People, I don't even understand. Everyone rushed to the U700, and the 701 was somehow forgotten. Type small, only 3 liters, but give you 5 !!!
I specially took the baby so that it would be fresh every day, and not for a week (large families are not about you).

What can I do if I have a 5 liter one? And the price for a baby is not small
Although it is interesting how they differ from the 700th - only in size or modes and algorithms too
multibork
Only liters, everything else is one to one. Yes, even in dimensions, with almost nothing in depth, and ten centimes in height.
Nymph
Strange
I read today the instructions on the official website for both multicooker - they are different in the number of programs.
I understand that the 701 is still a stripped-down version of the 700 model.
now look for links
multibork
So they rubbed our ears in the store. We wanted to cram the U700. But we did not covet her.
We decided to cook a little. "On time" and fresh.

Now about the number of programs:
A few questions:
1. How many programs from all provided by the product do you use when using the washing machine?
2. The same when using the microwave.
3. The same when using the electric oven (if any).

Now estimate how many modes you will REALLY use with your new "toy"?
The first time - experiments, I agree.
Then, the one you like most is chosen, and it is used. ALL!
Even if she has at least 50 programs, I will like 3-4, the rest will be replaced by a multi-cook, that is, her own settings. That's all!

And let stones be thrown at me.

Good luck everyone.
Nymph
I will keep an eye on Temko - because I can't decide between the 600 model and the 701 - I need one more SV - I think so.
Please write later which modes you will use more often.
I am especially interested in cooking meat - I suppose that here it will be necessary to use the stewing mode - how it will be.
Vei
Rit, but they have absolutely everything different, first of all - the volume, secondly - the manufacturer and technology.
Nymph
Liza, I am interested in the 600 modes, but I touched her pens in the store - she is so flimsy compared to 700 and 701 - that I just felt sorry for the money for her.
and in 701 it is embarrassing that the time cannot be changed almost anywhere - so I suffer
I'll manage with my cuckoo for now, probably, although my decorative panel is already cracked - I will not change it - it does not affect the process, the crack is almost invisible, I am satisfied with cooking in it
tatita
As one good person from the forum said - '' During the time of using the U700 multicooker, I realized that it is worth every ruble spent for it, really well said, that is how we could say about all the equipment. : girl_wink: It is clear that everyone chooses for themselves, for their requests. Is it just worth the effort? Now you want 3 liters and then 5 will not be enough. :) in the big one you can always cook a little, and in the small something more you can never. I'm still completely new to multiculturalism, but the HOT program is a fairy tale without unnecessary dancing with tambourines, for STEWING - the meat already had a different taste, also not bad, but not the same. : girl-th: Good luck with your choice.
Vei
Time can be changed on Multipovar, Oven and Steam Cooker. Of the automatic modes, my favorite is Fry, which, as it turned out, is not in the 701st model. If you are satisfied with such a small volume, then take 701.I do not use the Curd mode for its intended purpose, since the boiling is quite intense, due to which the curd turns out to be dry. But this is essentially a pressureless cooking mode, a generally useful topic.
And Fish ... I tried it for the first time today, I think it is completely replaceable.
Still choose between Cuckoo appliances
Tanya, Margarita has good experience in multi- and pressure cooking, I am sure she will understand her needs. And I like Bork more and more every day.
PS I already sold my cookie 1055
Nymph
Girls, Lisa, Tanya! Thanks for the good practical advice. Now I will think between 700 and 701.
I do not need a large volume - there are enough devices in the arsenal, and only a dog in our family eats meat - there is no way to convince him to become vegetarian
so I will read the instructions carefully and think carefully - there is a lot of time - until I sell my Stebu and Brand 6051, which came not to the yard, I will not buy anything anyway - there is simply no place to put.
In general, during my multicooker experiments, I came to the conclusion that choosing your own multicooker is the same as choosing a perfume for yourself - about the same individually - that is, almost all objective arguments are powerless here
Vei
Rita, another little difference is the buttons on the 701 instead of the touchpad on the 700.
I don't know how important this is. They are the same as in 1055. The buttons strain me, although this is not a decisive moment

Hmm, you get used to good things quickly
Today I tried the 700 touch panel for the first time and it suddenly became hard for me to press the buttons in the old 1010 cookie

It’s just about I, too, physically can no longer afford
Although in my Korean one the buttons are arranged differently, they are somehow even easier to press, but still annoying
multibork
Yes, it is actually written on Bork's website that the U700 has touch control, but I touched it in the store with my hands - the same as the U701 - the button, albeit under the film. sensor only for U800.
My friends, distinguish what you see and feel from what sellers sell you.
The sensor is just a nesting (like on a smartphone to the screen or gently to your beloved lips), if the slightest press is a button and no matter how nicely it is called a "pseudo-sensor". Trust the old ham radio.

Good luck.

