And I use cubes with might and main)))) and frying, and sausage for pizza and any meat in salads, and Greek salad, and cheese. I can imagine what beauty it will be during the season of fruits and vegetables, when I freeze all this for the winter (I don't eat any jam or salads). Now I'm thinking of buying frost. a camera so that you can store these cubes ...
inse0f
We usually cut potatoes in soup in the style of fries, never into cubes, and the fries attachment is certainly much cheaper than cubes)))

As for the cubes - and there you can make big cubes, see 2, judging by the video there you get cubes of 1 cm, and this, in my opinion, is not enough for Greek! We rarely do Olivier. Nobody eats vinaigrette at all, we do not love it.

There are no more questions, in your situation really not needed.

Just don't think that we tune you to the cubes ... you better know you need them or you will live a hundred years without them ... And I am satisfied with Greek and 1cm, because I am on a diet and the less I am , all the better . Well this is for the stomach, not for the soul.

In my MSM68885 I made yeast dough, I did not like it ..... in comparison with HB Panasonic. In HB the dough is soft, warm, like a living straight. And in the combine is cold brrrr.
Because the bread maker kneads with heating, there the dough comes out better for dumplings. Now in Kenwood, a new combination with a heated bowl has appeared.

Recently I was at the All-Russian Exhibition Center and got to the presentation of the French combine RONIC, got interested and bought it!
Now I'm looking for friends to communicate,: girl_in_dreams: who could share their recipes: nyam: cooking with this combine.

Ultra-modern harvester with a quiet 700 Watt motor and 4 speeds. Since the rotor of the motor has a horizontal axis of revolution, and the thrust is transferred through the angular transmission, the unit remains perfectly stable during operation.
The spherical container and the rotational axis of the attachments deviated from the vertical (RONIC patent) guarantee mixing and chopping efficiency uncharacteristic of other popular combines. The cutting discs and knives are made of surgical steel and the motor box is made of high impact ABS material. A spherical container ("Magic Ball") with a capacity of 2.8 liters is made of polycarbon, a shock-resistant material that can withstand temperature loads from -20 to +140 degrees Celsius. In addition, the use of this material in combination with hot liquids does not lead to the release of harmful substances, which means it is safe for health.

The main functions of the RONIC Original food processor:
cuts
whips
mixes
grinds
squeezes out
slices
makes shavings
makes juices

The Original 4000 includes:
spherical container with a chopping knife
citrus juicer
two double-sided cutting discs
French fries cutting disc
foam disc
scapula
presentation-instruction on CD / DVD.

Additionally, the set to the combine may include:
juicer
spiral foam beater
box for additional items

There are some spare parts for MCM6 on zapchasti, but there is no shredder or press. They will not be sold separately, or is it too early?

Hello everyone!
Comrades, don't let the agony of choice tear me apart, help me with advice
I then decided that I really needed a new harvester, now I have a beloved Tefal do 301 donated by my friends, but I miss it in many ways.
The first thing on my agenda is kneading dough, let's say, 70% cool and very cool, that is, dumplings, manty and you. dy, 20% chopped and shortbread, 10% yeast. In second place are potatoes for potato pancakes and whipping of creams and eggs, cream and sour cream. I often cut onions for minced meat. Until now, I rarely cut vegetables for salad, but this is rather due to the lack of normal attachments. It is essential that the mixer is planetary. The volumes are not very large, there are still four of us, I still have eaters, I cook most often for one, maximum two, meals or generally separately for myself (diet), separately for children, separately for my husband. We don't have a meat grinder at all, so it would be nice to have it in the kit, a juicer is not needed at all - there is a separate one. The budget is limited, that is, the cheaper the better (we read, the fewer years I have to collect for a combine)
I rush between Bosch Series 5 and 8: Bosch MUM 54251 (270 euros) I really want to try cubes, well, or as an option Bosch MUM 56340 (208 euros), but it's embarrassing that the reviews on the meat grinder and dough mixer are contradictory. In episode 8, I am tempted by the opportunity to buy a dough sheeter and a dough cutter (I don’t know if it will be needed, but I usually have appetites with meals and therefore I always buy a little "for growth" equipment), plus good reviews on dough kneading. Confused by the price and the huge bowl, plus the lack of cubes. While I can only afford a basic set of Bosch Mum 86 (370 euros) without knives and a meat grinder, even an 84 model with these bells and whistles costs from 560 euros, and I still want at least a multi-mixer and a pancake knife.
Well, what do you say? Maybe there are more options for my requirements?
dandelion
* OLIVKA * due to the limitation. budget, I would have taken MUM5 with cubes, and if only the money would have allowed it, I would have stopped. Since it is most suitable for household needs, why pay more? And with the test he is normal. copes for this and a dough mixer is provided there. And the meat grinder is also normal., The sister MUM4, weaker and uses nothing .... glad, but very sorry about the lack of cubes.
Daffi
* Olivka *, I will answer you in order

