Ingredients

Milk 200 ml
Sunflower oil 4 tbsp. l (2 at once, and add 2 at the end of the batch)
Melted margarine 100 g
Sugar 4 tbsp. l
Salt 1 tsp
Sourdough 100% 250 gr.
Flour 450-500 gr.
Egg 1 PC. in the dough + 1 for greasing
Filling
Cabbage 1/4 plug
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l
Egg 1 PC.
Butter 40 gr.
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • I knead the dough in pizza mode, then leave it until it rises.
  • Preparing the filling:
  • Fry onion in sunflower oil until transparent, add finely chopped cabbage. Carcass until soft, salt and pepper. Then I slice one egg into the cabbage, mix it with the cabbage and add butter at the end.
  • I divide the dough that has come up into balls, crush it with my hands, put the filling in the middle, sizzle it, put it seam down and let it distance for 20 minutes. Before putting in the oven, grease with an egg. I bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
