Good day!
I want to say in defense of baking in a microwave oven.
I also have a Samsung microwave oven - convection grill and microwaves.
Specifically - model SAMSUNG CE1160R
I took it because of the ability to steam, bake in it, reheat, etc.
I have already baked several types of products in it, such as: cupcakes in a silicone mold at once 6 pieces, cupcakes in large molds - in glass and metal (aluminum of various configurations - a heart, rectangular, with a hole in the middle). I just baked charlotte with apples in a frying pan.
In all cases, I am very pleased with the baking, everything was baked, ruddy, soft (for the first time I was very worried that it would be tough), the main thing is to set the temperature and time correctly, and preheat the oven to the desired temperature before that. I put the shape on the wire rack low. At the same time, you can always see how the process is going and can be corrected.
I want to try to bake puff pastry in it. I tried to bake bread, it turned out well. But it was only once, as I saw that there was a lot of dough in the HP bucket, I had to separate 1/3, shape it, put it in a glass form, I have it in the form of a small brick, let it distance and bake.
In general, I am very pleased with my stove.
However, as well as his HP.

Good day!

... I took it because of the opportunity to steam, bake in it, ...
Nika555, tell me, how is steam produced? this is special. function?

I just baked charlotte with apples in a frying pan.
do you remove the glass circle when baking into metal. form?

the main thing is to set the temperature and time correctly, before heating the oven to the desired temperature. I put the shape on the wire rack low.

When baking on convection, the oven is preheated to 230 *, then after 15 minutes it is recommended to lower the temperature. I have a problem with this: when I set a lower tempo. micra shows overheating and does not turn on.
There are no instructions in Russian, but e-mail. the translation is not entirely clear in this matter. Now, when baking, I just turn off the program for 15 minutes, the oven cools down a little and a lower temp. it is already becoming possible to enable, but this is clearly not how it should be done ...
How do you proceed in this case?

Girls, maybe I'm not in the subject ... well, excuse me ... .... I argued with a friend at work until I was hoarse .... I told her "live bacteria in yogurt will die if they are put into the microwave to be heated", and she to me "nothing of the kind, they will live", she always sprinkles yoghurt from her yogurt maker with chocolate and sends it to the mikru ... in the morning she warms it up, so as not to get out of the refrigerator ....

Who will say what about this story?

I also don't have an oven))) Panasonic is at home, at the dacha - Samsung
So first I tried to bake pizza in the country - everything worked out great - Samsung, apparently, the material of the dishes is not very important

then at home - the bottom was not baked - I began to figure out what Panas did not like
Having tried it several times, I figured out what was the matter - it is very important for Panasonic what to bake in!
for example, the bottom is not baked on a glass plate, on met. baking is better (with paper), but still a white bottom - as a result, I baked for a long time on a wire rack - baking paper on top, then dough
now I use a non-stick detachable form for baking, a baking mat and silicone - there are no problems at all - everything is evenly and from all sides beautiful, ruddy

Eh, last night my beloved microwave Whirlpool ordered to live a long time - honestly worked for 10 years, and in the most severe modes. The rest of the evening yesterday was devoted to the choice of a new stove, because without it I feel like no hands. And since it became very tight with Whirlpool now, and I wanted to use the crisp dish again and have a steam sensor and something else good, it seemed like my husband and I stopped the choice on LG. And I went to the store today and just got on a lucky break - there is a Panasonic NN-GD577MZPE microwave oven and it is written that it is discounted, because its packaging is substandard. Yes to me that the box is so important or something! In general, I bought it with a discount for 5500. Now I have already checked everything, everything works, I really like it, even the auto programs are almost the same as in Whirlpool I had, and my crisp plate and steamers from Whirlpool also fit this stove! !! Glad to the ears !!!

