bowl at 0520.
Please try Dumplings or Pasta and tell us about these modes.
I will be looking forward to your further impressions.
Sillmariel
Thanks and agreed !! And I really like Redmond M90, I adore it !! I cooked so much in it (I have it for 2 months). I bought an additional Teflon bowl from Polaris for it, so I'm not particularly worried: ceramics - for soups, milk porridge, stewing, compotes, and Teflon - for frying and baking.

I was choosing between Yummi and Polaris. And she stopped at the Field precisely because Yummi turns on the heating after the yogurt mode

I report what I managed to cook in the Field:

Today I cooked a whole chicken on the "Pastry" program. I washed the chicken, rubbed it with salt and chicken seasoning. She poured oil into the bowl and laid the chicken on the back. Set the "Baking" mode for 1 hour 30 minutes. After 35 minutes, the chicken turned over. After another 35 minutes, she turned the chicken on its side for 10 minutes, then baked it for another 10 minutes on the other side. You need to turn it over very carefully so that the chicken does not fall apart.

As a side dish, I cooked pasta on the juice left over from the chicken, finally deciding to try the program of the same name. I poured 500 ml into the bowl in which the chicken was prepared. water, salted. She closed the lid. Included the program "Pasta" for 12 minutes. I would like to note that I waited a long time for the signal, although the water was already boiling. After the signal, I poured pasta, so much that it sticks out of the water a little (almost the entire pack was gone), mixed it, closed the lid and cooked until the signal. The pasta didn't stick together a bit, only a bit fat for me (I had to drain some of the juice). Conclusion: it is more convenient for me to cook on Plov than to sit and wait for the signal.

Great, great report and great results! So on Macaroni, the sound signal works! As for waiting, you can not wait for a signal while sitting next to it, but do something else. And in Redmond-90, on a similar prog, everything works correctly only when the water is not more than 2 liters, maybe this is how it should be?
Sillmariel
So there was only 0.5 liters of water!

Can you please tell me, can you buy a spare bowl for this model?

This Polaris has a non-standard bowl, since the heating disc does not fit snugly, but rather wobbles on the stand. And therefore a very precise fit of the bowl to the disc is necessary. A replacement bowl can and should be ordered from a service center. And Polaris himself has a very, very decent cup.

Hello everyone! I am sharing new recipes.
Bread 2 in 1.
In 1200 ml. warm water dissolve 50 g of raw yeast, 1 tbsp. l. salt "Extra", 2 tsp. Sahara. Pour flour in parts, knead not too steep dough. Allow to rise 2 times, then put about two-thirds of the dough in a greased bowl, set the "Multi-cook" 40 degrees for 40 minutes. After the signal, set the Baking program for 1 hour 20 minutes. After 55 minutes, gently turn the bread over and wait for the signal. Take out, cool, cut, eat. The bread turns out to be very tasty, only my top has failed a little.
For the "Obligatory Bread", melt 100 g of butter, throw in 4 chopped garlic cloves and dill. Form small balls from the remaining dough and dip in this mixture. We put them in a multicooker bowl (do not grease, and it will be greasy !!) in one row, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Next, lay out the second row of balls and again grated cheese. We send it to the multicooker and set again first "MP" at 40 degrees and 40 minutes (although 30 is enough), and then "Baking" for 1 hour and 20 minutes. After 55 minutes, gently turn over and bake until beep.
Warning: the smell is crazy !! And the taste is generally incredible !! Bon Appetit!!

Salt the dish, remembering that we have added adjika and pickles. Chop the garlic and stir in the cream / sour cream. Pour this mixture over the dish, mix well. Honey cake with coffee
Try baking this honey and coffee sponge cake, it comes out very tall, airy and slightly moist.

Dough:
0.5 packs of margarine
4 eggs
4 tbsp. l. liquid honey
1 tbsp. Sahara
2 tbsp. flour
0.5 tbsp. strong hot coffee
1 bag of baking powder

Cream:
400 g sour cream + can of condensed milk

Preparation:
Melt margarine in a bowl and leave (you need a hot one). Beat eggs with sugar using a mixer until the volume doubles. Continuing to beat, add honey. Combine hot coffee and margarine in a separate bowl. Pour into the egg mixture. Beat. Stir in flour, and at the very end add baking powder and stir. Pour into the margarine bowl, set the Baking program to 1 hour. I unplugged after 55 minutes since everything was ready.
Take out the biscuit, cut into 3-4 cakes, saturate with cream and decorate as desired. I didn't have a lot of cream, but it also absorbed, since the biscuit was very perforated and I smeared it hot - they couldn't wait, the smell was crazy.
Forgive me that there are few photos and they are not of very good quality - I was in a hurry, everyone wanted to quickly gobble up the biscuit.))

