When you pressed the stop, you have to wait until it cools down and only then beat the cream)) and you put it in a hot place))
No, of course not hot, that's the whole point, at least 15-30 minutes pass between cooking at a temperature and whipping, which surprises me why his temperature turns on again after such a long time. I always put the whisk in the cooled knob.

Does the temperature icon flash? Just if it blinks, then it warms up?

I don't look at it, well, that is, the CP is on the table and I have to bend down to see what the temperature is, when I intentionally turn on the temperature, then of course I look, but when I turn on the speed without temperature I don't look ... Well, that is. after I cook the eggs again, I glance, but then I forget until next time ...
I wonder why it heats up again if I pressed STOP? After all, I re-set the speed.
Masinen
Maybe he doesn't have time to cool down? Do you touch the bowl before whipping in it? And you need to see if the temperature is flashing on the display. Maybe the temperature button fell?

I had this, though not on the cream. You need to look at the instructions again, and how to set the buttons, what they mean ... there is a trick, if you do not set all the necessary commands, then the standard program with heating is selected, up to boiling ... something like that.
Then, after these mischiefs, I sat at the scoreboard and played the buttons, looked at the instructions and exhibited, and then analyzed what was happening and when
vishnevaia
Olekma, I also wanted to ask, what buttons do you press when you want to beat cream or eggs? Do you accidentally press the "cook" button and then select the speed?
Cooking in Oursson KP0600HSD processor - if "yes", then it automatically starts heating at 100 * C.

Well, of course I'm touching it, it's warm but not hot. Here's how to guess when he decides to cook the cream for me next time ... if the button fell, he would start to cook every time it was turned on, I think so, but he somehow selectively turns on

Well, look, this is sometimes repeated when cooking Lemon Kurd, first I put lemon juice + sugar + zest + plum oil. for 5 minutes at temp. 80grad. at speed 2. After the end of the program, I pour the syrup out of the bowl, cool the bowl, because if you immediately break the eggs there, they will cook right there. After 2-4 minutes, I break 6 eggs into the bowl one by one, set the Speed. 3, turn on, here it SOMETIMES! kp starts to cook eggs, I just can't accidentally turn on the Cooking program when turning on the Speed. And sometimes, more often than not, everything is fine and everything goes according to plan, the eggs are beaten normally without boiling.

when I beat cream or eggs, I press the Mixer button, then use the + icon to set the speed to 3, usually beat eggs and cream on it, and press Start. I don't even touch the other buttons.
Masinen
In general, it is very strange that the kp behaves this way ((maybe it will contact you to the service to check the system unit, well, the software is more precise.

Katerina, apparently your processor for some reason (known only to him) periodically saves the previous settings. Try turning it off the back the next time you remove the bowl. The instructions say that When the device is disconnected from the power supply or the toggle switch on the rear panel of the device is turned off, all settings will be reset.
If after this the "glitch" continues to manifest itself, then of course take it to the service center.
Good luck to you!

Girls, studied here the topic "The difference between the Oursson multicooker and other multicooker" and came across a link there from a Finnish online store, from which there is supposedly a delivery to Russia. So in this store I found a processor that looks like an Orsush, only the TM is different and the price is much lower.
What do you think is an analogue?

You haven’t told us whether you have solved the problem with the CP or not? Does it heats up when mixing or is everything ok?

This device was delivered today. While in disappointment, either it really should make noise at first speed (it makes noise - it's ATAS! - like a decent-sized transformer, it rings), or my defective one. Another question - can anyone remember - when you just pulled it out of the box and did not turn it on yet - was the time already on the display?

the sound is clearly extraneous, wrote to the store.

I don't, because I remember setting the time according to the instructions.
you probably checked when, the time was set, and then it will burn all the time

It’s not just buzzing - it’s already ringing, the suspicion of a compartment where the fan is too unpleasant sound is impossible to be near. And it does not start right away - a couple of seconds after the very noise of the engine, apparently how it will spin up.

And I asked about the time, I think maybe b. at. slipped (a suspicious small indentation where the buttons are).
In general, I'm sitting thinking - it would be better to buy it elsewhere (I really wanted to tinker at the weekend, I was looking for fast delivery).

I took it to the store, took it away without any problems, agreed with the malfunction.

I just saw your message. I solved the problems. Yes, I just click on STOP after the end of each program, thereby resetting all previous settings.
To be honest, now I do not use the CP as often as I expected from it.

As I wrote here, I sold this processor and bought a thermomix. So I use it every day at least once. Every morning I prepare a hot drink, cocoa - all this can be done in Orson. And now the season has come for mashed soups, which also turn out well in Orson.

In a multicooker-pressure cooker, you can always prepare a complete dish for everyone at once. And you can always make a puree soup from ordinary soup, pour a little into a bowl and beat with a blender - even one serving. How to please all family members.

In the processor (TM), this will not work, the design of the device is not the same. Therefore, it is better and more practical to have a multicooker-pressure cooker and a good all-round blender.

