Young potatoes in sour cream with herbs

Ingredients

Young potato 10 small tubers
Butter 3 tbsp. l.
Sour cream 4 tbsp. l.
Dill, green onions taste
salt taste

Cooking method

  • Wash the potatoes thoroughly with a brush and boil until half cooked.
  • Drain the water, cut the chicken in half.
  • Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown.
  • Season with salt, add finely chopped herbs and sour cream, mix and simmer for 3 minutes. The potatoes are ready!
