Story
Questions come up from the one who started to think. Do all CFs have a delayed start? So what not cook on a delayed start? And I, after reading, understood correctly: according to the speed of cooking in MV, the dishes are cooked as on the stove or longer (slow cooking - the safety of vitamins)? I read a lot, I have a headache (delayed start) .
Ferry
I have a Panasonic cartoon. There is a delayed start for automatic programs - Pilaf, Buckwheat, Milk porridge. For the Steaming, Baking, Steam cooking modes, the delay cannot be set, only the cooking time is set.
In terms of speed, it turns out slower than not on the plate, but it does not require constant presence / mixing / tracking. For example, borscht - throw everything at once, the stewing mode is 1.5 hours, and you can go for a walk, to the market, lie on the couch or wash the floors. After an hour and a half, the saucepan will turn off and go into heating mode. You can invite the family to the table.

Hello everyone!
I want to buy a slow cooker, but I'm not worried about the volume, but the fact that the bowl is non-stick (harmful). There are many programs on this topic. When you cook soup, some pour out the first broth, or at least skim off the foam. How to do it in a cartoon? What is your opinion? I read a lot of forums and they don't write about it.

I boil on the stove until foam appears, and then rinse.
You can just fry the meat a little, then there will be no foam.
But a lot of users do not do this and say that the temperature in the CF is such that no foam appears. I do not know, I have not tried it.

about the coating - of two evils, choose the lesser. for me, the lesser evil is the covering, because I am terribly tired of the escaped food on the stove. besides, I have absolutely no time to cook, and I don’t know how, and with cartoons and time it takes a fraction of the time, and everything turns out delicious, even if you don’t know how.

I never drain the first broth. and I remove the foam during the cooking process - I opened the lid, removed the foam, and then I throw in the vegetables and everything else.

Some housewives on the stove bring the meat to a boil, then transfer it to MV, add all the other ingredients and cook the soup.
This is how I cook the jelly.

If this is the case, then living is harmful. And you have not thought about the fact that it is very profitable for someone to present it so that Teflon is harmful, but this ... no. I cook soups in a cartoon all the time, and drain the first broth without fail, but this is my IMHO. This is what my grandmother and mother taught me, and so do I.I put it on the baking (it is 40 minutes), as soon as the broth boils it about 20 minutes later, I let it boil a little, take out the saucepan, (I do not interrupt the program) drain the broth, wash the meat from the curdled protein, put it back in the saucepan, pour clean water and here now I put all the vegetables, before the end of the baking program, the broth has time to boil again and I switch to stewing mode, depending on what kind of soup I cook, I set the time, it can be two hours or one and a half.

And more about the bowl coating. Our CF does not heat up to a temperature of 260C, when harmful substances begin to be released. MV has resistance up to 170C.

Girls!! Help! We are a young family, only a hob and an oven blender are available from kitchen appliances, finances do not allow yet. but I really love baking, I have to go to my mother, bake cakes with her, and collect cakes at home
and then before the holiday the question arose of a gift for me, my beloved. the husband says, let's go to the microwave, but I want a slow cooker. I've read so many good things about her, and my mouth is drooling. and the husband says that he does not see the benefit of this device, and in general all this can be cooked on the stove, and I will bake when the oven appears (it is not known when). but you can warm it up in the micro)) so I don't know what to decide on. all the same, the last word will be mine, but I don't want to regret it later. and there is no place in the kitchen for hundreds of appliances.
Uncle Sam
And although I am no longer a girl ...
Buy a Multicooker, try recipes from the site, and you and your husband will have kitchen happiness!

Z. Y. Himself half a year lived in an atmosphere of kitchen minimalism: MV, Mcooker, Termopot (all from Panasonic). The food was varied and delicious.
Gasha
I support the previous speaker! Communicating for several years on many culinary sites, I have never met a person who regretted buying a cartoon. She can do almost anything. Can't only perbake, that is, meringues and julienne cannot be cooked in it. Everything else - with a bang! The Brand502 multicooker even has the Heating, Dough (for proofing) and Yogurt modes, and the price is reasonable

Sol_Sol_Nataxa, you can cook, reheat and bake almost everything in the microwave and in a multicooker. But there are more possibilities in the multicooker.

