Discussion topic 🔗.

From my practice of kitchen design - I did repairs in the summer.
I also have a corner cabinet 90 x 90, and there I placed a metal 2-tier "carousel" for storing pots and bowls. Now you don't have to dive into the closet in search of the right pan, just rotate the carousel around the axis on which it is held, and the necessary pan will come to you by itself.
I installed special lattice boxes for storing lids and under it a box for storing pans, of which there are always a lot and you don't know where to put them. If you store them in the oven, then the problem is to shake them all out if you need an oven - where, of course, on the floor. And so there is a built-in oven, and under it there are 2 drawers for lids and pans. Conveniently.
Installed special. Oiler - narrow cabinets only 15 cm wide. Retractable, for storing bottles and bottles for oil, this has become important when baking bread, when different kinds of growth are used. oil, and the bubbles must be stored somewhere, so that they are also conveniently and close at hand.
In general, if you order a kitchen (even if not), go to the store where they are made to order, and ask for a catalog of all the accessories and fixtures with which all kitchen walls and cabinets are filled, see what they are generally, and how they can be applied, and then you will draw your kitchen and place objects.
For example, I did this, and looking through the catalogs I made so many discoveries for myself how to use the kitchen space. For example, the same carousel, or oil cans.

Good luck.
Lika
Admin, Thank you. I have already put together my kitchen, so far on paper. At first I also intended to use a carousel, then settled on large drawers under the hob with dividers. I don't like extra dishes. If in 2 years I have never used it, I take it to the country. I redid everything (plan) so many times. No wonder they say "the best is the enemy of the good." I haven't even gotten to finishing the walls, that's where I'll hang out. Accurately determined only with the stove: an induction hob for 3 burners and an oven with catalytic self-cleaning

Lika, I bought SIEMENS HB 780.70 electric oven
26 automatic cooking programs.
Special top and bottom heating program - in this mode the heat is evenly distributed over and under the baked product. Moisture that evaporates during baking from the dough and filling remains in the oven as steam. Therefore, the product does not dry out. Yeast dough products such as bread, rolls or braids work especially well. Including 1.2 kg yeast dough bread. flour, Sourdough bread made from 1.2 kg of flour, bread.
Automatic self-cleaning.
Shabbat program - with the help of the program, a certain heating mode is maintained in the oven from 11.50 pm to 0.10 am of the next day. During this period, you can maintain a certain temperature of food in the oven or reheat it without turning it on or off. Temperature 66-100 * - mode of keeping food hot.

And I purchased PANASONIK microwave oven - model NN-CS596S
There is a function for fermentation of dough and preparation of yoghurt with a chamber temperature of 40 * and a built-in steam chamber for humidification. In this mode, you can proof yeast dough at T-40 * for 40-60 minutes.

I was struck in these models precisely by the possibilities of working with dough and baking bread.

Microwave built-in?

Unfortunately, there are no built-in models. Such a model with such a built-in steamer is the only one, see more details on the Panas website.
I also have a niche, I put it there, it is all in metal (under the oven), in black, a door with a mirror image. In principle, it looks good in a niche.
Only Samsung and Siemens have built-in microwave ovens (see the website that I gave).
Samsung is not on sale, Siemens is there by decree. address. Microwave Siemens did not impress me, I was not happy with it.
Microwave Panasonic so far makes me happy, I use it for only a month.

How does she manage without a turntable? I had Delongy, although the model of the early nineties, but because of the lack of a turntable, it did not cook very evenly. I had to open and turn over in the process, although otherwise everything was fine. After that, I decided that I wouldn’t make such a mistake again and that subsequent microwave ovens would only come with new. Art.
Admin

I was afraid of that too.

Now I see that it is doing well. In general, a strong oven, I must say. I haven’t used everything yet, and I didn’t strive for it.
Warms up well. Defrosts too. I really am not a supporter of defrosting food in the microwave, but I really needed it, so she defrosted 1.5 kg of chicken for me in 20 minutes, turned it over once, did not hold it for more than this time so as not to cook it.

If you are very interested, go to the Panasonic website, this is their latest model.