This is my Korean cuckoo - the prototype of our Russian Cuckoo CMC-1051F, and here are the buttons:

Multicooker Bork U701

But this is Bork U700 with a smooth and glossy panel, where there is absolutely nothing to press, only gently touch, there is even a lock so that you do not turn it on by accidental touch:

Multicooker Bork U701

Multicooker Bork U701

And the Cuckoo CMC-HE1055 has a pseudo-sensor, like the Bork U701, this is especially visible on the Start and Heating buttons:

The U700 doesn't have a single button or pseudo-sensor at all. She has all the mordulence covered with a black glass panel. Sensors are triggered by a light touch on the glass (just like on a smartphone). You most likely confused it with some other cartoon. Just like me recently, I went to the M-Video next door, and there was darkness of them. They all look the same, black and pretty. At first glance, she could not even find her own cartoon. I had to take a closer look.

I put my cartoon on the stove on a stand. To be under the hood. Because there are cabinets above the work tables. And I'm afraid that if steam gets on them all the time, then soon the headset will have to be changed. An expensive pleasure.
multibork
The same topic. I put it on top of the stove on a large cutting board. I would have known that the cartoon would appear - during the repair I would have put a 2-comfort panel instead of 4. It's late now.
By the way, who has electric stoves - think about it.
leonid29
In! That's what you need. And I have a cutting board, otherwise I carry a cartoon I put it under the locker and my heart grows cold as the steam washes it. But I just bought her

Your MV is not big, and before the release of steam, a voice warning always sounds, you can simply turn the MV to the forest in front, and the steam will go out past the upper cabinets towards you.

I join your discussion! No big volume needed and 700 looks more reliable! And the messages that porridge leave through the valve are frightening!

Natalia, hello! The "seven hundredth" mode "Porridge" is designed for cereals on water or with a small amount of milk. At first, I also perceived this mode as a way of preparing milk porridge. And, of course, mine ran away. Only not through the valve (if you look at the lid from above, it was absolutely clean), but through the condensate container. Drayila then everything. But here on the forum the girls have already written that milk porridge is successfully cooked at the "Multipovar" from 95 to 98 degrees. I myself have not tried it yet, but I believe that everything works out as it should.
Vei
Algorithms on Kasha and 700th and 701st Bork's models are the same. It will be necessary to shake up the old days, buy normal milk with a long shelf life and cook porridge again on Kasha. Then I will unsubscribe.
leonid29
I cooked milk rice porridge on porridge - nothing escaped, but the rice was not cooked. The second time I cooked it using the same technology, but kept it on the heating for 10 minutes to heat up - someone here advised me - the porridge turned out to be normal. It also depends on rice
Vei
The fact of the matter is that in all CFs, milk can escape. Much depends on milk and the cereal itself. Judging by the duration of the program and the recipes of the book, the Porridge program is tailored for oatmeal. But rolled oats are also different and the finer the flakes, the more likely it is to escape. I always cook 15-minute oatmeal, it cooks well if the milk is very fresh and with a long shelf life, not a week.

Liza! It is absolutely not a fact that you need to correlate the cooking time of porridge with some kind of milk storage period. If not a powder dissolved in water, then everything is about the same.

We have now adapted to cook milk porridge in the morning from the evening.
The algorithm is as follows:
In the store bought in a box a mixture of "TSAR" "6 cereals" (do not count as an advertisement) made in Chelyabinsk (oat, wheat, barley, rye, buckwheat and corn flakes).
I put 1.5 multi-glasses of this cereal mixture into the bowl, add 3 MC of milk and 1 MC of water.
And then, in my opinion, the very trick: I put all this in a cartoon at 9 pm and put it on the "Porridge" program with a timer at 5.30 am (ready time). We get up at 6.00.
That is, this entire consistency absorbs all moisture, then it is prepared within the prescribed time according to the program, and then it is finished on "PREHEAT".
The result is a little thick messy porridge that Lisa can dilute with milk.
I already wrote somewhere that our milk is fresh, with a shelf life of 5 days. We don’t buy anything else. (Stud farm 5 km from the city)

I remind you that I have Borka 701st.

People are kind, but how to cook pickle, I have a fight 701, there is no soup program. Painfully meager programs. My heart bleeds from the paucity of recipes if I'm in trouble. Although everything that I cooked is excellent

Leonid, I cook pickle at the "Multipovar". If you have this program, then welcome to me!

Just please consider the quality of the meat and the size of its slicing. Then you will get an excellent pickle!
Elena Tim
Leonid, I just looked, you have a "Multipovar". So cook boldly.
Vei
Leonid, there is no Soup mode in the 701 model, because according to the manufacturer, it has too little volume for making soup. But even in our 700th, the instructions suggest cooking soups on Stew. Although on Multipovar you will be able to better control the situation, but there is a constant linear heating without clever algorithms.

