Chinese dim sum steamed dumplings for oursson 5005 multicooker


flour 2.5 cups
vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
beef 500 g
poultry 200 g
radish daikon 200 g
onion 2
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Recently returned from Singapore and China, where this steamed dish is offered at every step and even for breakfast at the hotel. I tried to adapt it to a multicooker, and here's what happened!
  • Pour 0.5 cups of hot water into a well of sifted flour, then 0.3 cups of cold water and vegetable oil. Substitute the dough, roll into a sausage and chop. Attention: there are no eggs in the recipe! Roll into flat cakes with a diameter of 5cm. Lay out the filling and close it up as you can.
  • Filling: minced beef and any poultry meat with onions and daikon radish. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour 0.5 liters of water into a multicooker, put on a grate, grease it with oil, spread dim sum. The same is with the second grill. We close the lid. Set the steam mode, pressure 1, for 30 minutes.