Hello everyone. I have been the proud owner of Thermomix for almost a year now. After reading all your disputes and arguments about these two devices, I came to the following conclusion:

1. Personally, I like TM more for its design, but it's a matter of taste
2. Do not forget that TM is a real German device, which is produced in France ..
3. I don't have a multicooker, but somewhere on the forum I read that the perfect combination in the kitchen is a Bread Maker, a multicooker and a thermomix. It is possible, not to deny the country, I use a bread maker despite the fact that I have a TM.
4. Further, porridge does not burn in TM, it easily copes with kneading the dough within 2-3 minutes. Nothing overheats.
5. It does not shine when heated, and do not forget that TM can be used by people with pacemakers.

As for the fact that the soup cannot be mashed, it is not. Prepare soup for the whole family in TM, pour some of it, and for those who love puree soup, puree it in the same bowl, and quickly, you don't need to take out the blender, wash it later, hide it again. It is very convenient. Also, do not forget that the soup is hot. And TM picks up speed gradually, so as not to spray anything. I know for sure that no blender will make you powdered sugar in 4 seconds, will not make minced meat in 7 seconds, will not grind painlessly frozen fruit for making chic sorbets and ice cream.

My findings:
1. I consider it absolutely superfluous to have blenders, mixers, a kneader, a smoothie, a yogurt maker, a juicer, a meat grinder and even heaps of rubbish in the kitchen if there is a thermomix.
2. Orson of course loses in quality to the thermomix, but the price is not so different. In my life I am convinced that good things cost well.
so if you count the total cost of all the listed kitchen appliances that will fully replace TM (and this is not the whole list), then it turns out that TM is much cheaper.

Again, I will emphasize that THIS IS MY OPINION, BUT EVERY WILL CHOOSE.

Girls, I live in Odessa. Our Orson costs UAH 10,000 and tm 13,500 hryvnyas and on tm there is also a 10, 20 or 30% discount, which you can pull out in the lottery. Therefore, I unambiguously settled on the thermomix. In addition, I attend their free master classes of cooks.

Orson isn't worth 40 thousand. His price is red, like we sell him.

Maybe he can do everything like tm. Just noisy and the dough can be up to 350-400 grams of flour, and if more then it heats up and turns on the protection
Well, sometimes it burns in it. It is necessary to set the temperature less.

Girls catch the recipe. And then something we were carried away by the technical characteristics of these two wonderful assistants. From the last master class, I really liked the Italian dessert panna cat. 400g cream 20% 10g. dry gelatin, 50 g of sugar, if the strawberries are not very sweet, then more. Everything in a bowl 10 minutes, 60 degrees, speed 2, after 3 minutes we increase the speed to 3. Put the strawberries in a mold or in a cream pan in slices on the bottom. pour the prepared mixture and in the refrigerator for 4 hours. If the strawberries are frozen, then grind 400 g of strawberries for cc10 / 10 sec, + 100 g of sugar + 10 g of gelatin. Warm up at 60 degrees for 10 minutes, pour the mold and into the refrigerator, when the cream mixture has frozen in the gulfs. You will lick your fingers, very tenderly tasty and lay down. Good luck and enjoyable.
Council. When pouring the gelatin, try not to get it on the knives. And do not overdo it with gelatin, for 400 grams of liquid 10 grams of dry gelatin.

Well, in general, they are similar. Probably like a Chinese car like a German one, I really didn't communicate closely with a Chinese car. Thermomix is also noisy, but not at all operations, you can definitely cook on it in the kitchen in the morning (if you don't grind the ice). All adjustments are smooth. The lid fits easily and naturally. They said that there are cases of burning, but very, very rare. I liked how the scales are arranged. The bag for transporting to it is thoughtful, (about 3 thousand), good recipe books (500 r each). For example, when grinding, it does not immediately fly and rumble, but slowly gradually picks up speed, comes out quieter, more accurate. The socket itself is comfortable, the temperature set is visible. I liked the speed control with the handle. There is a reverse of the knives, they say the dough comes out very well in it, but they did not show it. There is a temperature of 130 degrees, which is convenient when cooking in an upper double boiler. In general, Germans are Germans. It can be seen that the brain is attached, everything has been tested, improved. Well, exactly how to drive a normal German car, you understand that someone has already thought about it for you.
But 55 thousand is the price. This is of course an important reason to consider whether a purchase is justified. They say that it pays off by saving on food (if a lot of what you are used to taking ready to do on it yourself: the same ice cream, processed cheese, mayonnaise, pates). But in general, you can do it in the same Orson, just with less comfort.
So this is exactly the conclusion: if you can afford the best, we live once! Well, if there is simply no money, you can do it cheaper.

