Miss Raspberry
prubul, I also have Severin SA 2966 (1000 W), it bakes evenly, I am very happy with it. Does your waffles bake unevenly according to this recipe only? Can you try another recipe? and will not burn ...

And I have such a waffle iron - Delta DL-22 and Electric shelf Supra WIS-200 - I'm happy with both - ...
Sun4, and what recipe for the nut dough did you take? And yet, you threw out the first nuts as written in the instructions? I cleaned it and calcined it with oil, so I think now ...

Ha!!! OF COURSE NOT!!! I would throw away so much !!!
The first time I made a recipe like this: just it in the photo
Ingredients:
Dough.
1.250gr. margarine for baking
2.2 eggs
3. 1/2 stack. Sahara
4.1 / 2 tsp soda (quenched with vinegar)
5. 3-4 stacks flour (it took me 3.5 cups.)
Filling:
1.100gr. butter (good!)
2.2 jars of boiled condensed milk
3.walnuts, peanuts, raisins (I have peanuts and raisins)
4.fragments from baked nuts Smile
Preparation:
Grind margarine with sugar and yolks, add whipped egg whites. Add soda, slaked with vinegar, mix. Gradually introduce flour, you should get a soft dough that does not stick to your hands.
While we are preparing the mold for the "fight", put the dough in the refrigerator.
We heat the form, grease with oil once (no longer required)
Form the dough into pieces smaller than a walnut. bake.
But I won't do this anymore - since the recipe is not bad for those who like waffle-like dough - but this is not what we ate as a child

Then I made it on the recipe - on which I will always do it now - - I will rewrite it from work :-) not at hand :-) I'll post it in the evening.
Lagri
And I already threw the first nuts to the birds ... But I made the simplest dough and the nuts immediately turned out, without any recipe, but this is for the birds. We got out of the form perfectly. Now I will make nuts for people. Thanks for the recipe and a detailed description of the preparation of nuts! I did not wait for some recipes to find on the Internet. So I'm starting to master hazel.
Sun4
I liked the dough with mayonnaise the most - I'll write :-)
Lagri
Well I will wait. There are many recipes, but you want proven, tasty, crumbly ones. Maybe even type, like "kurabie" cookies or something.
Sun4
As a kurabye, I was looking for the same thing but did not find it. This delicious recipe / I use it to cook but not kurabye, but tasty and crumbly

Waffle maker, hazelnut

Thanks, I'll try tomorrow. Today I baked according to a recipe from the Internet, I took half the recipe and now I have to finish them. Quite good, of course, turned out, but not what I wanted.
glykoza
And today we had "giraffe" ice cream cones. At first I wanted to do a few, and the rest in tubes, and then I zababahala all cones.

Haze Soft waffles burn in the middle and have to be turned over. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.
The green light comes on, the dough in the sandwich maker goes out, then it lights up again - I open the bottom, the white top is browned, the middle is very browned. Of course, it bakes very quickly, maximum 3-4 minutes (on both sides), but I need to work. : girl_coocking: I closed it and took it out not about me.

So for the holiday I got a waffle iron for thin waffles "Lyubava" 1000W, ceramic coating. Baked today, quickly and simply, there is nothing that does not bother. Waffle maker, hazelnut Waffle maker, hazelnut
MarinaK
Congratulations! Finally, someone has a ceramic coated waffle iron! I wonder how she will behave in the future
tana77
Thank you, I baked it for the second time today, nothing stuck, there are no oil stains and soot. Yes, and only smeared with oil for the first time. It is also interesting how the coating will hold, otherwise in the sandwich maker the atypical coating has almost peeled off.
Manna
I am also interested in how the ceramics will behave in the waffle iron. From the experience of communicating with ceramics and from the theory from its creators and testers, the ceramics should be heated dry, and only then it should not be lubricated with oil, it must be heated already oiled - this way the pores will not clog and not coke, and it will last longer. Well, after each use it is better to wash it so that no product particles remain on the surface. tana77, I look forward to your impressions of the coating after a month, another

Hello, please tell me who has a tiffany waffle iron (750W) or BeByliss (800W) for thin waffles, how do they work? I read the topic, read it, looked for it, googled it, but did not find any reviews. She killed all day.