The first on my agenda is kneading dough, let's say, 70% cool and very cool, that is, dumplings, manti and you. dy, 20% chopped and shortbread, 10% yeast. It is essential that the mixer is planetary.
Bosch MUM combines (series 4 and 5) are absolutely not suitable for kneading thick and tough dough. They can't handle this load, you will quickly land the engine and wipe out the plastic gear. Do not believe me, watch the videos on YouTube, how these poor things knead the dough with a hook, they really feel sorry for them. I drove mine a couple of times and that's it, I won't, because it's hard for him.
For dumplings and yeast dough, it is better to buy a bread maker, you can inexpensively. It will not knead the dough too steep, but the flour can be mixed by hand, after the dough is allowed to stand, it is not as difficult as the initial kneading.

In second place are potatoes for potato pancakes, whipping of creams and eggs, cream and sour cream.
There is no grater for potato pancakes, you need to buy it separately. Whipping eggs, whites, creams, cream and sour cream - this is MUM we do great.

I often cut onions for minced meat. Until now, I rarely cut vegetables for salad, but this is rather due to the lack of normal attachments.
Cutting in MUMs is good. Three discs, five chopping options, but ... you will need to buy separately: a pancake grater, a medium grater / shredder or a Korean carrot grater (or one or the other), a French fries grater (if necessary). Please note that it is not very convenient to rub small volumes in such a grater, because 1 carrot or 1 beet will remain in the cutting itself, but it rubs large volumes perfectly - this is a super thing for summer blanks.

It is better to make onions for minced meat in a chopper of an immersion blender (I judge from my own experience).

The volumes are not very large. I rush between Bosches 5 and 8 series. I really want to try cubes, well, or as an option Bosch MUM 56340 (208 euros), but it's embarrassing that the reviews on the meat grinder and dough mixer are contradictory.

In series 8, it is tempting to buy a dough sheeter and a dough cutter, plus good reviews on kneading the dough. Confused by the price and the huge bowl, plus the lack of cubes ... but you want at least a multi-mixer and a knife for potato pancakes
Series 8 - professional - there is a 5.4 l mixing bowl, your small volumes will be lost in it. And the price is a reason for thought, there is no cube cutter and will not be. The dough sheeter can be bought manually, it will cost much less.

I haven't seen any controversial reviews, if possible, give a link. The meat grinders in series 4 and 5 do not fundamentally differ, they work normally, they roll meat and poultry without bones, cartilage and veins. If the person who wrote the bad review does not understand that such a meat grinder does not grind bones, then these are the problems of that person, not the combine. I already wrote about the dough mixer - the combine interferes with everything except thick dough (dumplings or yeast dough).

There is a plastic fuse inside the meat grinder and cutting machine, it breaks - it's true. But, breaking down, it protects the engine, saving the owner of the combine from serious problems. If people overload the harvester, it is their problem, not the harvester.

The multi-mixer in 4 and 5 series has a small volume (1.2 l), the set includes the same discs as in the set of the combine, it is expensive. This is not a very rational purchase, to be honest. Here's an example:

A multi-mixer for the 4th series costs 544 UAH. Instead, I bought a Philips 7605 combine for 440 UAH. (count, 100 UAH saved), here add 167 UAH (plus delivery), which I did NOT spend on a medium grater / shredder and a grater for potato pancakes for BOSH MUM 4 series. Total at least 267 UAH. net savings. I don’t regret buying, because the graters in the combine are excellent, for small volumes this device is ideal. Finally I realized how to rub carrots in it so that it does not fall. After that I liked the harvester even more.
inse0f
judging by your message, it is worth buying separate things for individual tasks: you need minced meat - take a separate meat grinder, you need dough - take a dough mixer, etc. A combine is a combine to save space and solve many problems.
As for what is swinging, this is done on purpose, nothing will fly there, you just need to knead the dough no more than the recommended volume.

