Dear forum users! I'm going to make myself a present for the new year, buy a new electric stove. Not a hob, but a stove with an oven. Please help me with the choice, tell who has which stove, their advantages, disadvantages. I in turn I can share my experience of communicating with the "novo VYATKA" stove which was included in the complete set of the kitchen of the new apartment: rare rubbish !!! The old "lysva" who has been working with her mother-in-law for 25 years is much better. In the new Vyatka, in the first week of use, the seal of the oven door cracked (was it made of non-heat-resistant rubber ?? !!!!), then, one by one, the combs began to fail: the first spirals of the express combo flew (do not heat up to the maximum temperature), then the rest of the steel to junk (sometimes they did not turn on, and if the oven worked, they did not always turn on), well, to top it off, the oven flew ...
In general, I am now visibly allergic to domestically produced stoves ...

I have a domestic ZVI stove. Surface - glass-ceramic, convection oven. I have been using it for more than five years, I don’t complain. Bakes great!

Here, I just have Novo Vyatka, only a separate cooking and oven, it has been working for 7 years already, only 1 ten on the 4th mode does not work (I put a saucepan of cold water on a very heated camphor, and so there are no prunes.
And now I would probably take Ariston, there is a large selection and I like this brand
Andreevna
I also have a ZVI, but without glass ceramics. There is also a grill and convection. The oven is good, but I would gladly replace the pancakes with glass ceramics, and the mode switches, or rather the numbers on them, disappeared within half a year after buying the stove, they were worn out. There is no thermometer to indicate the temperature in the oven. In general, now I would never buy this, probably we will replace it, she is already 9 years old.
Cubic
important for me, in my kitchen there is simply nowhere to shove a dishwasher? I'm worried about the size of the oven, 39 liters, I can't imagine something, it's like what?
Yana
I read about combined plates that they are still unreliable, they often break. But what they are in operation, only the user of this stove can answer. Although for a small kitchen, this is the most suitable option.
Ircha
My friends have a similar, only older model (with pancakes). Also Candi. Nothing - it works. The oven is only small - one sheet. Bakes seem to be fine. The dishwasher only does not always wash the dishes, since the volume is small. But they also got used to it. More than 10 years worth. True, what was released before - for some reason, everything was of better quality, not like now ...
Lika
Cubic , I don't know the size of your kitchen, but I would venture to suggest this option. Sink 50 cm + dishwasher 45 cm (I have Ardo, quite a lot of dishes fit) and a stove of 60 cm. Now there is also the question of replacing the stove. I have been choosing for 4 months.I stopped at an induction hob (3 burners) and an oven with catalytic self-cleaning and convection, because they can be arranged like a regular stove. Here is a link to an article about induction cookers 🔗... Of course, they are expensive, but they save a lot of electricity and are similar to gas stoves in operation. Everything boils quickly and you can immediately reduce the heating as in "gas".
Cubic
I am writing for those who, perhaps, will also choose a stove for themselves: having weighed all the pros and cons, I chose a trio from Candy, nevertheless, the lack of free space in the kitchen (8 m, besides the checkpoint) determined the choice. To the owners of small kitchens, I want to say: I have not regretted.
The oven is really nothing, it is only 6 cm in height(24 cm) smaller than standard (30 cm), other dimensions are standard. the truth is, there is no skewer in it, and there is no self-cleaning function. Well, I will use the baking sleeve more often in order to dilute less dirt. Bakes pies and buns ! A dishwasher with 1 shelf, the dishes come in decently, we save up to fill it, wash it once a day, that is, I don't need more. Yes, since I bought it, prices have already increased by 10%
Juliet
CubicHow are the reviews of the "trio" over time?
I also have 8 meters, only impassable, but combined with the dining room and the dishwasher there is nowhere to shove, but I want ...
Cubic
I’m not complaining, but not much time has passed since the purchase. The oven is not bad, it bakes well, well, although of course there are no many modern bells and whistles in it (see above), but there is a timer, convection, a grill - they made a turkey for Christmas, so it's quite roomy (I honestly don't know that there is more turkey like this there can be shoved, so as not to fit). Dishwasher: well, here it is generally difficult for me to judge, this is my first item, so there is nothing to compare with, I am happy, it washes the dishes until they squeak (the current must be soaked in advance). The only thing I don’t like is the hob, it’s too troublesome to take care of it, and the fact that it is not recommended to put aluminum on the glass-ceramic hob was a surprise to me, now I gradually have to get rid of aluminum cookware. My friend was more fortunate - she has gas and she bought such a stove with gas burners
She turned out a lot, she seemed to say everything

Cubic, for glass ceramics there are such special blades that are inserted into such special holders (after all, I described it)
Recently I saw such production of Electrolux (in m-video), I have some no-name bought 10 years ago, but they scratch well.
they clean everything, do not scratch.