Cool. Earlier (one and a half to two years ago), when I took it myself, this was not. She would have liked me too, since I was looking for everything and preferably steam, but in one stove all these possibilities were not found. I took myself this 🔗 for about the same money that yours is now. I already had it under repair, but the touch warming up still doesn't work. Rather, the heating itself works, but does not turn off on its own. You need to go back to the service, but it hurts you don't want to bother. When you get used to such a thing, then every week without it is excruciating.
Admin

"Rather, the heating itself works, but does not turn off on its own."

It happens to me too, and it is now with Panasonic, I read in the instructions that after warming up, the fan turns on to remove condensate, and then it turns off itself, nothing needs to be done. Check with yourself.

Freken Bock, no, neither a double sink nor a second tap is needed. Everything is in one sink, I leave cleaning in the sink after cooking and immediately pass it through the grinder. It's just that the instructions say so that fat does not build up on it, you need to wash off the waste with cold water. To do this, it is enough to open cold water in the tap. Well, very convenient!

Natalka, and the microwave does not turn off at all or does it turn off itself after a while?

The fact of the matter is that on sensory warming up, she stopped switching off herself. Heats up until you turn it off. True, nothing has burned out like that, but I think it's because they just didn't give it.
Yana
I have another inverter microwave, model NN-2000, it is 5th year. I bought a special frame for it and built it into the kitchen set.If you cook in it for a long time, then it cools down for 10-15 minutes, that is, the fan works for so long. Interestingly, when it was unbuilt, it cooled down even longer. You can wait a while for the microwave to turn off itself. If it does not turn off after 20-25 minutes, then it will definitely be repaired.
natalka
I'll try to wait all the way. There was no such thing before, but a few months ago the fuse went off. They changed me in the service and it turned out that something else burned out at the entrance responsible for the electricity (I don't remember the name anymore). We waited a couple of weeks until this spare part came. They took it away, checked it, everything seemed to be working, and later it turned out that there was still something to be seen with the sensor, since it had disconnected without problems before.
Yana
On my sensor warming up, it doesn't turn off right away, but it works for about 5 minutes more. I don't even pay attention to it. I got used to it. If you have a stove before, before the repair, it immediately turned off, then this is probably why the fuse burned out, that is, the microwave was not cooled.
natalka
No. You did not understand or I did not explain correctly. The heating turned off, the light went out, and the fan was still running. The fan still runs after cooking or warming up. I don't pay attention to him either. But there is clearly something wrong with the sensory heating. Before you turn it on, it just heats up for a while, and then it starts counting down the time until it turns off, you can see this happens when the desired temperature is reached. Now, even before the countdown, it does not come to pass, let alone turn off the heating on its own.

Then something is really wrong. But sensory warming up is not particularly needed. You can do without it. I've used it a lot before, but the Touch Warm + Heat takes longer than just pressing the Microwave button. Now I hardly use the sensor.
natalka
So I somehow manage without him, I do not suffer. I think, is it worth bothering with its repair? It is unlikely that this will still be a warranty repair, but it will cost a pretty penny for money.

Good day to all members of the forum!
Having mastered the Panasonic bread maker, I began to think about buying a microwave oven from the same company (although I respect Samsung).
Please share your experience of "communication" with Panasonic microwaves. I have never had my own microwave oven, although at work (Vitek) I use it very cheerfully, but there, nevertheless, the button "preheat 1 minute" is mainly used, and I don't even know what to do with them at home. But I definitely want Panasonic.
Zubastik
Juliet, what kind of microwave do you want? There are a lot of models! I, too, after buying HP, caught fire with a Panasonic microwave. I dreamed of the most expensive model, but after reading this article, my dreams somehow subsided. I will wait for more reviews.
Here is the article 🔗
Lika
I will not say about Panasonic, but I used DEU for 10 years, she survived 3 moves and merciless daily operation (warming up, cooking, defrosting). Defrosting super-very well-calculated cycles depending on the weight and product, even if you defrost the shrimp, nowhere to cook the edge. True, there was no grill and convection in it, but then they did not exist at all. Cockroaches finished off her at the previous place of residence, crawled into the "brains", something short-circuited and went out, and after another 4 years the buttons stopped responding. It happened somehow unexpectedly and after living 2 days without a microwave, I realized that I urgently needed to buy, at least some. It turned out to be Samsung, I probably could not find more muck. Maybe expensive models work fine, but I was not ready to give 8-10 thousand then.On the protective film on the inside of the door, a hole melted from almost instantaneous contact with the edge of a hot bowl (it slipped slightly off the grill grate), defrosting defrosts only along the edges, if you set the time longer, they will cook, ready-made programs for heating are a separate song. They rather do not heat up, but boil. Maybe they are designed for a bowl of soup not from the refrigerator, but from the freezer. : P No possibility of programming the cooking stages, setting the time only in 10 sec increments. Now I pay for my haste and wait, which is faster - the stove will break or my patience will run out.