Apparently, you do not have a single combine. If you had, you would not have written THIS.
As for what is swinging, this is done on purpose, nothing will fly there, you just need to knead the dough no more than the recommended volume.
Swinging is a consequence of the design features of the MUM series combine, and not "made on purpose". The gear train does not like such swaying, the plastic wears out over time, which causes extraneous noise during operation. If you are a mechanical engineer, I am ready to discuss this topic with you. If not ... you get the idea.

I agree that if the plans include regular rolling of minced meat and kneading dough in large volumes, it is better to have separate devices for this purpose. Someone wrote earlier that the engine of the combine broke down and the person lost everything at once.
I am not delighted with the Mum5 meat grinder, I have something creaking there all the time, I don't want to use it again. But with minced meat, a chopper glass helps me out to a submersible blender, because I make small portions of minced meat.To grind vegetables, I use the combine regularly, I make creams, I wipe the soup and juices - something that is not associated with great physical exertion, maybe I just regret it, or maybe I am too lazy to disassemble and wash for a small amount of products.
dandelion
I fell in love with my MSM68885 even more !! And a small amount processes and the remains are small, and it is easy and quick to wash. In parallel with this, I regret less and less that I did not take MUM5 !!
Zima
Well, it must be the same, how many people have so many opinions, on the contrary, I'm happy with the meat grinder in mum5, I use it regularly. Nothing seems to creak, I have a freestanding one - so I removed it so that it does not take up space. But when I knead the dough with a hook, it creaks and even very .. and works with an effort, I just feel sorry for him to tears
* Olivka *
dandelion, thanks for your feedback! you understand, they will sell my soul for dumplings, my husband is ready to eat them alone, plus manti, khanum, pasties, mikichitas and so on, I cook the dough almost every day, and as Daffi wrote below about the motor, I'm afraid it's easy to overload it. If not for this, then I would not aim at the 8th episode.
Daffi, Thank you!

yes, I believe, why not believe, that's the problem that my Tefal saw the rollers (I make the dough with a simple shredder knife in it) jumps up a little on a knead of 1kg of dough in a 3kg bowl, but does not give strong signs of torment, the engine is 750 Watt
For dumplings and yeast dough, it is better to buy a bread maker, you can inexpensively. She won't knead the dough too steep
I also considered this option, but I don’t bake bread at all, and if I don’t knead the dough until it’s ready, then it makes no sense to buy, so my tefal can handle this.
you will need to buy separately: grater for potato pancakes, medium grater / shredder or grater for Korean carrots (or one or the other), grater for French fries (if necessary). yes, yes, I count on it, that's why I wrote that the 8th series plus a meat grinder, plus a potato pancake grater and a multi-mixer (I planned it just for a small amount, I know that the graters are repeated there, the manufacturer scoffs) will be affordable ... We do not make preparations, therefore we do not have an industrial scale, the prices for vegetables and fruits do not fall much during the season, and since we live in Germany, there are solid chemicals in stores all year round and we do not grow our own, the meaning in the preparations is lost.
I haven't seen any controversial reviews, if possible, give a link. The meat grinders in series 4 and 5 are not fundamentally different, they work normally, they roll meat and poultry without bones, cartilage and veins.
I won't go looking for it on purpose, but as soon as I see it, I'll throw it off for you, okay? It was just about the fact that 8s cope with the minced meat "with a bang", and the 5th series very painfully squeezes the minced meat out of itself slowly in small portions through very small holes. As much as I chase speed, I'm afraid to give a heavy load. Although very often I am unlikely to twist the minced meat. Well, you yourself wrote about mixing up a cool dough, I also meant it when I wrote about conflicting reviews.

