Bread Accordion (kneading in a bread maker)

Ingredients

Dry yeast 1 tsp
Flour 400 g
Butter 50 g
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Sugar 1 table. the spoon
Egg 1 PC.
Milk 240 ml

Cooking method

  • Kneaded the dough in a bread machine.
  • We spread the dough on the desktop, mix a little, releasing the air. Roll out a large rectangle. Using a knife, cut the dough into 4 long strips 5 cm wide.
  • Melt 30 grams of butter. Grease the dough strips with oil and fold them in folds (accordion). Transfer to a baking sheet. Lubricate them on top with the rest of the oil, leave to come up for 20-30 minutes.

Time for preparing:

Looks like I have a bummer with the accordion. But not 100%,;) since it was very tasty and possible, but there was no species. The dough turned out to be super soft, torn, the accordion did not fold as it should. I think I'll need to add a little flour. I'll try again one of these days.

I got the same puncture, I also rolled out the dough very thinly, so I have to repeat the experiment, I really want to bake such a pretty bread

Even if the dough is thinly rolled out, it will still work, give it more time. It stood in my proofer for about an hour (though not on purpose, I just did other things and remembered about it an hour later). The photo shows how well my harmonicas fit.

Hell completely in C / P. I thought that there was too much liquid (for baking in cotton), so I have an egg + milk = 240. And I had to add a little more flour during kneading. I don’t know for sure, maybe I could not have bothered with the accordion, but I did everything according to the recipe, only I added poppy from myself The crumb turned out to be unusually airy, maybe just from oiling and folding.