: DYou will wait a long time, mine is already 7 years old, and is not going anywhere yet (which I am very happy about), but what did you want the cheapest model to have all the functions of the expensive ... fantasy is not bad
Andreevna
Lika, only one thing remains - to her dacha! I have a LV with convection and grill at home, she is already 6 years old. I especially like the chicken on the spit, it is horizontal, the auto programs are good, but with the purchase of a multicooker, I began to use less microwaves, even I like the chicken in the cartoon more. But at the dacha of Panasonic, there is a grill without convection. Only two seasons work from spring to autumn, it is good and convenient, that's all I can say. Voltage drops in the network, which quite often happens in the Moscow region, endures steadily.
Mams
I now have Panasonic NN-2003. Big, dear, but I'm very happy!
Before that there was Ski, without grill and convection, 27 liters. She worked for us for 4 years, also in the daily cooking mode, now with her mother-in-law, she has been living for 2 years. Pah-pah-pah - everything is in order.

p. from. And with Samsung, my mother was also not lucky - and also with a glass door. A small hole in the glass burned out in the first year. Repaired under warranty, has been working normally for 3 years, but the "sediment" remains ...
Lika

The model is not the cheapest, rather the average price. I do not consider the functions of automatic heating and defrosting to be very rare. This has long been a common set of programs. If they are declared by the manufacturer, then they should work normally, it is not so difficult to measure the type of food, weight, power level and defrosting time for meat, fish, chicken, etc. the output is the same chicken, only a little warmer is not the result. I have a completely adequate attitude to technology, and if I buy a Karcher vacuum cleaner, then I expect flawless work from it, and if I take HP Alaska, then it's a miracle for me that it bakes at all. And Samsung is precisely the middle-class economy that raises complaints, in contrast to the premium Samsung, and this indicates the unreliability of this manufacturer and its disrespect for the consumer. Therefore, my preferences in household appliances for long-term use: Karcher, Brown, Ardo, Kandy, Whirlpool.
Lika

Lika, there is one thing left - to her dacha!
I have main gas there, the stove is not particularly needed, and the grill in it is sluggish, while the chicken will die of hunger. In it, only light casseroles on a mixed mode do well. Oh, I remembered the "kindergarten" cottage cheese casserole with vermeshli, now I'll try it in a cartoon and if everything is good, I'll post it.
Juliet
Good day!
My respect for Panasonic did not even grow after the bread machine, here the story is different:
On December 26, our parents had a fire in their house (the neighboring apartment made a "holiday". At first, as usual, the house was turned off from heating, and then (well, holidays!) the kind and smart housing and communal services forgot to turn them on right away. The batteries were all frozen and bursting in. So the only unit working in the house was a wall clock powered by a Panasonic battery - they took out the fire itself (the switches melted on top from the heat) and -32 and steam from the bursting batteries and then again -32 ...So my respect for the company that produces batteries for 6 rubles of such excellent vitality immediately increased by a couple of orders of magnitude.
Mams
Juliet can I disappoint you? Panasonic does not produce batteries for 6 rubles ... Most likely this is a fake, so this is the very case when a fake plays on the manufacturer

Interesting article. With my Panasonic microwave 🔗 , almost the same story happened. True, she lasted not two months, but a year and a half, but this period did not inspire. I wanted her to work as long as possible. My previous Delongy microwave works to this day (now with my grandmother) without a single repair, and she will be 15 years old.
Sveta
The first microwave oven was LV. She worked for 7 years, then gave her mother-in-law. Panasonic broke down after 1.5 years of work.
Yana
I saw such microwave ovens KOD-135 DAEWOO Electronics with a compartment for pizza in the magazine