Here is the result I have now. For the kitchen there is:
- juicer
- 3-level steamer
- hand mixer 450 W
- submersible mixer 300 W (mother-in-law gave it away, I tried to use it once and did not understand what kind of miracle it was at all)
- Tefal 301 harvester for cutting onions into minced meat, rubbing carrots, I make potato pancakes on it, but there is a lot of waste, I grind them with a knife later, enrages a bowl with a hole and a corrugated side surface
- a small blender, something like Magic Maxx or something like that, I don't remember the name, I make cocktails for children in it, I ground sugar a couple of times into powder and cut onions
It remains to buy: a dough sheeter, a noodle cutter, an electric meat grinder, a bread machine And my dream of a planetary mixer will remain a dream and stop me until the end of my life with creams and proteins with a hand mixer and suffer with the leaky bowl of the current harvester Well, do not give away for one mixer option and cubes under 300 euros ?

When I bought my Mum5, yours was not on sale yet. Probably now I would lean towards it, it takes up little space and is powerful! I will console myself with planetary whipping, this is a very pleasant option for Mums. In fact, versatility has not bothered anyone yet. In terms of this, Mooms are also at their best.

In the meat grinder Muma has been spinning lemons lately, can she squeak from acid?

That's what it means to stop on time and make the right choice! And I'm still in the process ... There is time until June, the youngest will be 1 year old, I promised to collect all my relatives (and there are a lot of them), I am not going to cut cubes with my hands
Daffi
* Olivka *, I don't even know what to advise you in such a situation, you have everything separately, but you are not happy with any of this.

I really like my BOSH MUM 4655, I thought and still think that this is one of the best combines for today. Actually, I am not the only one who thinks so, the site test.de also agrees with me. The combine is universal, it can do a lot, it is an excellent device for the home. But it (the same can be said about all combines of the MUM series) has several features that you need to know about in advance so as not to be disappointed later:
1. Small holes in the meat grinder, which is why many have problems when twisting. The way out is to buy additional discs or adapt discs from a Soviet meat grinder (I did so).
2. It is not necessary to force him, forcing the thick dough to stir. He, of course, somehow copes, but it's a pity for him, poor thing.
3. The float is excellent, but the size of the holes is not suitable - one side is rubbing too small, the other is too large. This means that you have to buy at least 1 more disc, choosing between "julienne" and "medium grater / shredder".

I seem to be happy with all the other moments. I do not know how things are with the other housewives, but here I am
* Olivka *
Daffi, that is why I am unhappy, I adore my double boiler, I do not use a juicer often, but I love it, my hand mixer is all for whipping creams, but I want to free my hands, and I love the blender. But I do not have everything: there is no normal dough kneading, planetary mixer, no meat grinder, a stationary blender, a dough sheeter would not hurt, I would be pleasantly happy with a large blender, cubes and maybe even a noodle cutter

This bending does not bode well in the future. How can a gear train work normally in this mode? In addition, the kneading of the yeast dough is carried out only at 1, 2 speeds and takes a lot of time, that is, about 20 minutes.
Do you think that the combine will last a long time with daily use in this mode? I have great doubts about this. And a person is looking for a device for daily kneading not even yeast, but 1 kg of dumplings, moreover, steep and very steep.

I believe that a bread maker is best suited for such tasks, this is the "cheap and cheerful" option. If you look for a mixer with such capabilities, then you can go broke, because the cost of such a machine will be very expensive.

How glad I am that I got so many useful reviews on your forum!
Daffi, We have Kitchen Aid from 500 euros on local sites, I haven't looked in America, the fact is that for some reason I don't really have a soul for him. Do not throw slippers, but the knowledge that in the States it can be bought from $ 200, it perfectly feeds my toad. His power is 300 W, if I understood correctly, this is something about 800 at the output, against the same 8th Bosch from 1600 W for the same money.

The Kenwood Titanium Chef KMC 010 costs from 370 euros (that is, about the same as the Bosch 86), I don’t even overstep it on the 20th, 6.7 liters is sooo much for me. But, as I understand it, is he completely naked, with only brooms? As far as I counted, a meat grinder for it from 60 euros, a glass blender from 40 euros, however, all other baubles like noodle cutters can wait. But the trouble is, I only found one disc for shredding in additional. nozzles, really not to buy?
I really like the 4.6L bowl, I once considered the 266 model, but as I looked at a bunch of bad reviews for some reason put an end to this brand in general, probably in vain?
added yeah, I found a "vegetable cutter" in add. devices, there are 7 attachments for shredding and grinding vegetables. Plus 80 euros

