Cooking method

  • This wonderfully tasty and simple dish appeared in my family at a time of total lack of money - I read it somewhere in the newspaper, tried to cook it, and so it stuck with us. The idea of ​​the dish is to feed the family tasty and quite varied with a minimum set of products. So, to the basic recipe, every day you can add one or more suggested ingredients from the list of additives, thereby changing the taste of the dish.
  • And, of course, as usual - cooking is extremely easy.
  • Meat - boneless pork or chicken on the bone, cut into small pieces, salt, sprinkle with spices, let stand for 30 minutes. At this time, clean and cut potatoes into 6-8 pieces, then mix with meat (chicken).
  • Heat a cast-iron pan greased with vegetable oil on the stove, spread the potatoes with meat and fry over medium heat. Turn over the first time when the potato and meat pieces are well browned by the sides of the pan. A little vegetable oil can be added if necessary. When the potatoes and meat are almost ready, add sour cream, any additives and mix well and stew for another 5-10 minutes (cheese should be added 2-3 minutes before the dish is ready, herbs - already in the finished dish). Serve deliciously with fresh vegetables.