Good day!
Alim, I am answering your questions.
1. This microwave oven comes with a double boiler - a dish in which you can steam. Therefore, steam is generated when you pour water into it or pour water into a container for steam cleaning. Cooked broccoli. the fish is very tasty.
2. I do not remove the glass circle. I put a metal grate on it. which goes along with the oven, and already on this grate - a form or sheet in which the baked product is located. See below photo:
Microwave ovens (discussion of models, modes, features)
3. I have no such problems. There is an instruction in Russian.
I can safely change the temperature and time at any time. Usually I put it on a quick heat at 220 grams, at this time I beat with a mixer and knead the dough. Then I put the desired temperature and time and the product in the oven. And, for example, I noticed that it is better to stand not one temperature, but at first a little less, and then a little more. As, for example, with these muffins - 15 minutes 160 gr. and baked further for 10 minutes at 180 gr.
This is what a large cupcake looks like:

Nika555 that's just such a stove in my dacha)))
most of all I liked about it that at any time you can press a button and find out the temperature to which the stove has already warmed up)))))))

The instructions for the Samsung CE101KR microwave oven say: "put the meat on the frying shelf." What is meant? The microwave oven has (I write the names as they are indicated in the instructions): a glass baking sheet, a convection tray, metal supports.

If my question should have been asked in another topic, then, I hope, the moderators will correct me.
Elenka
Nika555, tell me, did you bake your products on convection + microwave mode? I haven't tried it yet, but it's interesting and scary.

"put the meat on the roasting rack." What is meant?
If you are grilling meat, first place the convection tray (to collect the fat), the wire rack on it and the meat on the wire rack. In the middle of the cooking process, the meat is usually turned over
tatalija
then it flashed through someone that there is a function of yogurt in the micr, who can do it? Now it is so hot that yogurt does not come out naturally, there is no separate yogurt maker. Maybe someone needs it
Lenusya
tatalija, I also have a function "cooking yogurt" in the micr. Great yogurt turns out. You just have to look - it is ready much earlier than the program ends (in mine: it takes 8 hours (according to the automatic program) to prepare yogurt from 1 liter of milk). It is very convenient - you can do it right away in a liter jug.
I use utensils for the microwave, because at the first stage, for about a few minutes, the milk is heated by microwaves and convection, then only convection works at 40 degrees.
tatalija
thanks for the answer. I have Gorenie and it’s not cheap at all, but there is no such automatic function, there is a car cook for meat, fish, chickens, etc., there is convection + waves + grill and combi, the rest can be set by yourself. Omelet, cabbage for stuffed cabbage, beets, pastries, everything is perfectly mastered. But as they say - there is no limit to perfection.
Len, as I understand it, Micra works all 8 hours? The rest can all be adjusted to the way you write, or does yours periodically turn on, keep silent and start working again? Excuse me for being meticulous.
I warm up the milk myself in MikrVe for a couple of minutes and in a blanket, but because of the heat it goes too far
Lenusya
tatalija , yeah, convection works all 8 hours, the temperature is 40 degrees.
If there is no automatic program, I think you can just turn on the convection 40 degrees (you may have to add the time every hour, since, for example, the convection timer does not turn on for more than an hour). Wo, explained
tatalija
I shouldn’t have powdered you, I don’t have 40 degrees, min 110. I’ll do it by the old old-fashioned method, it’s good that the heat has subsided. But thanks anyway, for your patience

I was here on the weekend baking a pie at the dacha in Samsung - it turned out that at 180 degrees usual for Panasonic in Samsung, it turned almost into a crouton (((
I will now know that I need to set 160 degrees

Good day! Recently I bought this miracle microwave with a bread maker, tried to bake bread according to recipes from the manual, but the first pancakes went lumpy))). Who owns the same stove, share practical tips and recipes for the correct preparation of bread (what kind of flour, shivers, etc. are used), and the moderators are requested to create a new branch for this stove.
Thank you in advance, thank you!

The basics of baking, kneading and baking basics can be found here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=131.0, the rules are the same for all bread makers.

My Panasonic 596 is terribly happy, it bakes great, every day I use it to heat up food using the steam heating function. The only thing I still can't figure out with the cookbook. There, in many recipes, a combination mode is used, and an example is given: let's say a combination with the number 3, this means a temperature of 180 grams and an average microwave power, and in the oven, the combination mode is grill + microwaves, and not like convection + microwaves. Dear users, help me figure it out !!!
Midina
I bought just such a charm ... I still don't know how to use it properly ... but I want to ...