Cubic, it is not yet possible to use copper and cast iron dishes for glass-ceramic surfaces. And for cleaning the hob, in addition to the scraper, "Luxus" - Shine of steel is well suited.
Lissa
I have Hansa-glass ceramics, she is already 1 year old. I am very pleased. If I fry cutlets, then I simply cover two burners with an ordinary towel, when the red light stops burning, I wipe the splashes with an absorbent cloth. When I bought it and my daughter was frying something in a frying pan, it was just greasy. The poor child cried for half an hour, thought that she had spoiled it. But in 1 month everything was gradually washed away. The scraper is not important !!!
Allex
"Arirston-Margarita" has been working for me for 5 years, no problem.

For glass ceramics, you cannot use only aluminum dishes - they leave indelible marks. And from cast iron and stainless steel with glass ceramics nothing happens - they are inert solid materials.
Yana
When using dishes made of copper, aluminum, cast iron, an invisible spraying occurs on the surface of glass-ceramics, and over time this sputtering eats in, sticks to it and indelible stains and stains are formed. Therefore, it is not recommended to use cookware made of these metals. I read about this in a long, long article a long time ago. It was written there in more detail and reasoned than I stated here in my own words. Of course, you can only confirm or refute these conclusions from your own experience. But I didn’t dare to experiment, and I just don’t use dishes made of these metals.
Cubic
Thank you all for the helpful advice, I use special tools, but I will have to buy a scraper. In addition to aluminum, copper definitely cannot be used - the first thing I did after buying a stove was to cook jam in a copper basin, the stains remained, washed off gradually, for a week somewhere. Cast iron, of course, I don't even dare to try. It's not a pity to change aluminum dishes, but with what I will replace a copper basin, or a cast-iron frying pan
Lissa
In Russia there is a company called Neva (St. Petersburg). I bought a cauldron, a rooster and a non-stick grill pan. The price is less than that of foreigners (Italy, Germany), but the quality is not worse. They work perfectly on glass ceramics.
Tanyusha
I bought a Neva frying pan here, the teflon peeled off after the second cooking, it all went in bubbles. more than this company, I do not buy anything.
Yana
I, too, when I was choosing a frying pan in the Tvoy Dom hypermarket, wanted to buy Neva. I asked the seller about the quality. She replied that before there were good pans, now the quality is not very good. I advised you to take "Ballarini", they are well disassembled, despite the high price. I bought myself the largest frying pan "Ballarini" + a lid for it. Then I bought a net from spraying fat along the diameter to it. The complete set turned out. I have been using it for the third year and have never regretted it.

Cubic, no need to change anything. Buy the cheapest electric stove with one pancake. Put it in the pantry, and when you need to cook jam in a copper basin or use a cast-iron skip, then this electric stove will just come in handy.

but what will I replace a copper basin with, or a cast-iron frying pan
My beloved basin was damaged for reasons beyond my control several years ago. I bought a large steel pan (Germany) with a thick bottom. It perfectly cooks jam and compotes for spinning.

If possible, you can buy cast iron cookware at IKEA (a whole series), it is suitable for glass ceramics.
Boo Boo
I've read about glass ceramics here .......... ... and what about the pans with Teflon? tefal for example
Cubic
Mostly made of aluminum, there are steel ones with a Teflon coating (they are usually more expensive), and there are fewer of them on sale (well, maybe not less, they just clump together in company stores, or in large china shops, but stand separately).

Specifically, I won't say exactly about Tephal - I have only one from this series, aluminum, I think they are all like that.
Boo Boo
And how can this be determined. I have Tefal, well, very heavy, is it most likely not aluminum?

Turn it over and look at the bottom, it is usually not painted (if it is also coated, then you can put it on the stove, the main thing is that there is no direct contact with the metal). Aluminum is a whitish gray, soft metal ... well, you've probably seen an aluminum saucepan.

Well, the steel bottom is flat, it says STEEL there ... or the 18/10 sample is worth it.

I haven't bought myself a stove yet. All I suffer with the choice. In addition to the multicooker, I am going to buy another pressure cooker. And maybe then I won't need the stove at all.
I checked the pans, all aluminum, even those that are very heavy.

The question of changing the stove is ripe: ceramics or ordinary electro? Who will have what opinions on this matter? Koneshno, the ceramics are nice, but how about their care, are they capricious? I am waiting for your feedback on my tiles ... you can also work with companies ...
Boo Boo
I think of course ceramics, pancakes are already the last century. I'm wondering whether it's worth taking an induction or a regular one.

Of course, even comparing them to glass ceramics is somehow wrong ... And capriciousness lies only in the need for thorough washing after EACH cooking, since fine sprays, drops, etc. etc., they always appear after cooking, and the consequences of heating the heating zone with them are very sad - it is very difficult to scrape off. But washing right away is not a problem at all, and there are now plenty of funds for this.

Yeah, thanks for the feedback ... I will wait a little longer, but I think there will be the bulk of ceramics, progress is going forward ... And what kind of companies do you have on the stoves and are there good ovens ... but after having studied, I look at the email. oven no one complains ...

I want an oven with convection, and a hob and induction.

Peace be with you bakers!

