And more, how are they not sold anywhere in the refrigerator? The service center broke 2500. Tomorrow I will complain

I chose BOSCH MUM 54240
A little expensive for me, but I decided that it would be better to take a more powerful combine.

Reporting ... 4 squirrels for Wednesdays. beat the speed perfectly in less than 10 minutes. At first I thought that this was not possible ... a whisk whack-whack for proteins and only one foam (I didn't want to add speed, since it was 5 am, I was afraid to wake my own people ..), but it turned out that I was worried in vain. She did not fall, and while I was beating the yolks with sugar, sowing flour, etc. To say that I am happy ... no, I'm delighted! the yolks are also great!
Py. sy. sometimes the toad still strangles me for 11.000 rubles. It seems like you look ... well, what did you give it up for ?? : swoon: And you look at the result and think ... yes to hell with this money ..

I will buy a disc for French fries, maybe not a medium grater ... I'll look at the price, but what I would really like is a rub, but unfortunately it doesn't fit mine.

We are also going to buy the Bosch MultiTalent MCM68885 Food Processor. And after reading the topic about Bosch Cubix 5529, I realized that I also want a rub for boiled vegetables and berries. And surely it will not fit 68885? How did you know that? The discs, judging by the ones stated in the instructions, fit from 5529.

Only shredder and grater discs are suitable. And the attachments are different, including the cube itself. I called the Moscow Customer Service Center. The phone number is listed on the website.

We bought today the Bosch MultiTalent MCM68885 Food Processor and at the same time tried on the nozzles from the MCM 5529 on it. It seemed to fit on the bowl. Unfortunately, there was no pin on the display case.

Are attachments or discs fit? What kind of pin? How do you like the harvester? What is the price?

It is clear that the disks fit. We tried on a cube nozzle (there were no others on the display case) from 5529 to a bowl 68885. It sat down well. The bowls and cube attachments of these combines are the same, only differ in color. A pin is a drive axle So these drive axles are a little different. I compared it with a picture. But the top and bottom tabs / threads (not sure how to correctly) match. So it is possible that the attachments may fit.

I liked the harvester, but I wanted more attachments for the price. They took video to M., he was there 10,990 rubles, but we got 8,000 rubles with bonuses and gift cards.

I dream of attaching a rubbing to my own, so that ketchup and jam without pits and peels can be made

In my opinion, now I also wanted the Bosch MultiTalent MCM68885, but so far in the selection process ...

So I look at MCM 68885 and think, where can I get additional attachments for it?
Judging by this plate:
I choose a harvester, blender, processor

to complete happiness is not enough: a citrus press, a disc for French fries and a universal chopper. Where to get them then? In stores about this and have not heard.
In general, it is strange that the top model does not include a full set of attachments.
sazalexter
Username Ordinary shops do not sell harvester attachments, as a rule, for this there is a service and the Internet.
PS: Even the top MUM56340 does not have all the attachments ...
Tiksan
And I have not seen other models of the MSM 6 series on the Internet ... and additional attachments too.
Among the accessories for MultiTalent, a juicer with a centrifuge is also indicated, but in the plate in the instructions it is not in any model.

Just like a dandelion, I really, really want a nozzle for cleaning mashed potatoes.
sazalexter
MSM 6 .. this is a new series of portable harvesters, the potato grater should come from MUM4-MUM5, it seems like it was on the forum. Centrifuge nozzle, juice from 2 apples no more. Then it will be necessary to disassemble and remove the cake.

Dachshund, how do you find out the codes for the MCM6 attachments?

Yeah, that surprised me too. After all, the table clearly shows that citrus press and a glass are 100% suitable.

Today I saw MCM 68885 in Mediamarkt in Mytishchi for 9999, and it is big, looking at the picture, I thought that it had a smaller base.
By the way, there are also discs for fries and a double-sided medium grater / shredder, markings for mum 4 and 5, but as we have already found out, they are suitable for many models. I didn't remember the exact prices, but not cheap. Yes, there is also a nozzle - a cube cutter for 3500 something.
Maybe someone will come in handy.