I agree with everything, but I will make a small correction, the temperature for steam formation is not 130 but 114 degrees. And even if you measure the temperature in the varom attachment when cooking with steam, then it does not exceed 90 degrees. This is the temperature of the preparation of light proteins. That is, as it turned out, squid and shrimp become rubbery, not because we cook them for a long time, but because when we cook them in a saucepan, the temperature is much higher. And in tm, no matter how much you cook them, they will not become oak because the temperature is observed. Very convenient and tasty. I often steam shrimp for beer. I cover the varom prefix with parchment, pour the already salted shrimp there, with spices, herbs and garlic. I cook for 15-20 minutes. The shrimp is squeezing juice but it doesn’t flow through the parchment. Thus, they float in oil and in their own juice. Real jam. My guests are delighted.
Sklifanya
And what's more interesting / that when guests come, I'm like a fakir in the arena.I am preparing the dessert mentioned above and you should have seen the eyes of the gosley when I turn the bowl. And the protein foam remains in the bowl. Everyone looks at it with curiosity and admires it. I think this is acceptable to any hostess. Here's another great summer recipe. I freeze store-bought lemon juice in an icebox. Sometimes I make the juice myself. Grind 1 lemon without skin and add 1 liter of water. Beat well at speed 10 and freeze it. Then I grind ice lemon cubes in a bowl at speed 10 for 10 seconds. You can pour champagne over your lemon sorbet and serve as a light, cold alcoholic beverage. Or you can add mint there while chopping and serve as a lemon sorbet at the end of the evening, when everyone is already full. This dish makes your stomach very lighter and your guests leave you with the wildest delight.

Of course it chops. I make cocktails from frozen berries, with milk and cottage cheese. Fast, tasty, children and husband are delighted

As it is still not deservedly forgotten about this CP. I used it at most by 20%, and here on the last days, due to the activity in the Proficook theme, I revived it, over the last 3 days and prepared in it both fruit / berry drinks with pulp, and custard dough with custard, and pineapple marmalade, and cocoa, and several types of sauces, including ketchup. Everything is easy. Clever still KP. I also forgot to say that for almost a week I was kneading dough for bread with it, the hp was broken. Clever and helper I have him

this is the recipe Omela, https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=349866.0 only she reduced it to just pineapple marmalade, agar, a little water. I will allow myself to copy here what I have written down, because I don’t remember where I copied it from:
Pineapples 1b
Water 1 st.
Agar-agar 1.5 h. l.
Sugar (to taste) did not use 1st tbsp. l.
Drain pineapple juice, add water and agar. Stir and leave for 30 minutes. You can immediately pour it into the flask of the multi-blender so as not to stain excess dishes. After a lapse of time, turn on the device in a strong mode (100C), time 5 minutes. Do not go far (just in case, because as it boils, the liquid will foam and rise). Add pineapples, sugar and puree at maximum speed. Pour into molds, cool in the refrigerator.
Sklifanya
thank you. Is it possible to replace agar agar with gelatin?

Maria, good afternoon. acquired Orson Kitchen Processor KP0600HSD. Yesterday I made meatballs in a basket for cooking, water flowed to the surface for some reason, although I closed the hole with a measuring cup. Tell me what I did wrong? Thank you in advance.
Masinen
alena01, and where did the water come from? Where is the measuring cup from the hole?
Did you do them for a couple?
alena01
yes, from the hole where is the measuring cup. did it according to the recipe in the book. 300ml - 3 measured glasses of water and meatballs in a basket. and for some reason water splashed onto the surface of the lid.
alena01
we just bought it yesterday, now I'm worried, maybe marriage. although he did the stuffing perfectly.
Masinen
Alyona, this is probably not water, but steam !!
I then thought from under the cover. So it's okay, there the lid is made with a depression, if it boils or something else!
Yes, keep in mind that Orson heats the liquid very and quickly. And so as not to burn, we put less by 10 grams. for example we make porridge for 90 gr. 100 grams will burn and run away.
In general, ask if that))
alena01
Thank you so much. that responded, answered. no, Maria, it's water. it even began to drip down the mixing bowl, that is, pour out a large amount from under the measuring cup onto the lid. pours out, bubbles and then flows back inside. I even turned it off and poured a little water.I wanted to try to cook porridge today, but I was afraid. I think I'll reconnoiter first on the forum. I don't know, maybe I poured more water or put a lot of meatballs.

In such cases, you need to take a photo and carry it here so that we can correctly assess the problem
I also read, and I just can't figure out what's the matter
alena01
OK. I will do so next time. Maria, how do you cook buckwheat porridge? I read the rechert in the book and did not understand anything about water. it says: first, pour 1.5 liters and cook for 8 minutes. then drain the water, pour buckwheat into the mixing bowl and add water. how much water is not clear. or add as much water if I cooked in a regular saucepan?
Masinen
Alyona, maybe you turned on the speed not the first, but higher?
I cooked buckwheat in a basket and didn't put it anywhere. 30 minutes for cooking mode, those for the strongest. The water was poured so that it was just above the cereal.
And that's all)
