In my oven, the dispenser opens and closes for 2 times in a row, as if wiping out the contents.
Rye is best done in the French program: kneading, lifting without boning (take out the spatula), baking.

And who prepares what recipes in the gluten-free program (# 7)?
I made from a recipe book, the very first kind of gluten-free flour ... to be honest - beeeeeee, but my father really liked him and my mother for the evening 2/3 loaves ate in general, the whole thing was in flour

Hello, HP DELONGHI BDM125S appeared in our family, FULL DISAPPOINTMENT. They baked different breads, the result is the same. It turns out to be heavy and not baked, the crust is absolutely white and all in ruins. Yeast used the following: SAF-LEVURE, LVOVSKY AND PAK-MAY. I weigh all the ingredients on a scale. And one more question. Can you tell me if you can program the preheating yourself, if so, how? Please help, thanks in advance ...
kinski
Go here first ... #
it is possible that yeast has nothing to do with it ...
Elena +
I have already been to this site. I took into account all the comments and suggestions. But it didn't make the bread any better. Maybe the problem is in the stove itself?
Admin

1 Once again, read the indicated topic carefully, especially work on bugs.

2. Expose your bread recipe and the procedure for kneading and baking it, only in detail what you did and how.
k.alena
I have the same stove, only positive emotions. Take the simplest recipe for white bread from the instructions (instructions in Russian are on the same site), put program number 1 - the main one and you will be happy. I did not deal with the yeast you specified, take Saf a moment. And the crust in this stove will always be lighter than the sides, these are the design features. If this is fundamental (the color of the crust does not affect the taste), then you can experiment with smearing the top of the bread with protein and water or much more before baking (discussed in a separate topic). Don't get upset ahead of time
vishenka_74
I have the same bread maker since September, the incidents were different, but most of them, due to my fault, are happy with the bread maker, I buy only Lviv yeast, I didn't find others

The main patience and everything will work out
Maxima
My oven is over a year now, everything happened at first - more or less tasty bread, but never to be thrown away. I use SAF-MOMENT yeast - they are added to flour (whereas Levure is added to the water). Preheating is included in program no. 4.

[quote Elena +
yeast used the following: SAF-LEVURE, LVOVSKY AND PAK-MAY. [/ quote]

And you tried to bake on live pressed yeast, the trouble with them is no more than with SAF-levyur. I just bought a pack of 100 grams. I cut about 13-14 grams into squares, froze them and take them out for baking one at a time, dilute them with sweetened water heated to 45-50 degrees, which I naturally subtract from the amount of liquid required by the recipe, add st. a spoonful of flour and put in a warm place to rise. That's all the wisdom. I have never gotten "for throw away" bread. For information - bread with fresh yeast is many times tastier than with dry active yeast, and when there is no smell of yeast, there is only one thing - they cannot be used for baking on a timer. I wish you success in baking without disappointments!
kissa129
I forgot to say why the cubes are 13-14 grams. I always bake 1 kg of bread, that is, according to the recipe, you need 700 gr. flour, and yeast, 2 grams per 100 grams of flour, the calculation is simple (2 grams of yeast * 700 grams of flour) / 100 = 14 grams. yeast, but less is possible, in any case, of course, everything depends on the quality of the yeast.Recently I bought the "Record" yeast, really the dough is so rushing, so rushing that my cotton, designed for a maximum bread size of 1.5 kg, does not hold the dough for 1 kg of a loaf, it rises to the very glass of the lid!

Thank you very much to everyone who responded !!! Problem solved !!! It was not the stove itself, but the yeast. Yesterday my husband and I baked two breads (although I can't call it bread, they were cakes). There is no limit to joy. Delicious, fluffy and ruddy crust.
Baked according to the recipe from the instructions: MILK BREAD - I made the following changes,
1) replaced the yeast with new pakmaya (bought on the market from trusted people);
2) reduced flour by 40 grams.
Today I bake a traditional one, I added 10 minutes more baking time.
The oven is just super ... But the final verdict after baking sweet. Very much my household loves to indulge in buns.

I have such a stove for 9 days. while I'm testing. baked 6 breads.
experimenting further. 4 of them are just bursting behind the ears - you can

I have a question for the owners of the same stove:
sometimes when mixing or when switching to other modes (I have not yet had time to understand exactly when) - CRACKING IS SOUND IN THE FURNACE, similar to the one that the blade changes its direction of motion. as if something is switching ...
In general, I cannot understand yet - is this so necessary or is it a malfunction?
really looking forward to the answer. and I will call the service center if I can catch the time when this is happening and why.