It would be nice if a wipe from MSM 5529 was suitable for him, I would probably take it right away. And now I choose between MUM 5 series and yours. I realized that in order to change the grater disc in MSM 6, you need to open the top lid of the bowl and just remove the disc and insert a new one, and in MUM you need to remove the vegetable cutter, disassemble it, change the disc, put it back and put it in place, or am I wrong? Again, in MSM6, if the bowl is full, it needs to be disassembled to empty, while in MUM5, it is enough to press the button, raise the bracket, remove the bowl and dump out the product (i.e., to process a large number of products, it is more convenient to MUM5, and if small and different disks, it will probably be more convenient than MCM6), now I'm sitting thinking what is better for me. I do not need a meat grinder, because there is a separate "animal machine", in the literal sense of the word. I also looked that for MUM5, there is a nozzle-press for squeezing juice (making mousse from berries, tomatoes and rose hips) MUZ45FV1 (attached to a meat grinder), I wonder if this is the same as rubbing or not? I understand they both knead the dough, just in different ways. Have you tried to make dough in it (yeast or dumplings)? I think it will be possible to make a sandy one in MSM6 with a universal knife or a kneading nozzle. In general, there are a lot of questions, but the head is a mess
sazalexter
tyumenochka In MUM5, the grater changes like everyone else, turned the top cover, removed the grater. In MUM5 there is a full-fledged kneader with a hook in MSM6, I don't see this, yeast and shortbread dough is a big question

In MUM 4 series (I think that 5 is no different) disk replacement is carried out according to 2 scenarios:
1 Remove the plug from the socket, unscrew the upper part of the vegetable cutter, remove the disc and put another one, put the cover back.
2. Remove the vegetable cutter, unscrew the upper part, change the disc, put the lid back on, fix the vegetable cutter to the combine.

It only takes a long time to write, in fact the whole "operation" takes a few seconds. 4 and 5 series of BOSH MUM combines differ in one more thing. In 4 series, you can rub and shred into any container.

The video is very informative, it shows the operations performed by combines 4, 5, 8 of the BOSH MUM series.
It was a discovery for me that one of the discs can grate nuts. Today I have already tried it, the result is excellent. I have been using a combine harvester for 8 years, but I didn’t know that it can do this

For safety reasons, remove the plug from the socket. Because changing the disc, you can accidentally turn on the combine and get hurt. If you are removing the entire vegetable cutter, you do not need to turn off the combine.

girls and boys, have now conducted an experiment, turned on the harvester without putting on the lid of the vegetable cutter, and so the harvester works, but the disc does not spin at the same time - so it's difficult to cut yourself, I don't take off the case either - I just have nowhere to put it - case, lid, dirty disc , a pin - also something to put under this stuff, I don't like to put it on the table, I like it to be clean around even during work - the work surface is small when I process vegetables and so everything is packed, including the stove.

in episode 5, everything is tied to safety precautions, and to the point of absurdity. for example, a citrus juicer does not turn on if the lower steel bowl is not standing and is not fixed, or for example, you forgot to put a plug on the drive from the back, it will not turn on either .. nothing at all ..
generally very organizes people who like to lose everything

sazalexter, yes there is no dough mixer, but I plan to buy a Panasonic 2501 bread maker together with the combine (I think it can handle yeast and dumplings), there remains dough for cakes and cookies. And also the MSM 6 has a power of 1250 W, and the MUM 5 900 W, as you think, as a consumer, will I feel this difference?

No, do not feel, this is the power on the shaft, but it is measured in a strange way and is associated with the revolutions of the nozzles. Both models have an engine of about 200 watts.

I have a cognitive dissonance in this regard. As far as I know, in all MUM combines the nozzles rotate at a maximum speed of 12000-12500 rpm. At the same time, the power consumption of the combines is different: from 550 W to 1400 W. What gives more power consumption in reality?
If in all models the beaters rotate at the same speed (when turned on to the maximum), then 2 squirrels (for example) will be whipped at about the same time? Maybe a harvester with a higher power consumption will cope better with kneading thick dough, the engine will be less overloaded?

Different models have different power consumption. But the speed of rotation of the corollas at the maximum is the same for all 12,500 rpm. And what is the point of buying a more powerful harvester if it whips up the proteins in the same time as the less powerful one? I still don't understand what higher power consumption gives in practice

To better explain what exactly I do not understand, I will give an example. Let's take two combines with the same complete set from the 5th series Bosch MUM. The first has a power of 700 W, the second has 900 W. Both the first and the second (let's say) have 7 speeds. How these two combines differ in reality is completely incomprehensible. Will the second harvester beat, mix, rub faster? Or what will he do better?

This is me trying to figure out in advance which of the options is better to buy and why, if my "old man" is covered with a copper basin. What does this difference of 200 watts give. Does anyone know the answer ...?