Six months ago, I closely studied the offers in Germany for Kenwood, as I was going to buy it, but then I was afraid to take risks, since it no longer has a guarantee in our country bought outside of Russia, that is, if a warranty case arises, you need to contact a German seller. In general, I did not want a possible headache. I found on ebay offers for various configurations. That is, a basic set (nozzles for whipping and mixing + a glass blender) + an additional bowl + some kind of additional attachment (meat grinder or high-speed grater-shredder, etc.) It seems that this promo kit was called. The price is 500-550 euros depending on the additional attachment (or attachments). Now I looked - this seller is no longer there. But it will be easier for you from Germany to look for the most interesting options if you decide to buy it.
We have a huge thread on our website dedicated to the Kenwoods, they can answer all questions related to attachments and operation.

Uff, everyone, girls, thank you very much for your invaluable help, I stopped ... at Kenwood 010. Bosch will still be too big for me with his cup. I read the reviews, looked at all the extras. accessories, I think he will not let me down. The only trifle, because of the price, the purchase will have to be postponed a little, the family budget is going through hard times, but I nevertheless decided for myself than to buy a thing that you will not be 100% satisfied with, it is better to wait a little and enjoy it to the fullest. Only last week we ordered a microwave oven first, which was just fine for me, let's say, well, it just suited me, then they thought about it and changed it to another model, which I found at a discount a little more expensive than the first one, and now just food with delight!
If anyone is interested, the price we get for it is 370 euros in the variation "no one", for 489 it is with a blender, for 408 I found it with a meat grinder, blender and a juicer included. But I'll figure it out closer to the purchase, the main thing is that I have decided on the model.

Hello! I choose a harvester, I read most of this topic, but it will be difficult for me to finally decide without advice. My kitchen is small (Khrushchev), so I need a compact harvester to stand on the desktop at hand. The main thing for me is a grater and shredder of vegetables for soups and salads for a family of 4 people. It would be nice if you could make shortbread dough for cookies in a food processor and use it as a large chopper. I do not have a stationary blender, so its presence will not be superfluous.

I thought about the new harvester when I once again planed hard winter cabbage for salad on an already dull shredder, reminiscent of the current Decoks. At first I thought about a good grater like Berner, but the reviews about cut fingers are scary, which I am a great master of. From the technique there is a Mulinex meat grinder with graters, but the neck for vegetables is small, not all carrots will pass, and with cabbage it is even more difficult.

There is also a Brown Hand Mixer with two whisks and a submersible blender attachment. I use it for creams, batter and cocktails. And another assistant is the 0.5 liter Mulinex mill, where I grind onions and small amounts of berries and vegetables.
All technology is "aged", so I think it might make sense to indulge yourself with something more modern. So far I drew attention to the Philips HR 7762/90 and Kenwood FP 250 models. I looked at them on the counter in the store - well, they are very similar. In Philips, they attracted positive reviews about a similar model, Philips HR7605, but here the power is more and the graters are all-metal. On the other hand, it is often said about the remnants of not grated vegetables that fall into the bowl. And then there are small Bosches, with a blender and metal graters - the Bosch MCM 2150 model. As far as I understand, you can buy graters for Bosch without any problems. Can you please tell me which harvester is best suited for frequent use? Thanks in advance for your reply.

I also chose for a long time and stopped at Phillips7762 or Kenwood250, Phillips overpowered, well, I liked everything about it and the reviews are only positive and compact, although here on the forum they talked about the remains of vegetables when rubbed, so when you rub it by hand, so that in principle, it was not scary. and yesterday I bought it, I hadn’t seen it live before (I took it from an internet store), so I was pleased with the appearance and compactness, and a box for graters and knives to boot. I quietly master it and while I like everything - - I rubbed the carrots in 2-3 seconds, I didn't even have time to examine the process (there was a thin piece of carrots), a neat straw turned out, the cucumber was also quickly on a shredder 2.4 thin - the salad was ready in 30 sec, the knives are very sharp, all-metal, which is very convenient. french fries didn't work out, as I later realized I had a small potato and it jumped on the grater and basically just rubbed the knife, next time the potatoes will need to be taken more so that you can press the pusher and I think everything will work out ... made a cocktail and smoothies in a blender, whipped very well, it turned out uniformly and with foam. very happy so far. I choose a harvester, blender, processorI choose a harvester, blender, processor