Thank you

Most likely, this is when kneading for 8-10 minutes. before it ends, the dispenser is triggered. Is the sound quite harsh, like a pop? Does it happen once per batch? If so, then that's okay and that's okay.
Rem
And heating can be done for any program - take one of the programmable ones and make any standard out of it, if necessary, adding heating first. Or change what you want, then save and use.
vishenka_74
Choisy, as k.alena wrote above, this dispenser works. It opens all the time when mixing. Suddenly you put something in there. In the first days, I was already jumping up from the unexpected
Choisy
k.alena vishenka_74 thank you very much for your reply!
I wrote yesterday, re-read the instructions, where it is written that the dispenser works with any program and realized that most likely this is it.
you will need to check today and calm down completely) thank you!

just lately I've been baking everything with a timer. I put it at night - in the morning I get a delicious warm bread - and I don't have time to follow the click)

ps. I am happy that I chose this oven !!! I put my program with an extended kneading and yeast time and bread according to any recipe is just perfect !!! I think)

Can you please tell me what is the difference in x / p Delonghi 755 between program no. 1 and no. 4?
kaminka
to be honest, I don't really know what the time difference is - it seems like nothing is more likely the matter is in the temperature regime during baking and proofing, since program 4 is still with a lot of sugar and this leaves an imprint

Quite unexpectedly for me, it turned out that my Sunbeam Quantum SmartBake is the parent of the DeLonghi 125S

I just wrote to Sunbeam asking them to sell me a device for even cutting bread (they have one as an additional option to the bread maker). Well, the Australians would not be self-sufficient Australians if they went forward. But they wrote to me that they had sold the license to manufacture this DeLonghi model and advised me to ask them. After a short search, a "daughter" was discovered - the 125th model. It's nice...

Judging by the "problems" discussed here, there are still differences. For example - a native bucket is supplied notremovable kneading spatula.Partial erasure of the non-stick coating is also allowed (it is argued that it will not stick anyway).

After reading the instructions in Russian to DL - I was incredibly surprised. It is clear that all recipes based on ready-made mixtures have been removed from the instructions (after all, these are purely Australian "things"). It is a pity that DL does not release this primitive bread slicer. And the funniest thing is that the recipes were repeated from their own book, BUT - the mention of milk powder mysteriously disappeared. And this changes the crust, and significantly. Inexplicably...

However - not quite right. There is also a difference. For example, the Hot Cross Buns have lost the crosses themselves and turned into simple buns. In general, there will be time - I will compare the recipes. Maybe there is something interesting.

And one more funny detail - for some unknown reason, the translators translated "wholemeal flour" into Russian as "wholemeal flour" instead of "whole grain flour", which is far from the same

True, in the original Australian version, the measuring cup is marked only for a cup and half a cup, and the most inconvenient measuring spoons are of a cylindrical shape. In theory, in DL, these shortcomings should already be eliminated.

The difference is that program 4 has a 30 minute preheat of the ingredients. On it I bake bread with the addition of rye flour, various flakes and bran.

Maxima, in the 755th model, the heated mode is the third.

Hello to all bakers! They gave me HP Delongy 125. We have already made friends with her. But I have a question for connoisseurs: what does HP want to say when it beeps 15 minutes before the end of baking, and then 5 minutes later? Is this something like "come and see" or do you need to do something?

On page 52 of the instructions it is said that in this way you are notified "about the end of the baking process". It's time to look through the window and, if necessary, add or subtract the baking time. Smart she

My beep only beeps at the end of baking. Is there something wrong with my oven? Or am I misunderstanding her? By advice Maxima I reread the instructions, so no one informs me about the beginning of baking, if I am nearby, then I guess about it by the crackling of the heating element Is it just me?
Maxima
I also start to "honk" in 15 minutes. until the end, and the beginning of baking is silent. They were too clever in the instructions.

What about the end of baking? I have a set of short and long signals. And before that, nothing. I understand the end of baking as "00.00" on the scoreboard. If you do not turn off the stove, then it will keep warm for an hour. But I usually take out the bread right away.

Has anyone tried to bake bread that is smaller than indicated in the recipe instructions? For our family, 750 grams of bread is too much. I baked my first bread from 500 grams of flour. The spatula bun was chasing the bucket like a tennis ball and the roar was good !!!!! The next bread was made already from 600 gr. The batch was already going well. So I think that the roar was from a small kolobok, or maybe the spatula was loosely planted.

It is convenient for me to bake bread and make dough from 400 g of flour. I don't notice the rumble during the day, but I put it on once for the night - it was something! I don't do that anymore.

In fact, the dispenser does not open for very long. My opinion: use a dispenser when it is not possible to make additions manually (for example, at night). But it's still better by hand.
well, I don’t know ... at 125 it doesn’t close itself ... or rather it closes, but only when you open the lid to get the bucket ...
Japanese
Does everyone's dispenser close automatically?

In my bread maker, like everyone else, it opens loudly. And to close it, I lift the lid of the bread machine. Moreover, when the dispenser is opened, a double click is heard - the second one is literally 1-2 seconds after the first.