Microwave ovens (discussion of models, modes, features)

The price is about 2500 rubles. But I didn’t find such people in Russia, they are in online stores in Ukraine.
Uncle Sam
Stylish and useful thing!
When will they be brought to Russia?
Yana
Well, since a note was placed in the magazine, it means that they will soon be selling. The price indicated is very tempting, given that the microwave oven has a volume of 36 liters.
NEOPHYTE
I was flattered before the new year on a very mysterious unit Toshiba ER-A7R (S) in stores, the price was about 17 tons. R. , from the online store brought for 12.2 tons. It also has a microwave oven combined with an oven and no turntable. Instead, the radiator antenna rotates, located under the ceramic bottom of the device. First of all, I was attracted by the fact that this device can work either as a full-fledged oven, or as a first-class microwave oven, which can, for example, soften ice cream or butter supercooled in the freezer, without any puddles and drips. I tried it. The oven mode does not need convection since the inner coating and shape of the oven ensure uniform heating by cross-internal reflection of infrared radiation. One less untrustworthy node. The manufacturer assures that this oven is similar in principle to the Russian oven. The fact that the baking turns out to be uniform was convinced myself, but I cannot appreciate the similarity with the Russian oven. I also liked the fact that there is no combination mode, such as an oven and a microwave at the same time, in my opinion this is a kind of perversion that does not reflect in the best way on reliability. In other words, who needs a good oven in itself and a good microwave in itself, it makes sense to pay attention to this particular device. He did not disappoint my expectations.
Yana
NEOPHYT, do you have such a microwave?
Microwave ovens (discussion of models, modes, features)

Microwave ovens (discussion of models, modes, features)
NEOPHYTE
Exactly!
Yana
I liked it too when I first read about it. Now your review. So the microwave oven is not bad. In general, Toshiba makes decent appliances, and not only kitchen appliances. Only she released an HD-DVD player with her own developments, her LCD TVs with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 are cool. And the design of these TVs, especially in the burgundy frame, is just a fairy tale.
NEOPHYTE
I agree, they have good professional developers and normal control over manufacturers. Microwaves This sheep is still their only one, but they managed to say their word here too. You just need to carefully read the instructions - the device is quite tricky, the control is based on infrared sensors of the product temperature. For example, if it is written mulled wine, it means mulled wine, but not milk, etc. If you burn up muesli with milk, they surfaced - one heating rate, fell to the bottom another. It is clear that the sensor reacts differently to white milk or dark flakes. When you soften butter or ice cream, the device should see exactly these products, and not an oiler, for example, that is, the bar of butter should be bare. But this only applies to the coincidence of the product temperature indicated on the display with the real temperature. If you follow the process, and do not rely only on automation until the lamp.
Yana
I, too, when I read about it, noticed that this microwave is the only Toshiba. But in terms of its functions, it is far ahead of the models of other manufacturers.

Panasonic596 has similar models, and is also expensive. It has a yeast bread baking program and a built-in steamer.
Yana
Admin, these microwave ovens differ in technology. Toshiba has no steam or convection, but it does bake. At Panasonic, baking is done using convection and steam.
Lika
NEOPHYTE, I gradually come to the conclusion that I do not need a free-standing microwave oven and an oven, but 2 in 1. Hence the questions: is it a built-in stove? Is there a tray for her, bake pies? If the soup is heated in an open plate, does it splatter (when overheated) or is it smart and will not let it get so hot? Is it easy to take care of her or do you need some special equipment?
Viktoriy @
Can someone tell me? I have a SAMSUNG microwave, with a grill, microwaves, and convection. Maybe this is still inability or a defect in the microwave itself, everything seems to be working fine, the problem is in convection (and it was bought mainly for baking) the top browns normally and the bottom is white, and sometimes even raw dough. It was just a disaster, the stove was bought on credit, which still had to be paid and paid, but the mood had already disappeared. This is the first and very long-awaited microwave in our family - and such a DISAPPOINTMENT Maybe someone will tell you something ??? !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLIZ .......
Yana
Ponc4ik, this is not a defect in the microwave oven, most likely it works like that. Check out here we discussed baking in microwave ovens with convection:

