Cooking method

  • I am opening more and more possibilities of my kitchen assistant MV. I decided to try making pizza in it, and surprisingly everything turned out great! Judge for yourself!
  • • Knead the dough (the consistency of the dough should be like a pie), cover and let it double in a warm place.
  • • Peel, wash, dry and cut the onion into rings.
  • • Preheat a skillet and fry the onions until golden brown in olive oil.

  • • Close the MV lid and turn on the “Baking” program for 40 minutes, then for another 10 minutes.
  • • We take out the pizza by simply tilting the MV bowl to one side (as if we wanted to pour out something liquid), pry the edge of the pizza with a wooden spatula, and gently shake the bowl to remove the pizza into a wide plate.
