Casserole Christmas cheesecake in a Panasonic multicooker

Ingredients

Egg 5 pieces.
Sugar 200 g
Oil 40 g
Raisins (candied fruits, dates) 100 g
Semolina 1 tbsp. l.
Starch 2 tbsp. l.
Cottage cheese 750 g

Cooking method

  • Pass the cottage cheese through a meat grinder or in a food processor, adding one yolk at a time (5 in total). Gradually add softened butter (margarine), raisins (candied fruits), semolina and starch.
  • Beat the protein and sugar separately until firm peaks and mix gently.
  • Grease the form (I used a slow cooker), sprinkle with semolina and lay out the mass.
  • Bake in multiple for 65 minutes. after 15 min. after finishing, open and allow to cool.
  • If the oven is in the oven, grease the top with an egg and bake at 210-220C for about 45-60 minutes.
  • Note: the mass does not rise much, so it makes sense to make it out of more ingredients, or place it in a not very large mold.

I spied on this cheesecake on some website, changed it a little for speed of execution.

Mom and I also bake this. Only more semolina, and a little less cottage cheese, so it turns out more tender.