Liz, hu from "Linear Heating Without Clever Algorithms"? What is it like?
But in my opinion, everything is simple: with Multipovar you have the opportunity to choose the temperature and time ... and more! Without any algorithms and linear heating!
Vei
Flax, with linear heating))) this means a constant temperature throughout the entire cooking process. Typically, in programs like Soup, a variable temperature algorithm with periodic, but not constant boiling. And on Multipovar it will cook all the time as much as you set.
tatita
: girl_cleanglasses: It seems to me that on the "stewing" first there is intense boiling, and then it turns into a slow boil, well, like we did before: girl-th: cooked on the stove. I fell so in love with this program, and for barley it is just right

Yes, I found similar information on the internet while you were answering. But, I do not understand the practical application of this information for a person who does not even have a Soup program. That's why I got to the bottom of you. I have it.
Vei
I here once again looked and compared both models 700 and 701, and was very surprised that they are almost the same in size. That is, a 3 liter bowl is certainly much less than a 5 liter bowl. But at the same time, the external dimensions of the SV and the area that it will occupy in the kitchen are practically equivalent.
The only significant positive difference is only the price, which is really less for the 701. But if the price is not a determining factor for the future buyer (a person in the state of choice of CB), then it is better to take the fully functional 700 model, which will take up a little more space, but the mode and opportunities will ultimately provide more.
multibork
Do not consider it rudeness, but the soup must be cooked in a saucepan.
The same cabbage soup or borscht. Well, you can't mortgage everything at once. There is also a whole cooking technology. Everything in order.
My mother cooks Ukrainian borscht ... You can swallow your tongue. With lard, with garlic ...
What multicooker can handle. Don't even twitch.

Yes, I completely agree - bookmarking everything together - it's running out - a brew, not the first course.
But you can make delicious borscht even in cartoons in the field - just like in a regular saucepan - in several steps, no one drives it to the neck faster and faster. Now the process of the first courses went much more pleasantly for me, as I pick up 3 high-speed SV
At one time I cook only pea, it only tastes better.
Vei
The whole point is that it is quite possible and necessary to cook soup in one tab, and it will not lose anything in taste. But borscht has never been a soup, and in my opinion it is generally unrealistic to cook it with dignity in SV, even in a few bookmarks. In MV it is possible, since the lid also opens and there is no pressure, because of which something can be digested.
leonid29
It's a strange thing, but it seemed to me that cooking in a cartoon was built on the old method of cooking in a Russian oven, where everything was put in a cast iron and a grab was put into an oven preheated to a certain temperature and was there until fully cooked and could not be taken out in order to add something ... And the cartoon itself is made in such a way that the bowl is heated from all sides.

In the subsequent stages of the borscht, you can use temperatures up to 100 °, at which there is no pressure, and bring it to a boil with the CB lid open.
I don’t know how to adapt to Bork yet, I’m afraid that I will not be ripe for it soon, but in Kuku-1054 I get a good tasty undigested borscht.
I don’t like my mother’s on the stove, she always digests it, so my grandmother’s borscht became the base for me, she always had it fabulously delicious, just like I love

So I don't like overcooked vegetables, that's why I cook at 95C. Absolutely nothing happens to them in an hour. Cabbage, depending on the variety, of course, generally crunches sometimes. When this comes across, then I just add salt when bookmarking. Then the cabbage becomes softer. Otherwise, I usually salt it after cooking.

Don't, don't go, I probably wrote something wrong again. We are here, every Borkovite is held in high esteem, and we will always be glad to see you
Yes, everything is so, Tanyukh! On the contrary, I was very much amused by the phrase that we are not going to sleep in our own topic. Especially considering that it just caught me here, in someone else's topic, right before bed
multibork
The soup was put in the Russian oven fully filled.
My mother grew up in Ukraine. And she said that my grandmother took the cauldron out of the oven several times to add the following components - all in due time. It was just a ritual.
She even now, according to that grandmother's recipe, conjuring in the kitchen for four hours, she prepares such a BORSCH, even in each plate - sour cream - you can swallow your tongue !!!
Nobody will convince me that in a cartoon you can cook a normal BORSCH or SHIPS or UHU, you can have soup, but this is soup.
Whoever disagrees - let him throw a stone at me.
Catwoman
I turned Borka 701 in the store, I've been thinking about him for several days. I don't need more than 3 liters, 5 liters is already idle in the closet. I reread Temko, opinions are ambiguous.
multibork
Well, at least say one thing.

The number of programs does not bother me, but how about porridge? I only cook in milk.
Andrey, you have 701, are you still happy with it?
multibork
I don't know him or her, but I'm happy.
We cook porridge most often: oatmeal (see the general topic), buckwheat, wheat, pearl barley) everything works out fine.
I, in fact, took the cartoon in order to stage it in the evening, and in the morning you have FRESH Porridge !!!