BuBu near Taganskaya metro has a store from Hefest

M. Taganskaya, exit to the theater on Taganka, walk 100 meters to the left - there will be a branded store of the same Hephaestus. The store is small, don't rush past! There is a café on the way, a side street, something ...
in terms of price - quality the choice is not bad there
I bought there myself, but I have gas

Oh, sorry, I'm completely confused in these options ... but I'm not chasing bells and whistles, I need a budget model, up to 15 thousand. where is the thread ... and for some reason I don't want WHITE, I look brown and metallic ...
Well, you have a soooo choice of Internet shops with them in the capital, but we have one or two and a mustache, so the choice is small ... and they are cheaper by a couple of thousand than in the shops ...

I made up my mind with the brewhouse. I take Siemens 777501 induction. All the same, this technique is not bought for 1 year. Boo Boo, see it, in my opinion a worthy copy. According to reviews, induction or not, many people regret taking 2x2 (2 ceramics x 2 induction).
Boo Boo
Pogremushka , looked. Decent brewhouse. I will most likely take 2 inductions and 2 ordinary ones, well, and a freestanding stove. If I have a multicooker, I use the stove less and less, and only when I buy a pressure cooker ................... .
Boo Boo
shade, found the only glass-ceramic plate at Hephaestus. To be honest, I didn't really like her. The first thing that caught my eye was the lack of a timer. The multicooker spoiled me a little and the presence of a timer is now a very important thing for me. But thanks anyway. The stove is chosen as it is very painful, so I will be glad to any help and advice.

So, and I want with a timer .... I have a Beko washing machine, it has been working without problems for 8 years ... but there is no lower drawer for dishes ... also a minus, but 2 ovens ... is it necessary? ... I'll run to the shops ...

I would like to express my opinion on the stove, suddenly someone will be interested. We used a stove with "pancakes" - replaced with a stove with a ceramic panel ariston or indesite, I don’t remember exactly, with an electronic sound timer (beeps, but does not turn off) - both the panel and the oven work flawlessly, but the panel spoiled with an aluminum saucepan - nothing was removed whitish bloom. A year ago, a separate electrolux oven and an ariston hob were bought for a new apartment, 2 heating rings, and 2 induction ones, a timer with shutdown, separate for all 4 rings, on one induction burner the "booster" mode - the power increases sharply by something needs to boil quickly), and after 4 minutes it automatically returns to the set power. We rarely use hotplates - only induction, very convenient. We took specials. dishes - the company "Silampos" on the Internet in Technosila and the pressure cooker "Fagor" - everything for induction cookers. Care is elementary - I used different cleaning agents for glass ceramics and for 250 and 300 rubles, but I accidentally discovered that the best detergent for ceramics. slabs "Cinderella" for 30 !!! rub. there are no problems with leaving. I put it on the tabletop myself - there are minor tweaks during installation - but if it comes to you, I will tell you separately.

Eternal child, and you did not know how the electric cabinet differs from the multifunctional one? I don't need a drawer for dishes downstairs, because ferrets are constantly sleeping in the current one and we stopped storing dishes there. The two ovens are most likely interesting.
Petrof, thanks for sharing your opinion. You have persuaded me even more to induction. It probably doesn't make sense for me to buy a built-in, since there is a freestanding dishwasher next to it.

I think, multifunction, these are fan modes plus bottom, top ... so it seems to me .. and in general it is cute and unusual in design, but I'm afraid I won't find it alive ... I'll go to the electronics hypermarket and try to torment the sellers. ..

Ceramics or "pancakes" - in my opinion, relatively ... And we did not have induction in the stores, and there are no dishes for them either (((Only in the pictures and looked, licked my lips. Previously I cooked on "pancakes", now on ceramics Each is good in its own way. Moment - on ceramics it is sooooo undesirable to allow escape. Otherwise it will be sooo hard to scrape off. Wash after every cooking. I liked the cleaner in a yellow-blue Eldorado package, a set in a box - a cleaning agent with silicone for the stove and an aerosol for the oven. The aerosol is especially good for the hoods, everything is scraped off))).
I have a built in HANSA dependent. Glass ceramics. The oven has a timer, convection. Not white, silvery, with a "mirrored" oven door. Beautiful, for the interior. Get ready - this beauty needs to be polished! I just wiped the white one with a damp cloth, and polish this one with a microfiber cloth. Otherwise - divorce.
I like the oven. To be honest, I have never used the timer. By convection - rarely. I rarely cook on the stove. Mostly in the oven or micro. When we finally buy the cartoon, I’ll probably stop using the stove altogether.

I absolutely agree with everything completely! My glass ceramic hob is a little younger, but it looks like new. It is not at all difficult to wash and bring to a new state using a special scraper and paste for glass-ceramic plates. A matter of minutes.

Another undoubted plus of induction is the relatively low heating temperature, that is, it heats up no more than 100 degrees - the boiling point of water in the pan (during cooking). And the second plus is an instant reaction to an increase or decrease in power.
The ceramic panel is incomparably easier to clean than the plate "with pancakes".
And the tool for cleaning burnt fat in ovens is the best today - a spray bottle from "Buggy", Israel - but only with gloves and not to breathe - overactive. dissolves even petrified perennial fat the first time.
And you have a good choice! you will not be disappointed, believe me.
