Interestingly, but you can forgive?

You need to call the service and find out.
I think you can.
kil
RepeShock, Ira: a-kiss: I'll try to call as soon as the time will be.
Sofiya31
kil, Irina, try to contact the service. I was told on the hotline that these changes did not take place long ago. Maybe it will work. It seems to me that someone in the subject of shteba did something similar. Even if it doesn't work out, he's still cool, he cooks such meat

kilIrina, how does the Plov program work for you? Does it fry hard at the end? Otherwise I want to try it today, but I don't know how to do it on "Rice" or "Plov"

I wonder if you can reflash?

There is no reflashing, but the control board needs to be changed)
I think for the money any caprice: girl_dace:
Sedne
Maria, this board may be more expensive than the newest multi.
RepeShock

Maybe you don't need to change the fee, do not frighten in advance)
Sofiya31
Sedne, for some reason it seems so to me too. Taking into account how much the drip tray or the opening key costs separately

I have not cooked on pilaf for a long time, for me rice is digested on pilaf, I am so used to the cartoon that for a long time I have been doing everything my own way. For example, I do sous-vid on heating, set myself 60 degrees and set it at least for a day. I'm doing pilaf for now
I fry the meat in frying, in the same mode, onions and carrots there, fry, add water, bring the zirvak to readiness (if the tenderloin, then immediately rice, if the meat needs to be stewed, then I add a little carcass or cook or fry it on the multisheffe), add rice and set the program depending on the rice (if I have Jasmine or Basmati, then I put the buckwheat program on and turn it on and off after 10 minutes and then bring it to the desired condition to my liking, just leaving the rice in a closed multitude for 10 minutes), I also regulate the water from the sight of rice by eye, if the rice is Devzira, then I put the program Porridge and then I bring it as soon as it is ready, and so on.
Sofiya31
kil, Irina, sous-vid and I want, but I don't have a vacuum cleaner, and if you buy, you need to know for sure that I will make meat this way. I want Teskomovsky all the ham. I can't persuade my husband to do it. How does it fit into the bowl, you need to cover it with something on top? And I'll try with pilaf today, only it will be dietary on chicken fillet

I'm so used to the cartoon,
I got used to mine so much in a week that all my others for me are like turtles in speed.
kil
Sofiya31, you can do it without a vacuum apparatus, just wrap it well in a film, only first you need a package for the product that can withstand the temperature (for example, a freezer bag) and the film is not the cheapest one. I used to do this until I got a new toy

Irinahow soft it is. Who would do that to me. I'll have to read about sous vide. And then the store looks beautiful, but it tastes like chemistry IMHO of course.

Nothing of the kind, for the Bork ice cream maker, the fee with all the components cost 5 thousand in total and with work.
In the bork service.
kil
Masinen, Masha, why did you change the plateau in the ice cream maker?

Yesterday I wanted ice cream so much, and well, for this diet. For 30 minutes, I rolled an ice cream from cream with condensed milk. My husband and I gorged ourselves. : crazy: Today I'm sitting on green tea

This is how I got pilaf with chicken on the program of the same name
Multicooker-pressure cooker BORK Multishef U800
The program works in a very interesting way: about 30 minutes. the snake was running, 3 times letting off steam, though not much. Then he said that the steam was dropping and there was a time of 16 minutes. At about 13 minutes, I opened the lid, there was no more liquid, the pilaf seemed to languish, and then fry, but not much (no stronger than Panas 10 on the Plov program). Rice did not turn into porridge, I took long-grain rice in a ratio of 1 to 1.5. Zirvak fried in advance
kil
Sofiya31, well, not bad looking. The main thing is to please the hostess.
Sofiya31
kil, Irina, thank you. Yes, we all love different varieties of rice and different degrees of boiling. It was more like an experiment, to try the program. I wonder if you make a roast on it. Have you tried it?

By the way, on heating, the temperature is really adjustable in the range from 35 to 80 g in 1 g increments (as in the instructions).
kil
Sofiya31, unfortunately my husband does not eat such dishes as roast. Pilaf and even then not really. And to stew meat and side dishes together is not acceptable for him. So I don’t know. And why when there is a multi-cook and a bunch of modes. I have heating in the range of 60-80.
Sofiya31
kil, I understand, so I will try
Sofiya31
Happy New Year everyone. I did goulash today in Boriska, though without a photo. I still don't understand how he succeeds, the meat is whole, but it melts in the mouth, the vegetables are all whole, but soft, as I like. Even frozen Bulgarian pepper is whole. I wonder if this is the case in all pressure cookers?