Manna, Thank you

I answer my own question myself, maybe someone will come in handy
I chose a waffle iron from what is in the nearest Tiffanni and Babilis stores. Externally, Tiffanni looked better, the quality of the plastic, heats up quickly, the size seemed to me bigger than that of Bebilis, the lid did not dangle, but I did not pay attention to the fact that it had no handles! And this is the biggest drawback because of this, the wafer oven is not very convenient, you have to touch the lid itself, and it heats up quite a lot. The waffles are not baked evenly, the center is white, and the edges are ruddy.
The waffle iron coped with the job, except for the above-listed shortcomings, for $ 20, I think it will.
The first waffles I made according to the recipe shuska GIRAFELS turned out delicious, I left a review about giraffes in the topic of the same name.

Girls, question: I really like small waffles, so I'm looking at Saturn ST-EC0151 and Tefal 6010. The difference in price is palpable, who can tell if the difference in quality is significant? Tefal seduces with patterns, Saturn, of course, at a price. I would be grateful for any feedback.
MarinaK
Tefal 6010 I didn't find something in stock, so the choice is narrowed
bislanovna
MarinaK,
I dug out one) But still I lean towards Saturn, especially since I take a sandwich maker in a different version)
MarinaK
I also looked at Saturn somehow, but I was not satisfied with its power, although I still want to see the result. Maybe you can cook something else on it besides waffles?

no one answered, but now I can report on the purchase - suddenly someone will look for a review, like me ...
Nastya, tell me, please, is it convenient for you that there is no latch in this model? Otherwise, I also want to buy a waffle iron and I just can't choose between Clatronic HA 3494 (no latch, but more power) and Clatronic HA 3277 (there is a latch, but less power).

At first I thought that why does it need an enta latch, it breaks, besides, for some, but then I thought - it snapped and for one and a half or two minutes it is not necessary to hold it, press the lid., You can start the tubes in parallel this time.

Or maybe in your model you don't need to press-hold the lid when baking ???

I'm not Nastya, but I can answer. Ira, the latch is needed. I have devices without latches and with latches, so it is very inconvenient without latches. Indeed, it is attached to the device and sometimes even the hand gets tired of holding it in the place where the lock should be. Take with a latch, my advice.
Manna
Oh, I have waffle irons "flower" and for thin waffles without a latch with heavy lids. I never needed a latch. But for a sandwich maker, a latch is needed for uniform baking. But this is purely my IMHO
bislanovna
I bought a little Saturn ST-EC0151 until I tried it.
But already updated sandwich maker 6 in 1 DEX DSM-36
Waffle maker, hazelnut
The sandwiches came out wonderful, but the donuts turned into flat cakes. I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong, the recipe is the same everywhere (with baking powder). Next in line are nuts, muffins, Liège waffles and something on the grill

but donuts turned into cakes
And I have these donuts only according to their recipe, from the book with the instructions, it turns out, how many times I did - everything is OK, but according to other recipes they also turn out badly.
tatjanka
Girls, as I saw you have a sandwich maker 6 in 1 DEX DSM-36 also wanted to buy it. How does she handle it and is she good quality? And then to buy it you have to ask your friends in Ukraine, is it worth it or not?
irysikf
See, there is the same, but smaller in size (for those who want a smaller size)

Oh, if I knew that there would be such a sandwich-waffle-iron grill with nuts, muffins and donuts, I would not buy my 3 in 1. But I may want anything so much that I will attach my sister and myself I will buy this