To bake in a micron, it will also be more expensive. And the option put food and forgot it will not work here. I am for a multicooker!

For the New Year, Santa Claus gave me a slow cooker and a desktop oven (I don't have a big one), and yesterday he quietly unbuckled the denyuzhka for the second cartoon. We gave the microwave to our relatives. In the oven, I bake rolls and large pies, everything else is in the cartoon and biscuits for cakes too. Our kitchen is 1.5 sq m (we are still living in a temporary hut), you can't run away with equipment, it's also difficult with money (a construction site is on the nose and a sick mother-in-law). But on the other hand, the consumption of all kinds of fats, on which they used to cook before, has dropped dramatically, the cartoon copes with their minimum amount, you yourself understand - this is pleasant for the body and less spending in the future on the treatment of sores associated with fatty foods. The multicooker heats up longer than the micra, but it heats up, and we can wait an extra 10 minutes. There is also a timer in the multicooker, the food will be ready at the right time. I have a 2-burner stove, but now I use it only when I bake pancakes.
Keti
Sol_Sol_Nataxa I advise you to pay attention to DEH-60 - in it you can fry like in a pan, and boil like in a saucepan, and bake like in an oven, and cook yogurt and milk porridge and .....
GenyaF
Aha! I also ordered a Dex60 from Lozja for my Dex50. Already on his way. : yahoo: Here, at the Bread Maker, there are discussions of different multicooker, climb - read. Happy choice!
kosmar
of course you need to buy multi
I have a Panasonic 18 and a moulinex. I use two, I have not regretted a day about buying. I use the bread maker regularly (I don't buy bread), but naturally much less multi.
I have a small child, I went for a walk with him on maternity leave, and dinner was prepared by himself and is waiting for us. or woke up in the morning, breakfast is ready.
in general, there is no think about anything, you have to buy.

Very interesting who has Moulinex 4000 how is he at work Maybe there is an owner MV ARS? I am faced with the choice of which one to buy,
I would be grateful for a quick response.

Happy New Year! Merry Christmas!
Girls and boys, does anyone have a Brand 37300 on their farm?
Available Brand 37501 - happy as a boa constrictor.
I would like a smaller volume, stopped at 37300, at 3 liters. There the bowl cover is different (compared to 37501)
What are the reviews from the owners of 37300?

PS: if the topic was discussed, poke your nose, pli-and-and-and-out

And there are already owners of this model of the Multicooker - the VITALEX VT-5200 pressure cooker, would you like to hear reviews about it? Is it worth taking or not?

The topic was discussed, but I can't remember the name (New Year's sclerosis, not otherwise). My first cartoon was exactly 37300. I loved her very much until she was taken away. The only negative (after 37501) is the small number of programs. If the memory does not fail, then they are all automatic.

Favorite, Thank you
I am not afraid of the small number of programs, since there are enough of them on 37501, those programs that are on 37300 are quite satisfied:
- Standard
- Express
- Pilaf
- Milk porridge
- Steam cooking
- Quenching
I think as an addition to the main cartoon should be enough

Thanks of course, but in general, this is my theme that I created after buying this multi
darsergevna
Good day.

I read the multicooker section with might and main, and I also read this topic, but I have not mastered it all yet. Can you concentrate your experience and answer the question about the need for a multicooker as follows ?:

Where did you start and where did you stop? That is, it is clear that there are options - no gas / electric stove, or a hostel. That is, options when there is nowhere else to cook. I'm talking specifically about an ordinary kitchen, where a slow cooker is not a vital necessity.

