Pock, you are all right with the stove. The dispenser works exactly like this, some time after the start of the batch. It helps if you put bread with a delay so that there is no contact of yeast with liquid ahead of time. For example, I do not use a dispenser at all, since I dilute the yeast in water (they activate it). See the information on a packet of yeast - how to add it to the dough - dry in flour or dilute in liquid. The result depends on this.