It closes automatically for me. The second click should sound when the dispenser is closed, indeed after a very short time.
k.alena
According to my observations, the second click is a reopening, as if shaking out the contents of the dispenser into the bucket A closes later, in the course of the program. But, if I'm near, then I usually drop in as raisins or nuts interfere. When the lid is opened, it immediately slams shut.

I support k.alena
After such a short time, it is not logical to close the dispenser. Because the additives will not have time to get enough sleep in the bucket.

I don't have the patience to wait for automatic closing.

Someone determined after what time it closes?
Lazy
I have determined - it does not close
With me, anyway. And it picks up only when the baking process is over. And according to the description, it should directly warn about everything with signals.
Tell me, does someone have an indication on the lcd display in the form of some balls-nuts? I only have such pictures blinking for a split second at startup, when the screen turns on, only recently noticed. It's on the left above the program number.

Happy New Year!!!
I want to unite too!
I made the difficult choice of a stove with the help of posts from this site. They brought a beauty for the new year! baked 3 bread so far!
Successful loaves turned out, only the top is completely white, and the sides are very ruddy (I put the most fried crust)
After analyzing the pictures of masterpieces and posts on the site (about "anoint, cover with foil, the program is a cupcake", etc.) - I decided that it was necessary to tighten some self-tapping screw, but there are a lot of them at the bottom (which one to twist?). Please poke your nose where to read, how to twist? Well, the first time and immediately with a request
With gratitude and best wishes for the new year.

Seat Leon, I welcome you to our ranks! I would not advise you to turn anything ... indeed, in the photo the bread is somewhat light for the "dark crust" mode. I think that you have insufficient voltage in the network and the loaf simply does not receive enough heat ... I see the way out is not that "twist the machine", but in order to put the smaller bread on the program "large loaf, dark crust". Then there will be no need to bake - nothing will be needed to fry And by summer and the voltage in the network will be better Good luck!
Seat leon
Thank you very much for your advice.I will definitely try a small-weight bread baking on a large setting.
And about the voltage in the network, my husband (an electrician) said that it is constant and controlled by Finnish automatic machines and a huge transformer substation in the yard. (in which area of Moscow are power outages?)
Now I bake again, soon my family will not have time to eat everything.
Mom has a new toy!
Mams
in which district of Moscow do power outages occur? - in any district of Moscow it happens, alas. There are a lot of reasons - from poor wiring in the house, to too many users. Just on New Years, many people cook - the reason may be this. And in our new house, the problems were that new houses were being built nearby, and builders were connected to our substation ... It was fun when the light blinked periodically ... When they removed their power wires, everything became (ugh - ugh) ok.

Ask your husband to check the voltage at the outlets during the day.
Seat leon
Aha !, ask your husband ...
He said: Do not bother, I did everything in the shield, what is needed, and during the races, the neighbors will blink, but not ours. And in general, I like this kind of bread! What do you want from the stove?
Now I don't want anything ...
Right now I'm baking milk bread and covered the window with a rag, while no one sees

Tell me, is there a thread where a detailed description of programs in Delongi 755? I decided to follow with a thermometer what my stove is doing, and what I could not find to compare with.

Who cares - this is what I get:
Classico, 500g, medium crust - kneading and proofing at 30-35, baking starting from 47 minutes, maximum 152 degrees.
Dolce, 500g, medium crust - pastries from the 56th minute, ranges from 118 to 135
Forno - 153 degrees.
I have not yet reached other programs with a thermometer

Greetings to all bakers of this wonderful forum!
Happy New Year and Merry Christmas!
On December 31, I gave my wife a 125 model and from that moment our family forgot about the store bread.
The device worked almost around the clock from lunchtime on the 31st to the 11th - not only the excitement of the new toy and the holidays coincided, but also numerous birthdays of relatives!
In general, at the moment I calculated - breads were baked (without counting) from 12 kg of wheat flour and from 4 kg of peeled rye. I'm not talking about various types of sugar and yeast with sourdoughs and about dried fruits with nuts and seeds.
The case turned out to be exciting for the whole family.
Against the background of automatic baking, we became addicted to completely rye sourdough bread (although baked in the oven) and did not regret it at all !!! The sensations from the first 100% rye loaf are frankly enchanting!

Dear bakers!
I picked up the selection of the oven, recipes and baking technology from your wonderful forum! Thank you very much!

I propose to discuss 755 Delongy in her topic Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=1857.0, since we do not just communicate, but also help people choose a stove, compare it with others. Therefore, the information should be relevant to the topic.

The instructions for 125 Delongy have a minute-by-minute layout of all programs with an indication of the baking temperature. But this is only for the 125 model.

I will try to give an overview of both the first and the second.
