Ingredients

tomato 2 pcs
Mozzarella 1 PC
rosemary
thyme
eggs
salt
pepper
olive oil

Cooking method

  • Defrost the dough and roll it out a little.
  • Cut the mozzarella into slices and place on the dough, leaving about 2 cm from each edge.
  • Sprinkle with chopped herbs.
  • Then place a layer of sliced ​​tomatoes and sprinkle with herbs, salt and pepper.
  • Fold the edges of the dough upwards on all sides.
  • Stir one egg and brush the edges of the dough with it, pour the rest over the tomatoes.
  • Bake in the oven at 180 g for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and until the egg is baked.
  • Remove from oven, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