Wheat bread with kefir.
Mix 400 ml of kefir with 150 ml of hot water and stir quickly so that the kefir does not curl. You can simply mix kefir with water and heat slightly. Add 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. l. sugar, 1 tsp. with a slide of salt, 1 bag of Saf-moment and flour, knead not too hard dough. Let it rise. Then place the dough in a greased bowl. Install Multi-cook 45 gr. for 45 minutes. After 20 minutes, open, knead the dough (it rose a lot) and leave until the signal. Then set the Baking program for 1 hour 10 minutes (do not open the lid!). There was practically no smell. By the way, they write about 0520 that it has no plastic smell. And even simple boiling of water without lemon removed the echoes of the smell. And the silicone rim of the inner lid is also not particularly odor-absorbing. I have something to compare with, and I put 0520 in first place for the absence of bad smells !!!
Sillmariel
On the first day, the heating element smelled a little, but on the same day, after cooking a couple of dishes, the smell disappeared.

Practically everyone. Delayed start is not recommended for frying, dumplings and pasta

And I was not lucky with this cartoon. At first, I did not check the package contents upon delivery (it is my own fault !!!) and as a result, the power cord was missing. But I had to take her to a scrap store for exchange, I tried on a cord from Polaris 0517 - it came up. And I took her to the dacha (for this I bought). And the first time I cooked (steamed potatoes), the latch broke (in my opinion, it was defective, because I very carefully closed and opened it. Now I have to put a frying pan on top. And so the mullet is good. the setting is quickly reset if I gape. In my opinion, the promised 5 seconds does not pass

Look at the multicooker ru for questions about the bowl. In Russia, they order bowls for multicooker. I tried the cups from Redmond (my friend has one from Russia) - it didn't fit.
Sillmariel
I have a Polaris PIP 0501 bowl - I bought it for Redmond. Enter then it enters 0520, the cartoon closes, the program starts, but the heating does not go. The heating element just doesn't work with this bowl. On the website read about bowls in Temka 0520. There is even a link to the sizes of all Polar bowls, and the sizes of 0520 differ.
Anya
I still can't decide on mv 0520 or 0517. 0517 - confuses the price - a little expensive. B 0520 - a bowl of a unique size. Help me choose
Sillmariel
Yes, in Ukraine 0517 is expensive. In Russia, on average, almost like 0520.Model 0517 is more sophisticated, it has a convenient display (cannot be compared with 0520), beautiful appearance. BUT 0520 has all the necessary programs, even sensory ones, multi-cook, it is more powerful, and the bowl is of excellent quality. In ceramic (0517), everything will stick in a couple of months; again, you can buy additional bowls to it. See for yourself, if it's very expensive, it's better to take the 0520, but I don't like the display. And the bowls will appear over time.))
vernisag
Girls, is there a drip tray in this model?
Sillmariel
No, but there is a groove into which condensate flows.

Good afternoon, I also became the owner of this mutivarka, but I'm a little disappointed, I wonder if everyone has such steam? The mother-in-law has a dex 60 and a couple much less although the power is the same.
Sillmariel
Yes, a decent pair.
air_kiss
So I can't be sure, it seems that the design of 0517 is better, and the reviews about it are good, but the ceramic bowl is confusing, I don't want to spend money and buy a Teflon one. The 0520, on the other hand, has a delayed start for all programs, and the bowl in the set is already Teflon ...
svetok
Good afternoon, for a month now I have been the owner of this multi, the first thing that upset me a little was a fairly large amount of steam when cooking, but then I understood a lot only when, for example, you make stewed vegetables on the baking program, but nothing else. Further, the pan is very good and is in no way inferior to dex. I practically forgot about the stove, but so many functions are not needed, I use 4 programs, never a multi-cook. The overall impression is nothing, it bakes beautifully.