This microwave is not built-in, I have it on the refrigerator, the casing of which heats slightly. There is a baking sheet and a grill grid, which, if necessary, fit on a baking sheet. I do not have a separate built-in electric oven at all - there is only a glass-ceramic two-piece, which provides 3 "pancakes" of different diameters, mounted in the tabletop. It is enough - no one processes 4 pots at the same time. You can heat soup in an open plate in the microwave mode, you just need to choose the right program. The fact is that its automation in microwave mode works on the basis of 8 temperature sensors that control the temperature of the product, that is, in a sense, it sees and then averages the type of average temperature in the hospital. For example, if flakes in milk have surfaced and their temperature is slightly higher, the milk itself may not heat up to the set temperature, but it is unlikely to bring to a boil if you set a reasonable temperature such as 60 degrees. It's another matter if you set the temperature of a soup like 80-90 degrees - it will boil and boil off easily, since the plate is cold, the soup has boiled, and the average is just 80 degrees. It is necessary to adapt and not rely entirely on automation, as in any other apparatus. It is very easy to take care of - there are no grills directly in the working chamber, you only need to clean the bottom and walls covered with special ceramics, but the aerosol for the oven will not hurt if you bake fatty foods in oven mode. It is clear - the temperature is the temperature - it will splash and burn, although it is easily rubbed off from the ceramics.I will repeat once again - this apparatus can be used either as a good oven or as a good microwave, but not in a combined mode, in addition, speculative nonsense such as a steam generator is not provided for there. Unlike Panasonic, microwave heating seems to be uniform - I did not find there 4 points with increased activity, which they complain about on the forums. Defrosting has the same advantages as similar Panasonic, only the oven must see the product itself, not its packaging.
musyanya
I have a Samsung convection grill and microwaves. Broke already 1 time. I love her. I cook everything in it, maybe there is no multicooker yet (in terms of acquisition, the issue is being resolved). With convection, I also did not work out. There is no separate oven (it's broken). This year I tried to bake buns from a bread machine 1 time. I noticed that those buns that were in the Teflon pan on the second shelf browned faster than the others on the plain tin pan below. The second time is the same. The third time I made two pizzas, in a Teflon pizza it rose normally, baked, in the second tin one below, the top burned, the dough below is raw near the pizza. I bought another non-stick mold the day before yesterday, but haven't tested it yet.
My question is to the owners of a similar stove (by function) "LV". A friend has such a microwave oven, she can't cook anything in it, inside it is damp - it's burnt on top. She does everything according to recipes from her stove. I saw them, they seemed very strange to me. In the SAMSUNG instructions everything is written very simply, everything works out for me. I’ll go to her someday to test the stove, but what if it’s such a stove or her recipes are crooked? I will try all my proven recipes. Tell me who has experience with such ovens.

The Panasonik microwave is in its fourth year. This is a great addition to the existing technique. When she was not there, they believed that they could do without her, and when she appeared, she became irreplaceable, especially in the morning. It's like a computer. I will say right away - you should not buy less than 25 liters.

Can anyone help ??? Microwave SAMSUNG C 105 AR everything works as it should, but for no reason after baking the bread the pallet stopped spinning, can anyone come across such a problem? HELP PLEASE !!!!!!

The first microwave I had was Samsung - it worked for 7 years, gave it to relatives and decided to buy a bigger Panasonic (due to the grown family). In general, the seller "threw" us to the fullest! I am still disappointed - Panasonic did not have a 1min switch-on function. with the "start" button - you have to turn the timer wheel every time. The sound signal emitted by the stove at the end cannot be interrupted (and it gives five or six beeps LOUD), unlike Samsung (where it was possible to interrupt by pressing "stop") - can you imagine if it is late in the evening, when the children are already sleeping ?! In addition, sometimes (often, say) the internal fan hums disgustingly - I thought to take it to the service, but the problem is that when you want to show this disgrace to someone, it does not hum! And how to be? it remains to wait for the breakage after the warranty period! And Samsung was undeniably quieter in terms of engine performance! This is my experience - now we are talking with my husband to replace the microwave oven again with Samsung after a while - we definitely liked it better. Maybe my experience will be useful to someone ...
Mueslik
We have Samsung, the simplest model without bells and whistles (since we only use heating and defrosting), it has been working for two years without problems
I think I have already worked out my money
