Pork rolls with spicy filling

Ingredients

Pork chops 4 things.
Cheese 100g
Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs.
Onion 2 pcs.
Champignon 200g
Dill greens 2-3 twigs
Garlic 2 cloves
Mayonnaise 1 st. l + 3 tbsp. l.
salt taste
pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Beat the meat well, season with salt and pepper.
  • Grate cheese and cucumbers on a coarse grater.
  • Finely chop the onion.
  • Cut the mushrooms into strips or cubes.
  • Put the mushrooms in a frying pan and evaporate the liquid. Then add vegetable oil and onion to the mushrooms, fry together. Cool down.
  • Mix mushrooms with onions, cheese and cucumbers. The filling is ready.
  • Grease each chop with mayonnaise and lay out 2 tbsp. l. fillings.
  • Roll the meat into rolls and place in a baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, mix 2-3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise, chopped dill and garlic minced through a garlic press.
  • Lubricate the rolls with this mixture, cover with foil and into the oven.
  • We bake for 1.5 hours at 180g.
  • Then remove the foil, sprinkle with a little grated cheese and again put in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Our rolls are ready! Bon Appetit!
