Persimmon sorbet

Ingredients

Persimmon 3-4 pcs. (depends on the size)
Sugar (brown is better) 80-100 g.
Drinking water 170 ml.

Cooking method

  • The consistency of the ice cream is so creamy that if they hadn't made it with their own hands, they would never have guessed that there was neither cream nor eggs in it - just solid fruits!

  • The persimmon must be peeled, added sugar (the amount depends on the sweetness of the persimmon itself), water and mashed.

  • Load an ice cream maker into a bowl and chill for 30-45 minutes.

Note

If the sorbet is frozen into a stone in the freezer during storage, transfer the container to the refrigerator an hour and a half before serving. The sorbet will soften again, but will not have time to melt.