Midina, cute thing !!! And a plate in it for a crispy crust !!!
le_lu
Please tell me how to use the grill function correctly. The instructions say that the grill can be programmed for up to 90 minutes, but already in the second minute, smoke fumes appear throughout the kitchen. I tried to use it twice and all to no avail the whole kitchen is in smoke.
musyanya
It happens to me when there are pieces of writing on the shade, which scatter all over the stove sometimes when I do not use the lid. These pieces are not visible to the eye, but enough to make them smoke and smell of burning ... Then it burns for 3 minutes and then there is no smell, there is no burning. But still, so that the whole kitchen was in smoke, this was not.
Midina
My stove is also new and also with a grill ...
There was no such thing in the instructions in the microwave, but it was written in the stove that before the first use it was necessary to warm it up at a temperature of 200 grams. 30-40 minutes, and there was also a postscript so that they would not be afraid of the smell.
Maybe you have it, only in the microwave (the models are all different)?

And today I personally "killed" my LG microwave. She served us for 12 years. In the morning I got up and saw that either a beetle or an ant was crawling along it, and crawled into the lattice from the side. Without hesitation, I grabbed the air freshener and sprinkled it into this grate. After 3 hours I decided to warm up the baby's food, and the touch panel does not press anything. Disconnected, turned on again, displays FAIL. I took it, sprinkled it with clean water, dried it with a hairdryer, and the result was zero. I called the service centers and said that spare parts for this model have not been produced for a long time. For a new one I can only go on Saturday, there is no one to leave the child with, how can I be without her all these days. In general, the day began terribly, and the city phone also does not work. Sorry to take your time, but I have to cry ...
fugaska
in lucky ant! it was treated with a freshener !!! if dichlorvos - at least it would not be offensive ...
I mean to somehow comfort a smile - it dries any tears!
ksyushik
Thanks fugaska. I almost calmed down, well, not today she would fly, well, once she had to do it. In general, everywhere in the instructions it is written that the service life is 7 years, and we, how many have exploited it. Probably it should have happened. Only until Saturday is so far away, I have lost the habit of heating on gas, and not everything can be heated there. Well .... nothing .... ave we will break. I put a charlotte with oranges in a cartoon, I will cheer myself up
fugaska
right! and in general, one must look for the positive in everything! now the new thing will be

And it's me again. I bought myself a new Samsung on February 11th. A few days later, she discovered that the clock on her was behind. Began to check every day. And so on a day for 3 minutes. It seems to be a trifle, but not pleasant. I called the store, they said, call the service center. Itself somehow did not guess what else could be returned, 14 days have not passed yet.
The service department said that I was the first in the whole of Ukraine who had such a thing. On March 1 they came and took my stove, wait, they say, we'll call you back in two days and tell you what we will bring next or in 14 days. I waited until March 6. I called myself, they say that they are still finding out. Nobody ever calls. Today I call myself again. The girl replies that they ordered a part, wait, we will call you and hang up. How long to wait, when there will be a detail, guess yourself. She pissed me off. I called to Kiev, in short, I complained (but I sit in the dark) And again I wait, when they call.
And my old LG was cleaned up there and my dear was working again, and I didn't have to take it to the service, although they said on the phone that it was useless to repair it. That's how I bought a new stove unsuccessfully, it's a shame: cray: And again I'm complaining to you ...

And my microwave has run out of waves, the grill is working. I just started to adapt to it. Probably offended for the fact that I favor MV more.

Girls! Help me choose a microwave. I have an electric stove, a Hotter airfryer, a multicooker and a bread maker. The stove is electric, it heats up for a long time. Convection oven is also not very suitable for heating. At work I liked to warm up lunch in the microwave. And now I think, which model, which company is better to choose? There is not enough space, you will have to put a dining room on the table - I have it big. I read about convection and steam humidification and also wanted to, although at first I thought of buying the simplest one, even without a grill. Who has both an airfryer and multifunction
onal microwave? How do they get along together and is a microwave oven with convection and steam humidification needed in the presence of a grill and a double boiler?

Girls (and, if any, boys)! Maybe someone thread will co-ordinate me, although I see that the topic is somewhat abandoned. But still I will ask.
Panasonic NN-GS597M. I also took it for baking (rarely). But with convection, the grill also turns on for some reason. Nssno, the top is on fire. There is not enough brains to regulate this issue.
Maybe someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong?
There is no oven, I have a PPM under the hob. And sometimes the household asks.