Let me explain:

I bought a multicooker in order to transfer the preparation of many dishes to the machine and not stand at the stove, taking into account the fact that there are two children in the family and I would like to eat not only tasty, but also healthy. As a result, after trying to cook everything in the cartoon, including soup and charlotte, I stopped at:
1. Chicken in all forms - whole and in pieces. It is unrivaled and softer nowhere.
2. Casserole (or as I call it - steamed)) curd.
3. Porridge / cereals.

Listen, that's all. Even if I sometimes (but very rarely) make mushroom soup, I also cook it in a cartoon - for some reason it turns out tastier than on the stove. I thought now and it even became insulting. Apparently, one should not be lazy and transfer the first courses to the cartoon. Do you know what does not suit me in multicooker soup? The fact that it must then be poured from the bowl into a saucepan, because we won't eat the soup in half a day, but we still need a cartoon. And it is inconvenient to keep the bowl in the refrigerator, the pan is more handy. Well, in a saucepan there are 7 liters, and in a cartoon - 5)

I cooked meatballs, but for some reason they turned out not as juicy as in a saucepan ... It's even surprising.

I must also say that I am not very thin as a citizen, but one might say, overweight)) My husband is about my build. The daughter is also inclined, and the youngest - fat-fried is all the more not useful. Therefore, I used to cook with a minimum of oil. The multicooker saves here, also at the expense of Teflon. But for example, I have not cooked pilaf for a long time, and in a cartoon with my micro dose of oil - it turns out a wonderful porridge with meat)) but not pilaf, of course) Therefore, many dishes where the taste is given by abundant oil are not available to us.

What dishes have you settled on after months of using the multicooker? How often do you cook in it? What should be cooked in the cartoon taking into account the automation of the process (except for cereals, of course))?
ps. Girls, and who really cooks borscht in a cartoon with a live stove? Faster, tastier ?? Confess)
and yes - I remember the first impressions - "ahh, how convenient, how delicious, and you can have a cake, and soup, and everything"))) the experience of those who have several cartoons is interesting. months and not looking at her soberly))

so, apparently you need to take a chance and try!)
Vasilica
I really cook borscht in a cartoon, it tastes better for me! And more often I cook without meat, but it turns out very saturated.
Sandy
Borscht turns out to be very tasty and color is not lost
Questions to the owners of the multicooker from the one thinking about buying it
Vasilica
I have been with cartoons for two years now with a live stove, a gas one.
My way of cooking borscht. I turn on the cartoon while it is warming up, peel the onion, fry it. While the onions are fried, I prepare the vegetables. Carrots, Bulgarian, celery stalk, potatoes, cabbage. And I throw them in on the sly. This usually takes 20-25 minutes. I add tomato paste, salt, spices and fill it with water, but not as much as possible. I put a steam basket on top and peeled beets outside.I switch to extinguishing for 1.5 hours. 15-20 minutes before the end of the program, I take out the basket, grate the beets (for Korean carrots), sprinkle with lemon juice, squeeze out the garlic and put it all in a cartoon, green tea on top and that's it. The borscht turns out to be rich, red and aromatic.

I, too, am not a skinny citizen ... And I cannot fried and greasy ... And I cook everything in a cartoon. Now, for example, I put rice with spices to be cooked in the mullet itself, and in a steamer in the baking sleeve - a vegetable freeze with fish fillets is being prepared ...
And if I cannot eat pilaf with an abundance of oil, I will eat multicooker pilaf, where I often do not pour oil at all. Or vegetable pilaf. Or here's a stew without potatoes, but with zucchini ...
Yes, the borscht in the cartoon turns out to be very rich !!!
darsergevna
Vasilika, I understood correctly - in the onion - roots, carrots, celery, peppers (I put the dressing in a frying pan, then with tomato), then add potatoes, cabbage there, add tomato and pour boiling water and stew? I understood about beets.

ukka, but I'm trying to revive my double boiler, it doesn't work (Our water is terribly hard, I can't descale it. And I've tried vinegar and citric acid. My husband and I will take it apart, apparently .. And about the sleeve - it's interesting, I've never tried it in a double boiler ...
