Soy asparagus with daikon and kohlrabi cabbage

Ingredients

Soy asparagus 100 g
Daikon 100 g
Kohlrabi 100 g
Spice taste

Cooking method

  • Break soy asparagus, soak for at least 2 hours in cool boiled water.
  • Then we drain the water, rinse the asparagus in a colander with water, cut into pieces, fill with dressing - soy sauce + rice vinegar.
  • Leave to marinate for an hour.
  • Shred the prepared daikon and kohlrabi on a coarse grater, mix (or you may not mix) with asparagus.
