Mannik on kefir without flour in a slow cooker

Ingredients

semolina 1 multi-glass
sugar 1 multi-glass
egg 1 piece
butter or margarine 100g
kefir 1 glass (200gr)
vanillin a little bit
salt taste
soda 0.5 teaspoon

Cooking method

  • We mix semolina, sugar, salt with each other. Dissolve soda in kefir, add an egg, mix thoroughly. Melt margarine or butter in a multicooker bowl (you can use the "heating" or "frying" mode), cool, pour into a dry mixture of components. Pour the kefir mixture there. We knead well. Lubricate the bowl with the remaining oil in the bowl. Baking mode, level 1, 50 minutes. We take the finished manna out of the mold, cool it, serve it to the table.

I did it today too, but he didn't get up at all. As was the dough to about 2 on the bowl, the finished cake is exactly the same height. It's really surprising, but it tastes very much even nothing (not like a sticky sole, as happens with an unstable dough), but in your photo is it so lush?
Could you tell me how much dough does it take in a bowl before baking? For some reason, the dough itself came out very thin, I even added semolina.