I haven't heard bad reviews about the dex technique, probably this device will work well.
bislanovna
Lagri, straight plump? How many minutes do you bake them?
tatjanka, irysikf, and I accidentally saw it, I almost bought 4 in 1, but here I love Dex tenderly - I have a slow cooker and a bread maker, everything works The sandwich maker has not been fully tested yet, but I can’t say bad, it just buzzes when heated.
Lagri
Marina, I have a separate Daewoo donut maker and his dough recipe in the instructions is as follows: 75 g flour, 50 g sugar, 1 tbsp. l baking powder, 1 / 4st. l. salt. 75 ml milk, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. l. grows up. or ghee, 100 g of icing sugar for sprinkling... I hold it for about 3 minutes, sometimes I peep and don’t look for a while - as ready, I take it out. Donuts always turned out as in the picture, completely in shape. Filled the rings to the brim and they rose during the cooking process and fried evenly. But I take other recipes from the Internet - there is no such thing. I have one more recipe in the instructions here, but it is with yeast, so I haven't tried it.
irysikf
probably to get as in the picture you need a lot of baking powder, look: for 75 g of flour already 1 tbsp. l baking powder! In the donut recipes I have for 200 g of flour 1 tsp baking powder, something like that ...

Lagri, if possible, please write another recipe with yeast, which with instructions
Tanyusha
I also have a Daewoo donut maker and recipe donuts from the instructions are excellent, mine sweep them like seeds.

The classic sweet donut recipe
50 g flour, 2 tbsp. l powdered sugar, a pinch of salt, 1/2 tbsp. l dry yeast, 1 egg. 2 tbsp. l warm milk, 25 g ghee.
Knead the dough and for 20 minutes. in a warm place, the dough should double. Cooking time 2-3 minutes or until donuts are done.

We must also try, maybe even like it. It was just faster without yeast with baking powder, so I bake them.

Tanyusha, have you tried it with yeast? If so, how do you like them?
bislanovna
Dex's instructions contain the following recipe (in fact, tripled by Daewoo):
Flour: 250 gr
Sugar: 125 gr
Milk: 250 ml
Vanillin: 2 tsp
Eggs: 3 pcs.
Vegetable oil: 50 ml
Baking powder: 1 pack
Salt: a pinch
As soon as I open the lid, the donuts deflate
irysikf
Quote: bislanovna
Baking powder: 1 pack

Yesterday I was just buying a baking powder, so those that were on the shelves were only in small packs, there are probably 2 teaspoons maximum. It turns out that, in comparison with the recipe from Daewoo, all the ingredients are increased in quantity, and the baking powder is reduced (if the packs are like I bought, and I did not see the big ones, so that 3-4 tablespoons fit in them)
Lagri
I put the dough on yeast, now as it fits, I will bake it and then I will write which ones are obtained.
I myself make a baking powder and have not bought it for a long time: I take 1 part of lemon to-you + 2 parts of soda + 2 parts of starch, only lemon to-that in a mortar I crush into powder.

As soon as I open the lid, the donuts deflate
This was the case with recipes from the Internet.
irysikf
thank you for telling me how you do baking powder, I kept thinking about it, but for some reason I didn't get to the process
Lagri
I will always make it in advance so that I do not fuss before baking and store it in a jar. How much it costs, sometimes long, and always works great.
irysikf
class, I will definitely!
Lagri
Yes, still, after closing the jar, mix everything, spinning the contents over the jar. Good luck!
bislanovna
irysikf, I have a baking powder in a pack of 18g, it says that it is designed for 500 grams of flour, and I put half the pack.
Probably, it's better to do it yourself, so you will know exactly how much to take.
Lagri
These are the ones that turn out and for some reason are unevenly browned.
Waffle maker, hazelnut
I like baking powder more.
Manna
Mariawhat cute donuts
Lagri
Mannochka, Thank you! I baked it in haste, for a test, and for some reason they were unevenly browned. I baked according to the recipe with baking powder, so they looked more beautiful. And the taste is normal.
Manna
Don't think of anything, they look handsome And they all don't have holes, right?
Tanyusha
Lagri, I haven't tried it with yeast, I really like it with baking powder.
Lagri
Quote: Manna
And they all don't have a hole, right?
It happens if you carefully pour the dough into the recesses. And I just put the dough with a spoon at random, and not in the dimples.
irysikf
and I like it in appearance, but did you like the taste more with baking powder?
