Banana ice cream

Ingredients

First option:
Cream 33% 500 ml
Banana 3 pcs
Sugar 150 g
Second option:
Cream 20% 250 ml
Milk 3.5% 250 ml
Banana 2 pcs
Yolk 3 pcs
Sugar 150 g

Cooking method

  • First option:
  • Beat all ingredients and put in an ice cream maker. Ice cream turns out to be fatty, sweet, viscous.
  • Second option more time consuming but less greasy.
  • Heat milk with cream in a water bath, add whipped yolks with sugar there, boil for 10 minutes.
  • Add mashed banana to this mass.
  • Let the mixture cool in the refrigerator, then load it into the ice cream maker.
  • After cooking, I transfer the ice cream to a container and send it to the freezer for a couple of hours, then it freezes and it turns out to form balls from it.

1000 ml

40 minutes

Note

The ice cream looks no different for both recipes.
The second recipe makes ice cream more creamy, less fatty.
