Zucchini roll with minced meat

Ingredients

Zucchini (it took me 500 gr) 2 pcs.
Egg 3 pcs.
Cheese. solid 100 g
Green onion 0.5 bundle
Flour 1 tbsp.
Salt
Pepper
Filling
Minced meat (preferably chicken or turkey, more tender) 0.5KG
A tomato 150gr
Egg 2 pcs.
Pepper, salt, ginger.

Cooking method

  • Grate zucchini and cheese on a coarse grater. Mix all other ingredients with zucchini and cheese. Lay foil on a sheet, grease with oil and pour out the dough. Oven at 175-15 minutes, do not overdry. Remove from the oven, let it cool down a little
  • Filling
  • Remove the pulp from the tomato and cut into cubes. Mix all the ingredients for the filling. Apply the filling on the roll, twist the roll and wrap in foil. Bake in the oven at 175-20 min. Let cool in foil.
  • My comments:
  • I put the dough on the Firebird rug, and if you use paper or foil, then they need to be well oiled, otherwise the finished layer will not separate well. To pour out - it is loudly said. The dough is like thick pancakes. Flour - 150 gr. The minced meat was mixed (beef + pork). White and finely chopped ends from green onions went into minced meat, and green ones went into dough. The layer is baked to such an extent that, picking up the edge (the edges should be slightly browned), it could be lifted, and on top the layer is covered with an elastic crust. Take it out of the oven, let it cool slightly, turn it over and carefully remove the foil (or paper, or a rug ... in general, what you baked on). I, wrapped up, did not turn it over, and therefore the top of the roll turned out to be not as beautiful as it should be. She smeared the minced meat, rolled a roll, wrapped it in foil. And I had this case in the oven for 40 minutes. Then I unpacked the foil and saw that there was a lot of juice around. She opened it and sent it back to the oven for 10 minutes for a little drying. Then it was necessary to again properly wrap it in foil and leave it there for 20-30 minutes, for that. to get it all set. But hungry men rushed in and didn't let me do it. So I wrapped up only a small piece that was left after them.

What can I say about the taste? In my opinion, it's stunning ... As they quickly ate the roll, my pets bellowed, groaned and showed thumbs up !!!

I put this recipe in vegetable dishes, since minced meat can be anything: mushroom, curd-cheese, or from sea reptiles. It will be tasty anyway !!!

I love these rolls!
We once fell in love with a TV-based roll. cheese and eggs, then everything follows the same principle with minced meat filling. This zucchini option is a must-try!

No strength as hot. Therefore, the roll was replaced with a casserole. 1/2 zucchini was grated, and the second part was cut into small cubes. There was 1/2 tomato, also diced, beat 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese, about 150 g of cheese on a grater, flour 4 tbsp. l. Greens - dill, parsley in a good bunch. Spices (pepper, Aromatic seasoning (knorr) and a dash of northern seasoning). True, I did it in a cartoon (at least it does not warm everything around).Girls are something with something. Thanks for the idea, it turns out that zucchini is quite a versatile vegetable. I have never made such a dish from it. Now you can try it with different additives. It will get a little colder and we will swing at the roll. Thanks again.

Lika! What do YOU think if you put minced meat in a microwave casserole instead of cottage cheese (I still have stuffed peppers) will it work?
