The buckwheat turned out to be wonderful, boiled, as I like, and at the same time not porridge-malasha, the grains are not sticky, but loose.
Immediately, after buckwheat, I began to cook potatoes also in a basket. Then I put the finished potatoes into a mixing bowl and beat, added milk and butter. Whipped potatoes are very tasty, the mass is tender and airy. I also really liked this cooking option. For myself, now I will cook from different vegetables - a piece of turnip, celery, different types of cabbage, what will be in the house (kohlrabi, broccoli, cauliflower, white cabbage), a piece of carrot, etc. If not fasting, then you can add cream and whip, and during the fast it will also be delicious.
I am still very pleased with the purchase, the only negative for me is to scrape the leftovers from the bottom of the bowl for a long time. M. b. there is a way to do it faster, and so the results so far 3 dishes I was more than pleased with.
