I pour it into a bucket, then an egg there, then butter melted in the microwave, about 1 cl. l, you can do more (you can't spoil the porridge with butter), then I pour flour there, I do everything in the same glass, cat. attached to the stove, it is not very convenient, but you can get used to it, I fall asleep a glass with a mountain, if I add honey, then a little more (I do everything by eye), the dough should not be liquid, then granulated sugar there, 6-7 spoons , you can 8, mine like it sweeter), a little bit of salt and vanilla or vanilla sugar, if you want, you can add honey and milk powder, I added linden, about 1 tbsp. l., last but not least yeast 1 or 1.5 tsp, depending on which yeast. All!! I set the mode to 6, 500 g, medium crust, and press the start. After about 20-30 minutes, the stove emits a characteristic squeak, which means it's time to add raisins or nuts, whoever has what. If the dough is thin, add more flour until it becomes firm. And do not open it any more, after 3 hours you get an incredible cake, it is light if you pull it out in time, if you leave it in the oven after the conclusion of work, it turns out to be completely baked, but I love light, so I take it out right after she finishes. Top covered with melted chocolate or ready-made mastic.
I decided to write the courts, because no matter how much I tried to bake bread, I didn’t succeed, this is the only thing that I ever get in this oven, they made 12 Easter cakes for Easter, ate everything! I climbed according to recipes, they often say that 100 ml of water is too much for baking, if there are still other liquids there (egg, melted butter, etc.). It means either less water or more flour. The mode was set to 6.Come on, not scary, it still turned out delicious =)
