Thanks for the recipe. I really liked the bread, I like such rough, perforated bread.
I stuck to the paper, I'll infect it, okay, where I tore it off. The crust seemed a bit harsh to my husband, but mmmm to me. Well, it took longer to bake, I was already nervous that it would not be baked, but no, everything worked out.

Very reminiscent of the taste of "childhood in the country" ...

I did a little self-righteousness ... I mixed 4 varieties of flour
a / c psh., rye c / s, spelled c / s and psh. c / z.
... in general, as the Germans say "mish-mash" turned out ...
and kneaded with pressed yeast.
The taste turned out to be what you need!
It is now my undisputed favorite on my desk.