In my MSM68885 I made yeast dough, I did not like it ..... in comparison with HB Panasonic. In HB the dough is soft, warm, like a live one. And in the combine is cold brrrr. I think it will work out a sandy one, but Julia Vysotskaya tried out the puff one in it (I watched it on NTV, and then fell in love with this combine). If I had to choose between mine and MUM5 with a cube cutter, I would choose the latter.

About power. As my husband explained in a simple way. Here you put a carrot - its powerful zipper is easy and ready again, but it is more difficult for a low-power one to grind it ... he works in a strained, in a load, it is more difficult for him. It's like a car with a 1.4 or 2.0 liter engine ..... the last zip and on the hill into the easy ... 1.4 will also drive up the hill, but with difficulty and with a greater probability of engine wear. : mail1: Well, or for example, electric meat grinders, the more power, then the veins and beef will twist everything.
Py. sy. I don’t know if I reported the information correctly. I'm still that explanator)))))))

At the same time, a harvester with a lower power can cope with the task faster, no matter how strange it sounds. Philips 7605 350 W rubs carrots faster than Bosch MUM 4655 550 W.

Hello everyone!
I need advice, I was faced with the purchase of a combine (before that we used our hands), after watching the video how everything is convenient and instantly I wanted to buy something like that. The budget is around 10k, preferably less ... But it's better to overpay a little for a good thing that has served for 5 years (I would like to!).
While studying the Internet I came across 4 models (in ascending order of cost)
1. Kenwood FP 950
2. Bosch MUM 54240 Styline
3. Kenwood KM 266
4. Bosch MultiTalent MCM68885, sold in MVideo for 11k, as I understand it is a completely new model, there are no reviews on it, but the functionality is interesting, I'm not sure about the effectiveness of dough kneading compared to MUM 5 ...

In the first one I like the juicer, but I don't like the lack of a good and convenient dough mixer.
The second is frightening by the lack of classic knives for cutting meat and all sorts of garbage, for example, onion grating, can this be done efficiently with graters, I'm not very sure ???
In the third, everything is there, but there are a lot of negative reviews, they say it breaks down in 1-2 years and the repair is very expensive ... I especially read the reviews on it on amazon.de: if there are no negative reviews for Bosch, then here is just VAC, everyone writes, that constant breakdowns ... This is scary, also its volumes, in the kitchen the unit may take up an entire block of countertops, and this is very upsetting for an 8 meter kitchen ...

Tell me what is better to lean towards? I understand the ideal does not exist, and if they exist, they cost a thousand dollars, but so far the budget is.

Take point 2. Buy a cube cutter and you will be happy. Point 4 will cope with the dough much worse than MUM, with yeast, for sure, but with puff and sandy dough it may be better.

Correction, real puff pastry (with rounds and laying in the refrigerator) is not made in the combine, only by hand
When you mention food processor-made puff, you must have meant false puff, that is, chopped dough. According to the technology, flour with cold butter is ground to a crumb state, after which sugar, salt, liquid components (water, yolk) are added. Such dough is perfectly made by Bosch MUM using a whisk with three wires. I tried it myself

inse0f, the capabilities of the Bosch MUM 54240 Styline are the same as those of the combine shown in the video. Only 5 series does not know how to rub into a bowl, only into the bowl that comes with the kit.
inse0f
And this same nozzle - with three links (or whatever it is called) - I suppose can also make mashed potatoes? In general, what is the experience of making mashed potatoes on this combine? Can I put boiled potatoes in a bowl, pour milk and get mashed potatoes? How many minutes will it take for such a twist?
Zima
I made mashed potatoes with this nozzle (it seems to be called for mixing), having read again in the next branch, first warmed up the bowl (poured hot broth there), then poured and laid the potatoes and everything else, the mashed potatoes turned out to be normal, small lumps, of course, remained, but a little, in time did not detect, not for long, and then what difference does it make, not manually.
But I did not like this moment - the entire lower part of the bracket was in condensation (it closed with a transparent lid - but through the hole the steam from the hot potatoes rises upwards. In general, I wiped the combine dry immediately after cooking, but I thought: what if, with such use Will moisture get inside and ruin the harvester? In general, I never did that anymore (in fairness, I note that we eat mashed potatoes very rarely)
inse0f
Thanks for the answer! So I decided to focus on MUM. We need cubes very rarely, if we need to buy a nozzle, but I think once a year you can cut a bowl of Olivier with your hands =)