I chose a new multicooker, read the reviews carefully. I chose the Bork U800 model (confused by the price). My husband, seeing my suffering, presented this model on March 8th. Prior to that, she had been actively using Cuckoo 1055 for 5 years. She is still working actively - recently they changed the bowl again, bought a new valve and drip container, in the service center, despite the long-standing warranty, they offered a free replacement of the upper decorative panel.
What can I say about Bork - he is definitely handsome (I even just looked at him at first). Some modes - stewing, frying, cottage cheese, pilaf - were pleasantly pleased. Made thoughtfully - easy to wash and wipe (no unnecessary labyrinths, like in Cuckoo). In general, now both a man and a woman work in my kitchen (by the way, Cuckoo's voice is more pleasant). While I play with the voice guide in Bork, then of course I will turn it off (she talks too much).

You can cut it into a larger village type and first fry it on all sides, and then just close the lid for 5 minutes (in the frying mode at the end) and then it will come in the middle and will be soft inside and with a crust on top and before closing the lid squeeze out a slice garlic .... delicious AAAA ... and about cutlets, if they are made of beef, that is, they require more time than chicken or pork, then after frying in two seconds
but tell me how to make cutlets correctly. that is, initially minced meat for a couple of cutlets or fry everything in turn, then stew everything together?

Good day, hostesses! For several years I cooked bork u 700 in a cartoon. I really liked the recipe for curd casserole from a neighboring group.
Yesterday I tried to make It in u800 according to the same recipe. As a result, I had to turn on the oven mode 4 times, because the casserole was raw. Maybe someone tried to cook it in the u800? What mode and time is better to choose?

Hello. And what temperature and how long did they set?
mierro
The first time she set 120 degrees and 23 minutes, then she stood for 20 minutes without heating (in the recipe for bork this corresponds to level 1 of the oven), then 2 more times for 120 for 15 minutes, the last time for 130 15 minutes

I am not an expert in baking, but it seems to me that 23 minutes is not enough. At 700 I think the baking program is more active. And here the oven program works in a tricky way, it bakes 2/3 of the time, and then the heating stops. And the products seem to reach. I baked in it 2 times, once a cake from recipes for cuckoos was on the oven and set the time at once for 1 hour, everything is fine. Another time I made a sponge cake with kiwi on a multi-cooker 100 gr and I baked it for at least 40 minutes, moreover, it turned out to be completely unburned (although I like it better).

In the u700, the oven mode is very active. Therefore, it is on level 1 that everything is baked perfectly in 23 minutes. And the pastries are weak there. In the u800, apparently, the opposite is true. We will experiment)))

Natalya, please tell me, you have 1055 cookie and 800 bork, which one is better? Which one has the best program settings? I can't decide on the choice of a cartoon

Hello everybody! For the New Year, my husband gave me this space miracle - Bork U800. Before that, for several years there was an ordinary Panasonic multicooker. I tried to cook roast with beef, pork in white wine sauce, pilaf, chicken. I was pleasantly surprised that everything turns out deliciously and much faster than at Panasonic. I cooked pilaf on the "Pilaf" program, it turned out very tasty. Before baking, soup has not yet reached ... Of course, I would like more recipes. For example, the passport says about the slow cooker program that you can cook meat in a vacuum package. But there is no recipe itself, and where to get vacuum packaging? What can replace it? Respond, who cooked, please) I also did not understand on which program it is better to cook soup ..., in general, there are many questions)
fabiani
Good day! I also had such a slow cooker and I wanted to ask, on what program can you cook beef broth? So that there is no fountain from the valve afterwards
kil
fabiani, you need to cook broth in broth, I have never had any fountains. Aspic is better in a slow cooker.
fabiani
Thanks a lot, I will definitely try

I report, nothing happened, I poured water along with the meat up to the 2500 mark. Everything was cooked well, but when the steam descended, the broth poured into the drip tray. How to be? Now I'm afraid to cook the lagman in it, suddenly it will climb again

I asked myself, I will answer myself))
The meat must be brought to a boil on the Frying program, remove all foam, salt. Switch to the Broth program and cook for 90 minutes and then the beef is very soft and tender.

Maybe someone will come in handy)

I do not quite have Bork, but his twin brother, Catler. Outwardly, they are identical, visually, modes, etc. Only the inscriptions in English and he talks in English or Czech, you can switch.