Hostess, hello! I ask you all with a question (if not in this topic, moderators, change it, please). I changed my microwave, bought LG MC828BRCS, there is convection, grill, Russian chef, Crispy heating, Healthy roasting. But the instructions for it, although in Russian, are simply disgusting, I cannot understand how these listed functions work, how to cook on them. Maybe someone has the same or similar, so explain to me, dull? I want to use all these functions, but I don't understand anything ...
Luysia
It's strange, I also have LG with a Russian chef, but simpler (she's about 10 years old), so the instructions were so clear ...

Girls! Help is urgently needed. Please advise. I want to buy micro kids (young family), exclusively for warming up and defrosting. I have Sharpe for many years, large with grill, touch pad.I also use it for warming up, defrosting, cooking vegetables and for various little things. No complaints, it worked properly. Need, I think, "SOLO" liters for 20. Prompt the model and to make it more reliable. Thank you in advance.

So can you explain to me what this function is, otherwise I have three recipes on it (buckwheat porridge, fish still, in my opinion), simply, without explanation, what temperature is there, the principle of operation of this function, what is generally you can cook it, in what kind of dish ... well, so that it is also clear how simple the microwaves themselves are ... well, here I am such a dullness ...

The topic, probably ordered to live long or wait. But still, I’ll ask a question - did you see in the photo that they use aluminum cupcake molds in the microwave, or did you imagine it? Can they be used in microns? I was afraid ...
tanja-55
hello girls! I'd like to know your opinion about the dangers of microwaves. I recently read this in Komsomolskaya Pravda: intense microwave irradiation can provoke oncology in just a couple of years, the main harm caused by high-frequency heating is to food, something that we get from the miracle oven has very little to do with the product we put there. under the action of microwaves, amino acids are converted into carcinogens, and the nutritional value is reduced by 90%.

I am asking culinary specialists who bought a PANASONIC 596 microwave oven with steam long ago, how does it work? Is it true that a fixed bottom constantly burns through it, how often do they complain? I really want this for baking, but the reviews are 50/50.

In this price range, there are also models with a non-rotating table and very decent ones.
And what day are we talking about?
All the Panasonic that I looked at had a metal bottom and those that do not rotate, too.
Maybe a question about the pallet?
The inner lining is stainless steel, here is the link -

It's just about stoves without a turntable. Inverter micros, steam, convection and grill. Model Panasonic NN-CS 596, still now NN-DS 592. Half of them writes that the bottom is burning out. The models are so tempting with tons of bells and whistles. And I want, and I'm afraid. Maybe people just don't use them that way. There is a glass pallet in the kit, maybe you can't live without it?
Toshiba still has a model without a turntable, also inverter, it works either just like a micra, or like an oven, there is no grill or convection there.
So I read that the inner coating is made of stainless steel, and in the reviews they constantly write that the ceramic bottom has burned out. I can't understand anything.

According to the possibilities with steam, it is not the most convenient of Panasonic, there is simply an oven, microwave, convection and grill function and without a turntable or with a turntable, and in the same price range.
Too lazy to read new models, but the advice is not difficult.
Download and read not the description, but the instructions for Panasonic.

Here is an excerpt from 770
Ceramic furnace chamber bottom (without turntable)
1. If the ceramic chamber bottom is hot, let it cool down before washing or cleaning it.
2. Do not place food directly on the ceramic bottom of the oven cavity. Always put food in
container or stand

The sea of restrictions and when ceramics are damaged, the big question is who is to blame.

And why are these models uncomfortable with steam? There is so much more + moisture. On the contrary, they write that with steam, baking is airy, and not like a brick. That's why I was interested. Only about the burnt-out bottom I can’t understand anything, tomorrow I’ll go and look at this stove "live" in the store. Maybe only the bottom is covered with ceramics, since the inner coating is stainless steel.

Sharpe also had a good model with an oven function and was much cheaper, for twenty years it has been produced with minor modifications, starting with the Carousel model.
The choice sometimes goes along a very thin line of furnace characteristics and it is difficult to choose the right one, and money is not the most important thing here.
