Pies with cabbage

Ingredients

Wheat flour 3.5 Art.
Milk (you can from the refrigerator) 1 tbsp.
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar (for pies 1 tbsp. L.) 2 tbsp. l.
Margarine 200 g
Dry yeast 2 tsp
Soda 0.5 tsp
Filling:
Cabbage
Butter
Eggs

Cooking method

  • Put the dough in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  • Finely chop the cabbage, put in a pan with plums. butter, add a little water, salt and simmer covered over low heat until soft. Add finely chopped eggs.
  • Roll out the dough, cut into circles, approximately 4 ~ 6mm thick.
  • Place the warm filling on top of the mugs, shape into patties and place them on a greased baking sheet. And bake in the oven until tender.

Note

I made the dough for pies from Khrushchev's dough. Very fast and delicious.

Soda is needed so that the dough does not become sour the next day. This does not affect the taste in any way, but the dough does lie for several days.
(Well, unless of course you are going to keep it in the refrigerator ...)

And I almost always add soda to the dough ...

Why do you think the dough without soda becomes sour the next day? This is the first time I hear about it. I've never had this. I think the acid is likely to come from the filling. Well, as they say to each his own!
